PDF Editor FAQ

What causes adrenal fatigue?

IntroductionThe most common adrenal gland dysfunction is adrenal fatigue, a hormone weakness with varying degrees of reduction in the function of the adrenal glands. Ref.1 deals with this in great detail. Here I am only giving an overview of this condition. Our adrenal glands are situated above the kidneys. These hormone glands have a circadian rhythm with the highest amount of adrenal gland hormones being produced in the morning and a gradual decline throughout the day. Our meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as well as any snacks lead to mini peaks of the adrenal gland hormone production. If we get enough sleep, there is no excessive stress in our lives and we do not smoke or abuse alcohol and drugs, most people will not know that they have adrenals as they are quietly working in the background. However, when allergies develop to a large amount of food components, every flu is caught that goes though the community and your energy leaves you mid afternoon for the rest of the day, there likely is adrenal fatigue setting in. When this is not attended to, a full-blown collapse can occur as a result of adrenal gland failure developing. This is also known as Addison’s disease. It appears that there are several possible causes of adrenal fatigue. Any prolonged stress reaction that results in prolonged ACTH stimulation of the adrenal glands can lead to of adrenal glands exhaustion. Food allergies often also seem to cause or contribute to adrenal gland fatigue. Several severe emotional stresses and/or mental disease will be able to overproduce ACTH production. Junk foods, skipped meals and poor life style choices (drinking habit, drug abuse, smoking, lack of sleep and excessive caffeine intake) will also produce adrenal gland fatigue as this leads to failing hormone production of the adrenal glands. According to Dr. Hertoghe (Ref. 18 and 19) adrenal fatigue and adrenal insufficiency (Addison disease) can be part of a general hormone disbalance. Patients may be found to be hypothyroid as well and perhaps test vary low when IGF-1 (=somatomedin C) is tested. This indicates insufficiency of growth hormone production, which is particularly common after the age of 60. Male and female sex hormones are frequently found to be low as well.Adrenal Fatigue SymptomsThere are a variety of symptoms that are associated with adrenal gland fatigue. Dr. Wilson has provided a test where you can rate yourself to see whether you likely suffer from this condition (Ref. 1). In the questionnaire such symptoms as dizziness, faintness, excessive drowsiness (particularly after eating) and insomnia are listed. Various symptoms in the ears, nose or throat can be present , for instance a runny or stuffy nose, blurred vision, ringing in the ears, a fullness in the ears and hearing loss, a sore throat, gagging and canker sores; recurrent sinusitis, chronic itching of the roof of the mouth and a chronic cough may also be present. Heart palpitations or an increased heart rate (between 85 to 100 beats per minute resting), chest congestion, frequent hoarseness and asthma can also be symptoms of adrenal fatigue. Gastrointestinal symptoms include vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, belching, bloating after meals, passing gas (flatulence), abdominal pains or cramps and feeling full long after having had a meal. Skin symptoms include hives, itching without any apparent reason, rashes, paleness, dermatitis and eczema. Less specific, general symptoms are common as well: muscle weakness and chronic fatigue, joint aches and pains or muscle aches, and swelling of hands, ankles and feet. Other symptoms may affect the urinary/genital area as for instance urinary frequency or urgency, vaginal itchiness or vaginal discharge. Excessive hunger or binge eating can also be a symptom of adrenal fatigue. Psychological symptoms can be anxiety, depression, irritability, lethargy, cravings, aggressive behavior, confusion, restlessness, difficulties to concentrate, learning disabilities, slurred speech, stuttering and others. Even a vague symptom of cloudy thinking or fogginess can be a symptom of adrenal fatigue. You can take the test to determine whether you likely have adrenal gland fatigue and then read more details in Ref.1.Diagnostic testsThere are clinical tests and hormone tests that can be used to determine whether or not a person is suffering from adrenal fatigue.1. Dr. Arroyo described an iris contraction test. Have a friend help you to shine a flashlight in your eye. Normally the pupil gets small (iris contracts) and stays contracted because of the normal adrenal gland hormones (Adrenaline and Noradrenalin). With adrenal fatigue this pattern is reversed and the pupil will not stay small despite the light shining in your eye. This abnormal widening of the pupil despite the continuing light stimulus will occur within 2 minutes and only after 30 to 45 seconds will the iris recover and contract again (small pupil).2. Postural low blood pressure test: Normally when you take the blood pressure ion the lying