Someone living in another country told me she has been following these advice and seen the transformation. These are results of my own experiments. Hope it works for you too:1 Exercise every day but never more than 2 hours at a time. Exercise is the fountain of youth.. Don’t buy gym membership now but wait until you develop a habit of exercise. Pandemic taught us how not being healthy can give us a contagious, life threatening virus. It also showed gyms can be closed almost for a year. Therefore develop your own routines without paying expensive gym membership. Start with going for a walk 10 mins in each direction or a total 20 mins around sunrise and sunset when it’s cooler especially in hot days. This way you're not putting too much pressure on your body and still getting 40 mins of cardio every day. In week 2, raise it to 15 mins each way and twice a day. Total is 60 mins a day. Gradually raise your strength. First start with walking few blocks for 10–15 mins twice a day. This way your body will get the rest in between and you’ll exercise more. Then go further every day. One day jog a little bit. Next week more.. Then start lifting some weights. Do some bicycle crunches for abs. Some squats. Some pushups. Start with 5, then 10, 15, 20…The goal is to build the stamina and habit and not kill your body in just 1 day. Never exercise for more than 2 hours at a time. Your body needs rest to heal. Many marathoners died of covid 19 because they over-exercised and thus had a poor immune system. Over-exercising is equally bad as no exercising. Exercise is also the fountain of youth. You will look younger in your 30’’s, 40’s and 50’s.2. Stretch. Make sure to stretch your legs, back and arms after you exercise. Get a foam roller or something that rolls. Seeing seeds growing into plants can gives you such high that you will be addicted to planting. I started with food scraps and then seeds. People turn to medications or drugs when planting can give them some real joy. You’ll be in good mood for a productive day. Once you are connected to the nature, you will feel more and more beautiful and calm inside. When you're happy for no reason, you start to see magic happening in your life. Be around kids will also help you feel less depressed. They will teach you how to be free and happy with the little you have.4. Avoid tanning or sun exposure. Sun or tanning ages your skin. Use spray tan instead. Put on sun block if you must go outside. Wear a nice hat that will cover your face and neck. Cover arms too. I carry an umbrella when I’m in the sun. I don’t care what people say. My skin gets itchy in the sun. It also has protected my skin from premature aging or skin cancer.Put a screen on the car window that exposes your face to the sun. Wear something that covers your arms while driving. You can even wear heavy driving gloves to protect your hands. The less you expose your face and hands to the sun, the less older you’ll look as you get older. Our skin works the same way grapes become raisins under the sun. Also the cause of skin cancer is over tanning or sun exposure.5. Get more vitamin D. Many health issues are stemmed from low vitamin D. You can fix your immune system and gut health by taking 5000 units Vitamin D capsules every day. Also whenever you can, lie on your stomach in your backyard, balcony or on the roof for about 20 mins either early morning or late afternoon with only the back of the leg area exposed to the sun. I prefer 90 minutes after sunrise when the sun is weak but bright. You can take a break from work and sit in the sun. You’re not getting harmful UV rays.. You're allowed to take a 15 min morning break legally in California. Make sure the rest of the body, especially face, neck, feet, arms and hands are covered. These areas wrinkle faster than legs. Regular exposure to early morning sun will get you vitamin D and also any cold germs in your body will also be killed. Try this especially when you have a cold. You’ll be perfectly healthy in an hour under the strong sun.5. Eat fewer carbohydrates than the previous day. Reduce it gradually. Then you won't be craving. For example, if you eat 2 slices of toasts, reduce to 1.5 slices for 3 days. Then to 1 to another 3 days. Replace sugar with raw, unfiltered honey. Gradually stop eating fast food, potato chips, pastries, sugar, white rice, white pasta, soda, juice or white bread. Many of your weight issues including health problems will go away with cutting down carbs. Potato chips have an ingredient that