It’s actually pretty easy to do this.Most insurance companies have “claim” forms that allow people to submit claims for reimbursement, generally you can’t print this from from your insurance companies website.However, compounded prescriptions are rarely covered by insurance, so even if you find the correct form, my guess is that it won’t be covered.But in the same breath it doesn’t hurt to submit a claim to your insurance, you might get lucky and they will cover it.you can also ask the pharmacy that compounded it to help you submit a claim.good luck