position and then get up, there is an immediate elevation of the blood pressure of 10 to 20 millimeter mercury (mmHg).With adrenal fatigue there is a paradoxical lowering of the blood pressure by 10 mmHg or more when standing up (compared to the baseline supine reading).3. Sergent’s White Line Test: a French physician first detected this test by the name of Emile Sergent. When you take the dull end of a ballpoint pen and lightly stroke the skin on your abdomen, a white line initially is followed be a red mark within a few seconds. In a person with adrenal fatigue the white line stays for approximately 2 minutes and widens. This test is only positive in moderate to severe adrenal fatigue.4. Saliva cortisol tests: Saliva steroid hormone tests are more reliable than blood tests as the hormone receptors will remove the hormones from the blood thus transporting the hormone into the tissue. This is true not only for testosterone, DHEA, estrogen and progesterone, but also for cortisol (the stress hormone). Saliva tests for cortisol have the additional advantage of being able to examine the diurnal variation of cortisol in tissues, which normally follows a curve with the highest level in the morning and a lower level in the evening. It is with this in mind that the most reliable laboratory test for adrenal fatigue is a 4-point saliva test (4 separate vials with saliva) for cortisol. Ref. 2 explains the rationale for doing this test to get a precise clinical picture of how the adrenal function is during the course of the day. A cortisol curve for a patient with adrenal fatigue is flat and well below the normal range for people with normal adrenal function. Physicians who have an interest in anti-aging medicine will be able to work with you regarding this test. Many naturopathic physicians would also be able to help you.5. Other tests for adrenal fatigue: A 24-hour urine sample can be helpful when tests are required for several hormones. For instance, cortisol, aldosterone and sex hormones can all be analyzed from one urine sample that was collected over 24 hours. An ACTH challenge test combined with measuring 24-hour urine hormones is sometimes useful in more complicated cases, but saliva hormone tests seem to be the new norm for most cases.6. As mentioned above, it is wise to test a panel of hormones to not overlook other hormone deficiencies that may be present at the same time.Treatment of Adrenal FatigueTreatment for adrenal fatigue consists of a comprehensive holistic approach. To regain your energy you need to pay attention to changing your lifestyle, watch closely what you eat and drink and pay attention to your thoughts stresses in your life. Getting regular breaks and a good night’s sleep is all part of the therapy in addition to vitamin and mineral supplements. The adrenal glands need a lot of vitamin C to produce the adrenal gland hormones. In addition vitamin B complex is required as well as salts (table salt and magnesium). Trace minerals (zinc, manganese, selenium, molybdenum, chromium, copper and iodine) are also required for the adrenal glands to function properly. You need to eliminate sugar and refined carbohydrates (potatoes, bread, pasta, rice). Replace this with complex carbohydrates (lettuce, vegetables, and fruit) and add to this organic meat (lean chicken, buffalo, beef, lamb and pork). You need three meals a day (do not skip breakfast!) with snacks half-way through the morning and afternoon. You may also have a snack prior to going to sleep at night. You need regular aerobic and anaerobic exercises 3 to 5 times per week. Ballroom dancing, swimming, walking are also acceptable as alternative exercising. You need lots of sleep (more than a non-adrenal fatigue person). Dr. Wilson gives details about supplements (thanks toAdrenal Fatigue | Stress Supplements | Adrenal Fatigue Symptoms for this link) on this site where herbs, vitamins and minerals are premixed, so that it is easy to take. The following herbs are useful in supporting the adrenal glands: Licorice root, Ashwagandha root and leaf, Korean Ginseng root, Siberian Ginseng root, ginger root and Ginkgo biloba leaf. There are also herbs that are bad for the adrenal glands and need to be avoided: avoid Ephedra (MA HUANG), the cola nut, and strong black teas. As stated earlier, coffee and caffeinated drinks and sodas must be avoided. The only exception is green tea, which has adrenal gland supportive effects so that the small amount of caffeine can be tolerated by most except the ones with the more severe form of adrenal fatigue. To stabilize severe cases of adrenal fatigue it is useful to use adrenal gland extracts. In more severe cases small amounts of bioidentical cortisol (Cortef tablets) may have to be added by the treating physician. A typical replacement dose of cortisol (=hydrocortisone) is 10 mg tablet of Cortef in the morning to mimic the diurnal variation and 5 mg with lunch and 5 mg with dinner. This is best given together with adrenal gland extract. A physician knowledgeable in treating adrenal fatigue should supervise this treatment closely. At the end there has to be a gradual weaning process from the Cortef over several months and sometimes up to 2 years in order to avoid shrinking of the adrenal glands. At the Anti-Aging Conference in Las Vegas (Ref.3) Dr. Hertoghe pointed out that it is perfectly safe to give low dose natural cortisol in smaller doses (between 5 mg and up to 15 mg per day) on an ongoing basis without any untoward side effects. He finds in his patients that growth hormone, thyroid hormone and/or sex hormone deficiencies are often found to also be present and these deficiencies must be treated as well to allow the patient to recover fully.References:1. Being a girl is it logical to prepare for AFCAT and CDSE simultaneously?

