I (Richard Griesinger) contend that the online threats against me (1–9 below) were created by corrupt persons associated with the U.S. law enforcement/intelligence/private contractor community to suppress the publication of my websites about their organized harassment of me (and, no doubt, of other Americans). My three websites about the harassment are "My Five Years of Systematic Police Harassment in Pinellas County, Florida" (published in 2012); "Criticism of Gang-Stalking 'Research' Study by Dr. Sheridan (published in 2016); and "Does the FBI Investigate Gangstalkng (Organized Harassment)?" (published in 2019).Preface -Beginning in 2003 (until 2011), I dated the divorcing/later ex-wife of the fourth highest member of the Pinellas County, Florida Sheriff’s Office. I had been her divorce attorney and neighbor. I was a Big Brother to a boy for several years. I extensively viewed adult porn online, including some gay porn, so it was easy for the ex-husband and/or his police buddies to secretly smear me as a pedophile for revenge. (Law enforcement always denied harassing me, let alone smearing me). My attempts to hire professionals to disprove the smear were always interfered with. I have never been able to confront my secret accusers.Police harassment began in 2003 just a few days after my ex-girlfriend (Jennifer Brunner) - the divorcing, soon to be ex-wife of the fourth highest officer of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office (Major Kirk Brunner, now retired) - began coming over to my house after we started dating (illegal, but understandable). (The harassment lasted only a few weeks by unmarked white cruisers small black inner hubcaps, presumably detective cars, parked near my house when my ex-girlfriend was over. She was a neighbor and one of my divorce clients who had told me of her five year plan of divorce, but called me a year later to represent her. The ex-husband's best friend (Dan) had been an FBI agent in the nearby Tampa office according to my ex-girlfriend. She and I dated from 2003 until 2011 despite police harassment. The ex-husband blamed me - "the attorney-boyfriend" - for the divorce throughout our relationship per my ex-girlfriend. She initialed a list itemizing some of the harassment, uploaded into my main website entitled " My Five Years of Systematic Police Harassment in Pinellas County, Florida." There was no harassment for the next five years (until the summer of 2008). The ex-husband was also behind the new harassment because it occurred just a few days after another relationship-related event. Specifically, I repeatedly vented/cursed about my ex-girlfriend when I was alone in her house while she was working in her backyard. Her adult son (Josh) told me that day that his adult sister (Amber) had been outside, heard me through an open bathroom window, and was very upset. No doubt, Amber told her father. Although the event had nothing to do with the smear of being a pedophile, I realized the next year (2009) that I was being publicly smeared. It was a way that the ex-husband could get back at me for continuing to date his ex-wife.The harassment, beginning in 2008, was much more extensive. It initially involved just law enforcement vehicles then vehicles of other local agencies (e.g., fire department and emergency medical services - similar to allegations of Rick Krlich of Hubbard Ohio interviewed on ABC’s 20/20 in 2014) for about a year and a half. But because I continued to date my ex- girlfriend despite constant harassment, I contend that the ex-husband and/or his police buddies "tapped into a higher network of harassers" which included the following illegal tactics - (1) the hacking of my law office's internet access and orher financial disruption of my established law practice requiring me to close my law office in 2012); (2) organized harassment by ordinary people in public places, which I referred to as "psychological lynching" in the complaint I filed with the FBI's Clearwater, Florida field office. I later read that this type of harassment is known as gangstalking (e.g., by staged conversations directed at me, minor staged events, and minor intentional crowding of me). I contend that the vast majority of online writings about gangstalking are hyperbolic, disinformation to confuse the public about the organized harassment being committed by corrupt persons associated with the U.S. law enforcement/intelligence/private contractor community and by others acting on their behalf (including, at least in my situation, American evangelicals/fundamentalists); (3) the hacking of my personal internet access, iphone, and email accounts to harass me (which continues); (4) anonymous threatening and harassing emails and online articles about me; (5) veiled threats of disability and selective enforcement; (6) junk email ads, somehow hacked to me, which related to minor personal matters occurring at the time. (Dr. Michelle Zetoony, Pinellas County, acknowledged this in my secret recording of her uploaded into my youtube under Rick G. Also, Philip Kerr wrote about this exact form of harassment against him in his website philipkerrblog.wordpress(dot)com (paragraphs 18 and 19 of his Blog section); and (7) other illegal dirty tricks against me.Harassment against me significantly increased soon after I published my second website, entitled "Criticism of Gang-Stalking 'Research' Study by Dr. Sheridan," a 20 point criticism of a shoddy 2015 study by Drs. Lorraine Sheridan and David James which erroneously concluded that all complainants are delusional.End of Preface————-I was threatened in anonymous online articles about me and in two anonymous