makes you not feeling full quickly and thus you eat more. They are also made to be addicting.6. Eat plant based foods with real veggies and fruits as well add meat, fish and eggs. If you’re hungry, have chicken or some proteins. Lot of essential minerals come from meat and fat. Our ancestors ate meat and fat. Meat makes you feel full for less amount. You will be eating twice a day only. You'll also lose weight without trying. You'll never have to deal with obesity, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy and many other diseases that come from eating too much carbs. I was a vegetarian for 3 years and was always hungry and gassy. I started having health problems. My doctor suggested I should eat what my ancestors ate. For example, some people are born into multi-generations of vegetarians. Their immune systems are adapted to such lifestyle. The same goes for skinny Asians eating so much white rice. Their body got used to it after generations after generations eating the same foods.If you want to stay on a diet that you don't really have to follow, then eat eggs, meat, salmon, salad and veggie/fruits. Have one bite of meat/salmon with a slice of cucumbers or fruit or wrap meat with veggies instead of mixing with rice. You'll be energetic and healthy with glowing and youthful skin. Make eggs with cage free eggs and organic butter. Trader Joe's sell hormone free butter and cage free eggs for $2 each. These are cheaper than regular eggs or milk at a 99 Centa Only store! Meat or milk that have hormone leave those chemicals in your liver. As a result, you develop liver problem and other digestive issues. Therefore eat hormone free foods, such as kosher or halal meat which are also uric acid free. Uric acid built up in your blood is the main cause of gout.Salmon will rebuild your skin to make you look younger. Within a few weeks, you will see skin would look smooth. You won't be needing botox or filler. I eat lot of salmon. My order at any restaurant is almost all the time is a salmon. Each place cooks it different. Whenever my skin looks dry, I eat salmon. Take omega 3 capsules too.7. Snack on nuts. Keep raw almonds all the time in a small sandwich bag. Mine are soaked overnight. They taste sweeter with water. I strain the water and keep them refrigerated in a jar and eat for 2–3 days. Almost all the time I eat them while making dinner or breakfast. This way I'm not too hungry for a meal and thus eat less. When I'm very very hungry. I start eating some raw almonds so that I buy thr time to get real food and not overeating or eating junk foods.8. Make fresh veggie/fruit juice at home with kale, carrots, beet roots, Hibiscus flowers, raw cranberry, blue berries and apple. This juice is rich with polyphenols that will not just make your skin glow but also help with fighting diseases.. Don’t strain the water to drink only water. Just swallow everything. You'll get the fiber you need which will help your digestive track as well. Drinking water part alone will not help you but may spike your insulin level.9. Have tons of unsweetened fermented dairy/kefir. They are loaded with Akkermansia muciniphila bacteria which will help you stay thin. These bacteria eat bad stuff in your gut and thus you don't gain weight. These bacteria love polyphenols. Therefore follow no. 8 and 9 together to have a healthy and lean body10. Once a week, eat bone broth. They help you build collagen and cartilage naturally. You won't need all cosmetic surgery. Get bones from kosher or halal meat stores. Add water and herbs. Then simmer for 6 hours. Then eat it like soup. Often I add chopped cucumbers and tomatoes right before eating to make it a full meal.11. Stop protein bars, sports drinks, energy drinks, salad dressings, processed/canned foods or veggie burgers. If you don't understand the ingredients, don't eat. Impossible burgers aren't really healthy. Processed tofu isn't healthy. Lot of vegan diets are made with processed soybeans that aren't good for you. Eat real veggies. Foods that use chemicals are bad for you and eventually will make you chronically sick. Meat with nitric acid like hot dogs will give you diseases. Have a salad with pinch of salt, lemon juice and olive oil. You won't need fattening dressings. Your body will stay young if you just make your own dressing. Add fruit in the salad for a sweet taste. You can also add dry roasted nuts.12. Eat two good meals a day and learn to cook. Eat between 6–8am and 6–7pm only. Drink plenty of water in between. Eating tons of