Being a Female Candidate makes no differences, You are a Candidate in the eye of Selection Board and Indian Armed Forces, and you will be treated as such, All the process is same as that of Male Candidates and So is the Preparation for the SSB.One can surely understand your concern, as the society has its own way to keep reminding girls about their gender. But, even the thought of joining armed forces, you have broken down those social stereotypes, and you need to keep breaking it. Be the person you want to be, and let you accomplishments define you and not gender.Of-course, it will very logical to prepare for AFCAT and CDSE parallely. If one goes by the syllabus of CDSE and AFCAT, you can analyse that syllabus of AFCAT is subset of CDSE, so if you aiming for CDSE and preparing accordingly, you can surely crack AFCAT. But, then too i would suggest, to go through sample question papers and previous year papers, as it gives lot of idea about the pattern, and can acclimatize you mind for the same. For reading more about the process, you can read further, otherwise, i hope till here, it should answer your question.ProcessSTEP 1 – RESPOND TO ADVERTISEMENT FOLLOWED BY WRITTEN TEST1. PABT comprises three tests viz Instrument Battery Test (INSB), Sensory Motor Apparatus Test (SMA) and Control Velocity Test (CVT). Instrument Battery Test (INSB) is a paper pencil test and other two are machine tests. The Instruments Battery Test (INSB) comprises two parts. This test assesses assimilation of the briefing and the ability of an individual to read and interpret the dials of an instrument panel of an aircraft. The candidates who score the minimum laid down criteria are subjected to the machine test. The machine test includes Sensory Motor Apparatus Test (SMA) and Control Velocity Test (CVT). These tests measure the psychomotor co-ordination skill of the individual. These tests are conducted on a single day and administered only once in life time.At the Conference held on the last day, all the Assessors i.e. the Psychologist, Ground Testing Officer and the Interviewing Officer, discuss your personality and decide on whether to recommend you or not. Based on the vacancies available in various branches / sub branches, joining instructions are issued to join one of the Training establishments.Often SSB Aspirants, tend to ask question as What is the best book to Clear SSB, In my view You Yourself.!If you find it hard believe, let me tell you, it’s the normal response, but at the end of the day, actuality is same. It just you and yourself, who have any say to change the Results of the SSB.Crack in my view is not the correct word, crack is kind of word, where you find shortcuts to a destiny, or, just keep practicing without much of brain behind it. You can crack a Exam, But SSB is not a Exam and never was designed to be one. If one knows, in SSB results they never mention the word Pass or Fail, It’s Recommended or Not-Recommended for the Service. It’s a simple change of words, but holds a lot more meaning behind it.Before even i go into details of various entries and procedures, you need to first get yourself prepared till the end, so that you clear every round in One go.I believe even before setting in for above tasks and planning for them, invest good amount of time in yourself. Without Knowing yourself, one can never get through SSB, and that’s how each task is designed to get qualities out of your personality.Self Introspection of your qualities is very crucial. Knowing ones’ Strength and Weakness are the building blocks to success.Coming To Various Stages of Interviews, you can scroll down to the part which says SSB SELECTION PROCESS, if you are interested knowing more about how to Self Introspect, you can read further, otherwise i would suggest, you can stop your reading here. Now, as you have chosen to read further, well first of all congrats because You have PATIENCE my friend. Even before keeping any points in my mind for SSB, my friend you need look into you,i.e.Self Introspection is crucial aspect of SSB, and indeed Life. Unless and Until you don’t know about you Strengths and much more important your weaknesses, it will make things a lot tricky.SSB as a whole is rather very easy testing process, and why not it was designed to be like that, so that your real self can come out, its Us who make tough for us by trying the shortcuts, and this step is taken when someone