emails to me (threats 1–10 below). I contend that the higher network of harassers were behind them. The reason for the threats - to silence my publication (exposure) of the community’s harassment - was stated in very similar excerpts (A and B below) from an article about me entitled “In re Richard Griesinger, Esq: an online defamation and libel,” posted by a "popi" in the website whatisorganizedstalking.wordpress(dot)com in November 2016. Interestingly, the article about me was also posted in 11 very similar two-letter wordpress websites (almost all created between late 2016 and early 2017) - su.wordpress(dot)com; or.wordpress(dot)com; ty.wordpress(dot)com; ay.wordpress(dot)com; bn.wordpress(dot)com; en.wordpress(dot)com; li.wordpress(dot)com; yi.wordpress(dot)com; de.wordpress(dot)com; so.wordpress(dot)com; and bm.wordpress(dot)com. (I substituted - (dot) - for a period. Edward Snowden documents (PowerPoint slides prepared by the NSA’s British equivalent GCHQ, JTRIG division) revealed that Western intelligence agencies have tools to flood the internet with phony websites, etc. —A. “So, Mr. Griesinger, I do not wish to add to your trauma...the hidden practice of gang stalking needs to be brought into the light- I applaud your attempt to do that...once again- I ask that you retract your deliberate lies, and other statements about my writing, and my hypotheses...And, in lieu of that, I will take further active measures.”B. “So, Mr/Miss Griesinger, [email protected], former City Prosecutor, etc, or whoever, whatever agency has co-opted your/his name and identity. Then, in lieu of that, I will take other measures.”Threats (1-5) against me were made in an anonymous, hyperbolic article about me, which referred to me by name, entitled "Former Clearwater Florida City Attorney criticizes Dr. Lorraine Sheridan’s highly discredited study on gang stalking (the one where she never actually talked to a single victim),” posted in the website popagandaculture.wordpress(dot)com in October 2016 --1. “As I have written before, the very act of publicizing these stories brings harassment upon an author.”2. “Simply put, many who speak or write about organized gang stalking have died, been killed.”3. “They seek solace on the internet;...they flee there because they fear they could be murdered, perhaps, without witnesses. (A young man was recently found shot, and burned to death in his car in Ferguson MO. Shortly before his murder, he tweeted that he had been surrounded by ten police detectives…The narrative of Richard Griesinger falls into several of those categories.”4. “Similarly, John Lang of Fresno California suffered a similar fate before he died.”5. “And in that light, be forewarned: my writing and other research on this topic is my non-violent attempt.”Threats (6-7) were made in an anonymous, hyperbolic article about me, entitled “In re Richard Griesinger, Esq.: an online defamation and libel,” posted in the website whatisorganizedstalking.wordpress(dot)com November 2016. The article was also posted in bsanalysis.wordpress(dot)com, in popagandaculture.wordpress(dot)com, and in the above 11 two letter wordpress websites. --6. “In other words, criminal activity under color of law begins when this topic is discussed openly.”7. “This is one reason why talking about this topic can be dangerous.”Threat (8) against me was made in an anonymous reply I received from a “popi” on October 5, 2016. received from a “popi” on October 5, 2016. “Popi” is, no doubt, a corrupt person(s) associated with the U.S. law enforcement/intelligence/private contractor community or a person(s) acting on their behalf. I had sent “her” three questions (which “she” never answered) via a form embedded in whatisorganizedstalking.wordpress(dot)com, The heading of my correspondence was “ Mon, Oct 3, 2016 <[email protected]> Name: Richard Griesinger Contact Form URL: https://whatisorganizedstalking.wordpress.com/contact”--8. “...I have developed habits- and one of those habits is checking IP addresses. Yours is x.xx.xxx.xx in Thailand [my comment - I changed numbers to x’s] ...As you know, these hidden investigations take the form of harassment, and death threats etc....Best regards, popi.”Threats (9-10) were made in a reply which I also received from a “popi” on the same day (October 5, 2016) —9. “Hi Chiang Mai ( Richard?). You can call me popi…Unlike yourself, I cannot afford to leave this country in order to write my story [my comment - “popi”’s community knows full well that I moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand because I could no longer afford to live in Florida. I had to end my law practice in 2012 in Pinellas County, Florida due to extensive, illegal harassment and hacking], and as you well know, people get hurt and even killed over talking about these things…”10. “And, this that you endured is called "pedofication," this situation that you described in your online work. A man named John Lang,,..a police corruption activist...was found dead in his burning house, as firefighters sat blocks away…”—————On March 13, 2019, I sent two complaints to the FBI’s IC3 unit (Internet Crime Complaint Center), via a form embedded in the http://IC3.gov website, about the above threats. I have not yet received a response. (I had to send two complaints because text was somehow deleted from my original complaint, no doubt, by hacking my iphone which I used to complete the form). I am certain that the FBI’s IC3 unit could easily investigate and determine the person(s), agency, and/or private contractor behind the threats against me by using the sophisticated tools available to the FBI and the NSA. (It could also easily determine what persons, agency, and/or private contractor sent me numerous junk email ads, entitled “Missing Clients?” and spaced just minutes apart, during the financial disruption of my established law office requiring me to close it in 2012). But I am equally certain that, for obvious reasons, that the IC3 unit will not do so. (Update - I later forwarded a copy of my IC3 complaint(s) to the FBI's Washington D.C. field office twice, just for the record, requesting acknowledgement of receipt by reply email. I have not received a response).