protein can help you achieve this esp in the beginning. Then your body will be trained not to eat that much. The 12–14 hr gap in between meals help your body to go through the digestive process. The moment you eat something in between, the process starts again and interrupts a complete cycle. Learning to cook your own foods can help you save money and also prevent you from using ingredients that are bad for you. By the time you finish cooking, you won't be that hungry. Therefore you'll be eating less. Watch you tube videos on quick but healthy meal preparations.13. Go to bed early or by 10 pm. Your body will metabolize faster as it will as it will be aligned with the circadian rhythm. Our body isn't designed to stay awake all night and sleep in the morning. It's ok to have such schedule in your early 20′s. If you don't change it by the time you're 30, you'll start to look old and have health issues.14. Eat in moderation. No big portion except large meat. Reduce the portion gradually every day or every week. However do not deprive yourself from food. Do not starve yourself. You’ll be eating more. This is why diets never work! Rather eat less and less from the previous day. Always have almonds/nuts and eat few of those whenever you're hungry. This will buy you some time to get the right food. it's ok to have even a small piece of cake or pastries every now and then so that you don't deprive yourself. Also snack with fruits or crunchy veggies like carrots, celery and cucumbers. You can dip them in humus as I do. I dip broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, apples and carrots with humus as snacks and often as dinner.15. Drink 2 liters of water. Get a filter or boiled water. Often tap water carries H Pylori bacteria that cause stomach ulcer. If someone in your home has these bacteria, you'll get them too. 50% of the world have them. Always make sure your water is 100% boiled. Drink pure water. Any flavor is chemical. Any fruit or veggie in the water is good when you're eating meal but not in between. It will be bad for your teeth and gum because you're not brushing immediately.Sip water every few mins instead of trying to have a big glass of water. Your body will stay hydrated and you'll drink 2 liters a day without even knowing. Every time you crave something that is bad for you, sip water. You’ll be less hungry and less dry. You won’t even notice how much water you’re drinking. Your kidneys will be clean too. Your urine will be colorless. When you wake up, drink water on empty stomach. Your colon will be empty soon. You can also get water from popsicles. I ate mango popsicles before the colonoscopy. I wasn't allowed to have any solid foods for a day and a half. Popsicles filled me up and gave water to my body. I wasn't hungry. The result was a clean colon.16. Take supplements every day. Take liquid 5000 units of vitamin D, drink milk fortified with vitamin D, 1 omega 3 with DHA in liquid form in the morning and Magnesium 400 mg at night right before going to bed. These are essentials for your health. People with ADHD needs to take omega 3. You will sleep well and your heart will be healthy. No more muscle cramps or circulation issue. Take vitamin B complex for your nerve health, gait and even for hair loss. You won't have burning/tingling sensations or foggy brain either. Take vitamin A for good vision, good mood, good hair, good skin and also to get pregnant if you're trying. Low vitamin A often makes it difficult to get pregnant Take also Vitamin E which protect your liver. Calcium is absorbed by your body if you take with foods. Therefore milk or calcium fortified orange juice are the best way to get calcium. Your bones need calcium to help you function. No need to take calcium supplements. Also take betaine HCL. Often acne, belching, dry skin and hair loss are associated with low sromach acid. Stop antacids and take beating HCL and zinc instead. Eat tons of spinach to get folate.17. Have prebiotic with food. You need both prebiotic and prebiotic. Prebiotics are eaten by probiotic bacteria. Raw cabbage is full of prebiotic. And thus eating sauerkraut made with raw cabbage with meals protects your gut health. It also helps with digestion as they have healthy bacteria. I've tried many pickles and plain yogurt. Only sauerkraut helped. You can make yours too. All you need is cabbage and salt. Then beat the cabbage until they get watery. Then put them a a large jar and leave for 3 days. Then put them in the fridge. I add onions, garlic, apple