is to much crazy about achieving something, well both this things don’t go well with SSB.I will what i did, for a start for self introspection, you can have your own way for it, I took a A4 sheet and started with my Strengths, an you know what i got a hell lot of strengths on the paper, but then came climax, When i started jotting down myweaknesses, i could only make 4–5 points max,if you see this in normal scenario its good that i have less weaknesses and even anyone would see it that way,and i am no different, but i took a random thought process, i thought why is it that i have so less weaknesses but then too i am not able to hit the target, answer was obvious, i was not looking in for weaknesses deeply, what my mind did while writing down weaknesses was it started categorizing them common, small or negligible weaknesses, whereas same didn’t happened in case of Strengths, there i had it, I broke down classification, and started finding weaknesses of mine, and believe and made me realize that there were many incidents which overlooked instead of learning from those mistakes.Sorry, for long explanation , but i guess you must have got my point, but don’t just stop at Strengths and Weaknesses, think of what you daily, your hobbies, you sporting activities, this will help you to confidently answer question about yourself, and believe me or not, when you don’t know yourself completely its this Questions On you which take you down. So, when you are out there in SSB, you need to make sure of this things in broader aspects,BE YOURSELF - let others response may sound how much interesting and thrilling, its your response and reaction that matters at that moment, from my experience i thing which i observed, SSB majorly focuses on how you do itordeal with a certain situation. Even if you give an interesting and impressive answers, which you have mugged up, it wont do any good, and in fact do a lot bad, Instead, you can give your answers, and think before answering so that when stressed upon, you can confidently support your point.PRESENCE OF MIND - Its very crucial, a lot go down just because they neglect this aspect. Presence Of Mind not brings in “A” Game of yours, it broadens your horizon of thinking, instead of getting excited and running just for the sake of running without any direction. This Aspect brings in Patience in you, and its no secret staying calm in stressful situation is key to go through it.BE POSITIVE & OPTIMISTIC - Putting you under stress is what SSB does to take your real out, so many times things don’t go the best way you would have hoped for, now at this point you need to have a optimistic view, analyse your mistake and move on, instead of crying and getting worried over it, as doing this just starts a chain reaction which will destroy all your tests. All the above mentioned three points together power up your CONFIDENCE, and it goes in your favor in a big way.SSB SELECTION PROCESSThe aim of five day testing is to assess personality of candidates by three pronged approach – Manasa, Vacha & Karmna, Translating into your thoughts, speech and deed/actions. These three approaches are termed as techniques and they are assessed by Psychologist, Interviewing Officer and Group testing Officer independently. The summation of three approaches in conference gives inputs for identifying a potential and a trainable Armed Forces leader.TESTING SCHEDULE AT SSBThe selection process is spread over five days testing schedule and is conducted in two stages. Stages I is conducted on the first day and the candidates having some chance of getting selected are retained for Stage II based on the performance of candidates in written test and Picture Perception and Discussion Test (PP & DT) conducted on Day 1. The test would start early, so ensure that you have a good night sleep and wake up in time to be ready for the tests. The tests themselves include verbal and non-verbal tests which require simple and analytical reasoning.PPDTThe second test of Day 1 is Picture Perception and Discussion Test (PP&DT). During this test a picture is flashed on screen for 30 seconds and candidates have to broadly note down certain basic parameters i.e. No of characters, their age, sex, mood and thereafter write a story relating to the situation in the picture. A story that could cover, what according to the candidate’s perception led to the situation in the picture, its present and future development? The time allotted for the story to be written down is 4 minutes.GROUP DISCUSSIONIn this test the picture and your stories would be discussed in a group. For this phase the batch is divided in small groups. The strength of a group is around fifteen candidates. To start the Group Discussion, each candidate would be required to narrate his perception and individual written story. It is important to remember that you are not competing with other candidates, all of you will be assessed against the common standard of suitability and it is possible that everyone in the group is selected or rejected. You will require to fill up Personal Information Questionnaire (PIQ) with