Original Question: My parents are kicking me out and I'm 19, no job, have almost no money, and I have nothing to my name and I don't know what to do?First you get a comment form me. So stop reading because it’s awful. I started life in foster care and was severely neglected as an infant in a foster home. I was then adopted after getting out of a hospital. The family seemed so perfect but they weren’t. From about the age of 5 until I went back into foster care in another state I was abused and tortured almost daily. I was knocked unconscious often. I was tested with an IQ of about 70 in which back then ended your educational career before it ever began. My adoptive mother tried to kill me many times. I have basically been taking care of myself since I was 8 years old. I was the youngest in my county to go to jail and was published in the newspaper as such and yet I was made out to be the worst and most awful non identified young criminal ever to have existed. What was my crime? Surviving. What actually happened as to why I went to jail for kids? The Clearwater, Florida Police Department officer in charge saved my life. My adoptive parents were drunk and fighting and the cops were called by someone for the thousandth time and I’m sure the cops asked the question; where is your kid? at almost 1 AM on a school night. Not that anyone ever really care if I was in school or not. You know being dumb, stupid and retarded and all. Why put the effort in to try to educate a child who cannot even learn the alphabet. Then in foster care in Pinellas County, Florida. I was further abused in a variety of different ways. Which includes starvation. But, I’m the bad kid and don’t get me wrong I have been the bad guy. I have taken 50 mgs of Ritalin and 50 mgs of Cylert for most of my childhood. Yep, I’m severe ADHD and guess what I did the research ADHD doesn’t exist. My kids don’t really have any cousins, aunts, uncles or grandparents. The whole family unit is the ideal thing to have. What society and many cultures dictate is wrong. I know this from real life experience. The old fashioned family unit as defined by the Holy Bible should be the preferred ideal. Make good decisions kid and do not become like this old guy still making about $10 dollars per hour as a janitor. That i the best I can do. To many bad decisions in my life and your growing up in a world where no one forgets and no one forgives. So you cannot afford to make bad decisions. Although the author(s) was supposedly a fellow victim of organized harassment supposedly empathetic with fellow victims, "she" did “her” best to try to intimidate, threaten, and marginalize me. In October 2016, my search revealed an article entitled "Former Clearwater Florida City Attorney criticizes...” The article was posted in the website Protected Blog › Log in (a bad pun on the word “propaganda” or disinformation). Although I previously opened that website (as "popi" mentioned in "her" first reply above), I tried to open it after it mentioned me, but I could not. It is now marked “private." The anonymous article reminded me of the FBI’s threatening “suicide letter” to Martin Luther King which contained many intentional misspellings and grammatical errors. The article about me mixed outrageous, hyperbolic language and false facts about organized harassment with accurate facts about harassment tactics. For example, the article’s title itself contains hyperbolic language - “the one where she never actually talked to a single victim" (although true) - and contains a false fact that the above shoddy study is "highly discredited." Unfortunately, several journalists have approvingly cited the shoddy study although neither the journalists, nor Drs. Mrs. Stewart alleged that the woman was later credited with Mrs. Stewart’s work and twice promoted in her place. NSA officials threatened to label her”delusional” unless she dropped her complaint. But she did not drop it and was then labelled “delusional” by an in-house NSA psychologist (despite prior positive NSA evaluations). While her EEOC lawsuit was pending, Mrs. Stewart states she was systematically harassed by NSA security and others acting on its behalf. She also photographed burn marks which she contends was the result of a portable weapon, as other credible persons have also alleged (think of possible use of portable sonic weapons against U.S. diplomats in Cuba, I don’t know. But I do know that the specific allegations of whistleblowers, not the general denials of higher officials, almost always turn out to be true]. Shortly after I discovered his narrative, I was contacted by him, and then, my internet became a sludged mess of slowness, accompanied by a mysterious screen capture process that leaves behind traces in the form of blank images. My router logged DDoS attacks for days. [my comment - The above is disinformation. My law office's internet access, email accounts, and phones were hacked to financially disrupt my office. Also, my personal internet access (i.e., my iphone and email accounts) was hacked, and continues to be hacked, mainly as psychological