and cucumber slices too when putting beaten cabbage in the jar. There are YouTube videos to make your own sauerkraut.18. No cigarette, coffee, tea, alcohol, no weed, no drug! Absolutely healthy lifestyle! Your skin won’t prematurely age or become dry or have wrinkles. I still have no wrinkles because I’ve never drink alcohol or smoke anything. Your liver, lungs and pancreas will stay healthy. Your brain will be clear too.19. Eat raw honey on empty stomach. Your skin will be clear with a glow. You’ll never have digestion issues. You will rarely get sick. Your liver will be clean. You won’t have cancer. And you will start to have so much energy that you won’t be needing caffeine anymore. Here’s the recipe: boil water; add turmeric, minced ginger cinnamon and sprinkle black pepper. When the water starts to boil, pour it in a cup. Add raw honey.20. Detox your body. Every night after dinner Once, warm half a cup of water. Then pour one tea spoon of apple cider vinegar with mother.. it will help breaking down sugar and fat in your blood. Your skin will be glowing next morning. Once a week, at night an hour before going to bed, squeeze 1 orange ans drink it. Immediately have a shot if extra virgin, unfiltered olive oil. Drink the squeezed juice. Drink water. This will cut the fat in your body, cleanse your liver and will help with digestion. You’ll get skinny within a few weeks and a glowing skin.21. Get rid of dead skin. Once you week before you shower, drop a tea spoon of honey in a bowl, few drops of water and add finely grounded white sugar. Then rub it on your face and body. Wash them in 10 mins. Your skin will be clean, smooth and glowing.Once a month before shower, add lemon juice in some olive oil. Then rub it all over your body. Leave for 30 mins. Then shower. Your skin will be bright and glowing.Once a month before shower, get some salt and baking soda and add drops of water and then rub it all over your body. Then use a wash cloth. This will exfoliate your body and give you a glow. I use cooking salt. This will also help you remove black magic. Saltwater bath helps with black magic removal. I shower first and then drain the water and get cold water to be submerge in cold water. You body goes through a shock and helps you become healthy . Rubbing salt on the skin also removes dead skin. These steps will help you be clean both inside and outside.22. Wash your face every night and moisturize your skin. I use Dove white bar soap for washing if no makeup or a good cleanser from Lancom with makeup. No one will tell you how good Dove is until you try. That bar is $1 only!Do not rub your skin with something rough. Gently touch your face as if you'retouchingsomething delicate. Your skin is delicate. I don’t use powder on my skin. Women keep rubbing powder on their face to make the skin look dry.. Then they spending their 40′’s and 50′s trying to look dewy. The more you rub the skin in your teens and 20’s, the older you’ll look in your 30’s or 40’s. Try to wear less makeup too. If you have good skin, you won'tneed to cover it with heavy makeup. I only use eyeliner and lip gloss most of the time. Foundation is for special occasion only. Men look better with age because they’re not rubbing their skin with makeup every day.Once every 2 weeks, boil some water. Then put your face on the steam for 5 mins. Then get a ice cube and rub on your face. You will have dewy skin. You can also put your face in a bowl of ice water right before you go to bed and after washing your face. Next day your face will look flawless. You'll sleep well too.23. Use moisturizer all the time esp on face, hands and neck. Keep a small lotion with you all the time and use it after washing hands. Moisture your hands and wear gloves when you go to bed for smooth looking hands. If you need to clean the house or do the dishes, always wear gloves. Neck and hands get wrinkles first. Therefore make sure to apply moisturizer on them several times a day.24. To protect hair loss and for healthy and shiny hair, blend raw red onion and some garlic clove. Pour them in a jar and put the jar in the fridge. Several times a week after dinner or early morningfew hours before shower, apply coconut oil on your hair and also massage scalp. I've tried olive oil but coconut oil made the hair softer. Once you're done apply oil on your hair, get cotton balls and dip one in the oniom/garlic juice. Then apply on your scalp and hair. Put the jar in the freezer unless you use it next day.. I used 3 days first and then