correct and exact details about your life. In case of a large batch some of you may find yourself facing Interviewing Officer in the evening of same day.DAY - 2PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTThe second day sees the testing in the earnest and begins with the onset of Psychological Assessment. The candidates are taken through a series of situations projected as words, pictures and narrated situations. The reaction timings are stringent to bring in natural and subconscious behavioral pattern of individual. As the Psych tests takes time and one has to be fresh and natural, the tests are started early in the morning. Before the tests are administered you will be briefed by the Psychologist about the various tests you have to undergo, also before you undergo actual tests you will be familiarises with the example tests of each type. Psych test are administered on candidates to access the psychological profile acceptable for candidates of particular age group.THEMATIC APPERCEPTION TESTThe first test among the battery of Psych tests is the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). In this test a total of 12 pictures including a blank picture will be shown for 30 seconds each, one after the other. Candidates are asked to write story around the picture shown, covering issues like what led to the situation, what is going on and what would be the outcome of the situation perceived in the picture. The picture is selected in a manner to allow your creative mind to evolve a number of stories. No story is correct or wrong, what matters is it must be a story triggered in your mind by the picture. Remember that the picture is shown only for 30 seconds and then you are asked to write about the picture within four minutes. In the blank picture, you have to imagine a picture of your own choice and write a story around that. Since the timings are stringent you are advised to write the story that occurs to you first on seeing the picture, that way your response will be natural and you will be able to write the entire story within the limited time available to you.WORD ASSOCIATION TESTThe next psych test is the Word Association Test (WAT). In this test a total of 60 words are shown to the candidates. Each word is flashed on the screen for 15 seconds. The candidate is required to write down the first thought or idea that comes to his mind on seeing the word in the space provided in the 15 seconds before the next word is flashed.SITUATION REACTION TESTThe third psych test is the Situation Reaction Test (SRT). This test consists of 60 routine life situations regarding day to day activities. The situations are printed in the booklet and candidate is asked to write his reaction by completing the sentences as to how he would feel, think and act in these situations. A total of 30 minutes are given to candidates to write down reactions to all the sixty situations in the booklet.SELF DESCRIPTION TESTThe last in the battery of Psych tests is the Self Description Test (SD). The candidates will be briefed by the Group Testing Officer in the morning about all out door activities. The primary concern here is to see how you will face the obstacles and the tasks allotted to you and your attitude towards other members of the group both while working with them and while directing them. Group tests do not require specialised individual skills on your part, logical thinking, coordinated team efforts, work ability to receive and give suggestion is what is looked at by assessors. You will be provided with Sketch Board, Ladders, Ropes, Planks and other such things as your tools to help you in the assigned task. You are given few minutes to form plan and thereafter execute the task within the given timeframe. The battery of GTO tests consists of nine tests/ tasks.GROUP DISCUSSIONThe first task of GTO battery of test begins with Group Discussions on a debatable topic, which is usually given on a current event/social issues. In the first group discussion the group is allowed to select one of the two topics offered. In the second group discussion the topic is of the GTO’s choice. Each discussion will last for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Each candidate is expected to participate in the discussions. Remember that the discussions involve the exchange of ideas and thoughts. It is not a traffic of words.GROUP PLANNING EXERCISEThe Group planning Exercise is the second test of the GTO test series. In this test a story on a model with a few problems is narrated. What you are required to do is to identify the problems and evolve the practical solution within the given time. You are expected to write down your own individual solution on the paper provided to you. A candidate while giving solution should think logically, write and draw neatly and also examine alternate solutions of the problem. Thereafter your group collective solution will be discussed by the group and you are expected to participate in evolving the group plan acceptable to everyone. What is your opinion of Star Trek Picard’s new crew without Riker, La Forge, and Worf?