harassment. Perhaps, my two websites may be hacked as well to reduce traffic, I don't know]. I received an early morning phone call from Florida (I have an unlisted phone number that I use only as a one-way radio), [my comment - the “one-way radio” comment is intentional hyperbolic language] the state where he claims to hail from. [my comment - The author(s) began the article about me by writing “Former Clearwater Florida City Attorney…,” but now writes that Florida is a state “where he claims to hail from”]. I have never been to Florida, but from everything I have read, it is one of the most corrupt, religious [my comment - perhaps a reference to the involvement of American Christian fundamentalists/evangelicals in my harassment] backwaters in America - a state notorious for lynchings, with a claim to fame that they routed and burned an entire town of freed slaves which, for me at least, indicates the veracity of his story, as these gang stalking complaints are often retaliatory, or vengeful covert prosecutions of individuals, not at all unlike lynch mobs of olden times, [my comment - The references to “lynching” were probably related to my use of the phrase “psychological lynching” in my 2013 FBI complaint to describe the subtle harassment against me in public places]. Vanges are too Old Testament, not enough New Testament - lighten up and live longer.”(5) Another Anonymous, Hyperbolic Article About Me - “The Case of Richard Griesinger, Esq., and Pedofication by Law Enforcement and Community Policing” (Posted Online in February 2017) --The anonymous article about me was posted in a website Pedofication which treats the serious matter of pedophilia in an over-the-top, hyperbolic way such as by writing “kids are tasered in their vaginas.” I am no pedophile, child molester, or potential one. There was never a case against me. I was secretly smeared by corrupt members of the Pinellas County Florida Sheriff’s Office because of a personal vendetta. I was first harassed soon after I began dating a client and a neighbor (Jennifer Brunner) in 2003 who was the divorcing wife of the fourth highest member of the Pinellas County Florida Sheriff’s Office (now retired Major Kirk Brunner). The harassment in 2003, which only lasted for a few weeks, did not involve the smear; it just involved unmarked, white law enforcement vehicles parked near my house when my ex-girlfriend was with me at my house. I was not harassed again by law enforcement until five years later (summer of 2008) just days after a relationship-related event. Specifically, I repeatedly cursed/vented about my then girlfriend while I was alone in her house and saw her doing work in her backyard. But her adult son, Josh, told me that day that his adult sister, Amber, had been outside, heard me through an open bathroom window, and was very upset. No doubt, she told her father. The new police harassment, which started just a few days later, lasted for years. Although the above event had nothing to do with the smear of my being a pedophile, I realized in 2009 that I was being publicly smeared. It was a way the ex-husband and his police buddies could get back at me for continuing to date his then divorced wife. Because I continued to date her despite constant police harassment, the harassment expanded to a “higher network of harassment” including organized financial disruption (resulting in having to close my law office in Pinellas County in 2012), organized group psychological harassment (gangstalking), the hacking of my personal iphones and my prior computer and laptop, and other dirty tricks. I contend that the article “The Case of Richard Griesinger…,” and other anonymous, hyperbolic articles about me were created by corrupt persons associated with the U.S. law enforcement/intelligence/private contractor community concerned about my (“clearly stated” and “coherent” - their words) exposure of their illegal harassment. Meet James McLynas [my comment - I detailed Mr. McLynas’ experience in my websites] was pedofied by the Pinellas County, Florida Sheriff, who used and abused the Child Protective Services unit to tar [my comment - a hyperbolic word] and discredit him with false allegations of child abuse- he finally won complete custody, as the sheriff’s department passed his wife around as a sex toy. Now, McLynas is running for Sheriff himself [my comment - Mr. McLynas was targeted by the same Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office which targeted me. His harassment also lasted for years and was based upon a personal vendetta, but involved illegal abuse of the judicial system; whereas, my harassment involved illegal extra-judicial abuse. Mr. McLynas ran for sheriff simply to expose corruption in the sheriff’s office. He knew he had no chance of winning. The Tampa Bay Times, a newspaper I used to consider outstanding, lacked the courage to expose the harassment against Mr. McLynas by the local sheriff and his cohorts, including attempts to sabotage Mr. McLynas’ ultimately successful effort to obtain custody of his daughter. Fortunately, Pinellas County Circuit Judge Patricia Muscarella, saw through it all. She did not believe that Mr. McLynas’ arrest the day before his final custody hearing by the sheriff’s office was a coincidence. The sheriff knew that Mr. McLynas did not have a custody attorney when he was arrested, but friends of Mr. McLynas hired an attorney to represent him at the final custody hearing. Judge Muscarella awarded custody to Mr. McLynas even though he was in jail at the time of the hearing. She also determined that the sheriff’s office intentionally altered numerous reports against Mr. McLynas].