once a month. The whole one month, the juice was in the freezer in ice temperature to stay fresh. Whenever I want use again, I leave it outside for 6 hours to defrost. Once you're down using the juice, wrap hair with a towel or cover the head with a shower cap. I tried to sleep like that but woke up with burning eyes. 6 houts later, wash thoroughly with shampoo to get rid of the smell. Whether you blow dry or air dry, you'll see how soft and shiny your hair feels. I didn't blow dry or use any chemicals in that month. Rarher used mousse or leave in conditioner. I didn't have dandruff eirher afterward. This didn't stop my hair loss as many youtube bodies claimed. I kept finding hair on the floor. About a month later, I noticed baby hair at the hair line and some spiky hair on the head. That means new hair grew although it didn't stop the hair loss.25. Whiten your teeth. Either buy strips at home or go to a dentist to have it done professionally. You want to have beautiful smile with white teeth. Sprinkling baking soda on your toothpaste right before brushing also gradually whitens teeth. Some people use charcoal powder. Make sure not to have coffee, tea or wine to have stain on your white teeth. See a dentist for cleaning or even whitening. Your gum health will help you stay healthy even during pregnancy. Brush teeth and floss after earing anything. Your mouth will be clean.26. Sleep well. Make sure to sleep well. Go to bed by 10pm. That means last food should be by 7pm. Sleep is necessary to look and feel good. Then you won't need caffeine. Cut down in caffeine too. No caffeine after 2pm. Caffeine makes you skin look dry. Sleep also helps your get oxygen it needs. Live a stress free life by sleeping well. Stress can kill you by giving too many health issues. Therefore sleep whenever you feel stressed. I usually fall asleep within a few mins while listening to meditational You tube videos like “I Am". The message goes into my subconscious. Several times I listened Bill Burr's stand up comedy. He curses a lot. I never cursed but next few days I found myself about to curse too often. Since then Iisten to “I Am". This video also helps me fall sleep within a few mins. In fact, I’ve never finished it. It continues to play when I’m in deep sleep :27. Shape up your eye brows if you are a female, this is for you. Don’t do anything on your eyebrows. Let them grow and be bushy. Then few weeks later, go to a thread place which will use threads to shape your eyebrows. You’ll love your eyebrows. You’ll also look better with natural looking, shaped eyebrows. Afterward, just use the tweezers to pluck the new hair. Don't follow trends to have thin eyebrows. Stay with natural eyebrows. Always smile at strangers and thank cashiers at the store. They work hard and barely make a living to help you buy groceries. They deserve a smiling face and a thank you.Remember to work on things that make you insecure. After 35, your face starts to look witchy if inside is unhappy and evil. So treat others good and forgive others and yourself for your own sake. If you have weight issue, exercise and eat healthy. When you feel sad, go for a walk. Take pics of flowers. When you love yourself, you cannot eat food that is bad for you and gives you health problems, digestive issues and acne. I stopped eating carbs after my body started to itch internally. I don’t have food allergies. I never had this issue but cancer made it impossible for me to eat anything sweet or carbs. Therefore to protect myself from sufferings, I don’t eat carbs. Love yourself enough not to eat or drink anything that makes you suffer. When you love yourself, you don’t waste time around wrong people either.Don’t carry your insecurity with you for a long term but do find the solution to better those areas. Love yourself enough to work on your body and mind. Once you love yourself, no one can hurt you or mistreat you.On day 28, get a facial from a professional. She will get rid of your pimples too. You should get a facial every 90 days. If you have acne scar, go for facial for 6–12 months. You’ll get new, clear skin. My friend did it. Now her face is acne scar free. She feels beautiful too. Remember after the facial or laser hair treatment, you shouldn’t be in the sun or exercise for 24 hours. Also get the laser hair treatment on your face a week before the facial. Get facial every 3 months.On day 29, go to the store to buy clothes and cosmetics. Get clothes that accentuate your body and you feel comfortable -not too tight, not too loose. Trim your hair every 90 days to avoid hair splits if you are a woman. For men, look for the nest style that fits you without coloring unless you want to color. Men look better with salt & pepper look. Don’t hide the grey. Look at Anderson Cooper. He looks good with silver hair.Take a selfie every 30 days and compare your change. Post to Facebook. You'll be getting lots of compliments for looking so stunning. You'll be amazed how clear, healthy and radiant your skin looks. You'll feel more confident about yourself. You will have more energy too. You'll also love yourself more and will be motivated to change your life for better.