I've been keeping up with the production of this show since I first learned about it and even kept up with IMDb cast listing which would change randomly, which is the first time that I found that IMDb is not actually completely factual information about any show or movie they have details on because, because William Riker and Deanna Troi and seven of nine were listed and the first episode under full cast and overtime that changed to where Riker and Troi are also in a middle episode of the season then Jeri Ryan excuse me 7 of 9 was no longer in the first episode, which that turned out to be true, unless you watch the coming soon to Picard trailer at the end of the first episode but that doesn't count cuz that's a different episode of show she's in. Anyway Brent Spiner as of one month before release is now the only previous cast member listed in the first episode. And at that point I got multiple questions as to how I thought Dayton will return and I've believe what I'm about to copy paste to load it covers the fact that Bruce says as long as you don't retcon data's character and the sacrifice he made to save Picard's life and Nemesis he would reprise the role for the Picard show bringing up the question too many as how would they do that the copy paste I'm putting below may have that info as I've been answering questions about the show for 2 days straight so I'm going to do this copy paste... But just in case I don't put it in the right spot or not my three hypotheses of how data could be in the show were wrong which I found actually quite exciting especially as we're finding out that more of the show is going to revolve around parts of datas growth is a synthetic as they're all now called after the destruction of the Mars colony from Android / synthetics and the ban of production of them. Because this is going to be so long and so just to finish up I've answered a multitude of questions so far about the series at what I've known for 18 months to what I know from watching it twice and a half times now including subtitles just to catch all dialogue involved feel free to ask more questions from me as I enjoy finding answers after researching the best possible true research, and also being allowed to State my own opinion of how I think about the way things are playing out. Anyway thanks again enjoy reading I suck at grammar but I'm a top writer in quora's anime category so if you like anime check me out there too.Star Trek Picard (Quora questions: mixed, what do I think about it / what Easter eggs I caught?)Personally considering the last, and final, 9th Star Wars trilogy movie. Plus, months with lots of anticipation. I'm actually surprised and eagerly awaiting the follow-through. The first I had heard of this series was from Sir Patrick Stewart himself in an interview he said hey blah blah came to me and said hey Star Trek blah blah and Sir Patrick Stewart said “Oh, so you want to make a 10 hour movie and call it a TV show. That sounds like a lot of fun. But,“ well over the last 10 to 12 months I've heard quite a few buts and changes in, but this, and but that, but, in the end Sir Stewart is an executive producer. Plus a second season has already been ordered! But I hope Dahj doesn't make Picard run up 3 flights of stairs pulling his arm too many more times. HaHa.01/23/2020 2:00pm (time zone irrelevant because of my own sense of reality) Actually for near 18 months I have known the date for the premiere of Star Trek Picard, but I really don't believe that I ever heard of the time of day it would be… (well I know that it was on-demand at 2:01pm CST, UTC -6, NACST. Cause I hit play and…well now I am writing this.)The first of the ten episodes have aired and I've been getting lots and lots of requests for A2A answers what's the latest one and really for the amount of time that they had for the first show, even though it was an hour there was so much information that needs to be restored. I'll show you what one quora questionnaire asked me and my response.*Question for me:***What Easter eggs did you see in the first Picard episode?****{Me} :Actually it's been the trailers which were misleading, on purpose of course, but also at the end of the episode The Coming soon on Picard were where the majority of the Easter eggs are on this first episode. As I watched the episode a second time, I took some personal notes. I could be one of those YouTube Easter egg hunting fiends considering how much I knew about the MCU and how much I know about Star Trek and Star Wars. I just don't really do videos other than anime. Back to Picard, because of the general first episode rules that are constantly being broke (the overload brainbusting info dump vs lack of dialogue between the main characters when there will be 6 or more interacting with each other all the time in future episodes, but viewers only remember the first name they hear because too much money was spent on the set, and pan & zoom shots.) Star Trek Picard already has the foundation set in 13 minutes that even some past Treks have needed 2 or 2 1/2 episodes to reach. This episode gave me lower amount of content available to make sure the story is strong, as well with the early character interaction. I feel like the show came and tied storylines made of string on all ten fingers and one strings from my left hand and one string from my right hand well meat at some point in the story but I don't know which finger meets the other or when I'm even supposed to pull on one yet but if the storytelling continues to proceed like this episode has so far I believe that all ten strings will meet at the end and just the right order . That's a rare feeling for me and 10 strings of storyline I never give out that many very often. So, I'm just going to post my notes about things I noticed**First to know. I must admit that I was absolutely incorrect In My 3 hypothesis of how Data was going to be a character on the show, that was asked by many people on quora from me or to me however. He is not in a Holodeck simulation (as I had put in 1st place, not Lore's upper body with some of Data's neurons that made the transfer to B4, the subsequently third place is that he definitely was not B4 but now somehow over written or sharing their positronic brain to allow the Data character a shared Consciousness or shared body either way. Whatever, I was wrong on that but there's good reason, both in the story and outside of the story as far as casting. I'll get to that actually I think I did it already.) Just to be safe cuz I like to lose notes I'll put it here as well as far as cast members go which are far gone to IMDb and looked over the cast probably 10 months ago and there's like five main characters of course there's 10 episodes and everybody's big gossip was who was coming back from well any of the other Star Trek franchises and about a month ago or two weeks ago I was on there again and it had all changed I'm like hey wait a minute what's going on here that turns out it was one of those we're trying to check your things actually it works cuz the only person in the cast last week from the old series was later and he was not there 10 months ago and I believe the reason for that and I actually know this is a fact data only agreed to come back and play data or let me rephrase that Brent Spiner only came back if they promise not to retcon data's sacrifice he made for Picard in Star Trek Nemesis the movie. Actually that was a good place to put that because now I can tell you where data is.He is in Picard's dreams so far. And even the scene in trailers where they open a tray at The Daystrom Institute and a synthetic body with a face of Data is there, it is specifically stated by Picard and the doctor that it is B4 who Date tried to upload his neural-net to as he gave his life to save for Picard ... The relevance of this is the fact that Brent Spiner refused or not refused but said he would only come back and play Data on the Picard series if they did not retcon Data's sacrifice saving Picard’s life that happened in nemesis. So I had been asked repeatedly how I thought Bruce Spiner would be in the show and my best guess was that Picard would interact with a hologram of Data** **on a holodeck.****Star Trek Picard episode 1 personal notes and observations**.**Star Trek Picard personal views via question answered on Quora, reviewOpening,Traveling from a camera point of view two gaseous clouds and nebulas as the camera approaches a darker forward saucer section of what appears to be the enterprise-d heading two three backlit windows into the ship data in his Nemesis uniform is playing cards are poker actually with Captain Picard who is in casual dress. At this point as to keep light subject language as one would in a casual card game the cartels data you have a tail quote unquote. Switch to that point that is says that's not possible sir Picard rebuttal of him by saying no yourr left pupil dilates when you're, However, what you true tell is when you show no change. Data says well Sir, I'm confounded I don't know which tell to use. At that point he just goes straight ahead and says I bet 50 and Picard says well that's all I have. Then Data "I know that Sir, call or fold. Picard reaches over to his teacup ask Data cream and of course Data says no. Picard says sugar and Data of once again says no, and asks why are you stalling captain? And Captain Picard response is" I don't want the game to be over" as he pushes his 50 chips into the pile Data lays down 5 Queen of Hearts. Hum thats a weird hand. Things begin to rumble Picard looks out the window at a planet and states "So strange I don't remember being on our way to Mars" as the planet explodes Picard wakes up in his bed, its all been a dream. And he opens his French doors to overlook his Vineyard at Chateau Picard. Then is greeted first by his pit bull named Number 1 then by a male and female who appear to housekeepers and also appear to be Romulan. And the banter between the three seems very familiar and comfortable like the three are more like friends than employer and employees. Now in Greater Boston we meet Dehj and her boyfriend. She just informed him that she was accepted into the Daystrom Institute and from this point my commentary will be more humorous as1. <Note for bad guys>If your intent is to kidnap someone/thing that you know can activate into a higher form and there are three of you all wearing black with black helmets and black tinted eye masks shields whatever., even with 20 years of advanced technology for transporters and scanners currently,. Obviously center for Bio scans either before teleporting for once arriving at your teleportation destination . It's probably not the best idea to throw a Romulan dagger into the center of the heart of your intended targets body and killing them. Sometimes the word stun will keep even villains alive a little longer2. Knowing that your target has two different levels of abilities in this case activated or not activated and if your intelligence Bureau has warned you of said victims activated abilities in preparation for your attempt of the abduction . Putting 2 Temple mounted implants on each side of that beings head that puts a HUD or heads up display with Optical screens in front of their vision, even if it's the only way to find out if the intended target has become activated or not, which clearly before this next action all three assailants have confirmed that the abductee has not been activated yet. Then without removing the neural Temple HUD before the following action which is, confirming no activation and then put a black bag on their head after murdering their loved one with a knife thrown directly in their heart in front of the intended abductee. Now you have become an unknown an or undistinctive group of assailants that show to threaten them or make them feel threatened and activate into combat mode. Even with putting a black bag over her head (hopefully with something sprayed inside it to anesthetize the victim) assumably to blind her from her surroundings as a black bag should do over someone's head blocking their vision. But in your genius training in combat and abduction. You having still left the nuro-temple visual heads up display activated which not only at a minimum provides a light source inside the black bag which in many cases especially this far in the future a sense of direction depending on what the display is showing even if it was a simple 23rd century tricorder with a futuristic illuminous display in front of the abductee’s black bag covered head. Plus, the fact that you now realize she has become activated, Probably because you are an idiot in a group of three. How would you possibly not expect to get your ass kicked fighting, and subsequently finding yourself and your team killed why a woman who has just watched you murder her love and put a bag on her head? Once you found out she was activated it probably would have been a proper time to use that new teleportation technology to try again later LOL... 1. 2. 3. Time's up you're all three dead. Guess she can take the bag off her head now.So later after some subconscious reason finding Picard and believing that he can keep her safe. Yes once again being located by More abductors, apparently when Romulan blood like being punched in the mouth and getting a bloody lip or biting their tongue is mixed with Romulan saliva and they spit it onto a phaser or disruptor weapons or cloth, or flesh, it acts like acid and causes a disrupter to malfunction and explode? It's quite obvious in the saying and the prior saying where she has a bag on her head and kicks three guys asses that teleportation technology at least from the Romulan point of view has advanced it's almost more like Nightcrawler teleporting in the X-Men as opposed to stand still and wait as your atoms dematerialize and go through a buffer and then put together at your point of well where you want to be. I was going to a point of arrival well that works point of arrival anyway that's apparently Advanced over the years to increase efficiency and even clean up of a crime scene. I bring this up because apparently Starfleet security has managed to lower its standards to the point of Stormtroopers in Star Wars at least as far as common sense and ability to aim are concerned. This was just my thoughts from the villain's point of view or lack of view. Also a question put to me was about Easter eggs.A Trekkie's Easter egg basket full in Picard's private archive. Every item in there with the exception of one ship model (I believe it to be an akira-class ship only seen in Deep Space Nine during the Dominion War but could be any class it's just there in his vault) is recognizable from at least one episode of TNG it could take months to see which eps of TNG rewatched just to see one item.Even the creator of Data and Lore understood the concept and never mention the fact that Android's now called synths or synthetics were created in pairs. Thus tying in Lore and Data and as why they are Brothers.