Practice stress relieving activities like meditation and exercise, and learn to appreciate joy when you find it. Happiness does a body good.Eat vegetables There is good evidence that oxidative damage caused by toxins and metabolism contributes to the aging process at a cellular level. Foods (but not supplements) high in antioxidants seem to protect us from oxidative stress.Avoid sugar Sugar is a direct cause of aging and significantly reduces lifespan in organisms from yeast to primates. Not by a small amount either.Moisturize The appearance of your skin is largely dependent upon moisture. Help it out by using moisturizers to keep your skin soft and hydrated. Work with a professional to determine what type is best for you.Don’t raise your eyebrows Credit my mother for teaching me this one, it has been a lifesaver. As a kid she used to warn me about raising my eyebrows, saying it would give me wrinkles and I’d regret it. I thought she was crazy, but still learned to express myself without much forehead crinkling. As a result I have far fewer forehead lines than some people years younger than me.Sleep For me the most important determinant of how I look (and feel) on a given day is how much sleep I get. If you don’t believe me, try and remember the last time you saw a 20-year-old with yellow teeth….Wear sunglasses If you’re a happy person (and I know you are), your wrinkles will most likely be caused by smiling and show up predominantly around your eyes. Block out extra sun (and look super cool) by always wearing sunglasses when you go outside.Eat beans and lentils Legumes are a fabulous source of minerals that can help keep your skin hydrated and looking young.Tea Afternoon tea time is one of the greatest discoveries I’ve ever made. Not only is tea full of antioxidants and other cancer-fighting compounds, a midday break can be just what the doctor ordered to sip away stress.Cardio I’m not the biggest believer in cardio exercise for weight loss, but it is still important for vascular health. Not to mention how awesome you feel after a good session. Cardio doesn’t need to kill you, but you should do it regularly.Strength training Building strong, toned muscles is one of the most effective ways to look younger than your years. Ask anyone who looks fabulous and they’ll swear by strength training. A little goes a long way.Eat intact whole grains Intact grains (not fake “whole” grains that are ground into flour) are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals and soluble fiber. They are also perfect fuel for those killer workouts.Olive oil It is hard to think of something more versatile, healthy and delicious than olive oil. It breaks my heart that dietary fat got such a bad rap the past few decades, since the benefits of healthy fats like olive oil are innumerable. Fat isn’t just “not bad” for you, it’s essential.Kill your television We all have things we enjoy watching (I’m partial to NBA championship teams), but if it takes up a significant amount of your time each week (>5 hrs) it may be time to reevaluate. How many years of your life do you really want to spend on your couch?Don’t stuff yourself Cutting back on calories is the single most effective way to slow aging and extend life. I don’t advise starving yourself, but it’s a good idea to avoid overeating in any situation.Eat nuts Nuts are the perfect snack food and are filled with anti-aging fats, vitamins and minerals. They are also great for suppressing appetite–just don’t eat more than a handful.Avoid dairy Studies of aging skin have shown that milk and milk products are associated with acne, which can lead to scaring and age spots.Avoid processed meats Processed meats are associated with many different health problems in humans. No need to get too hung up on this, but you may not want to eat deli meat every single day if you want to stay young.No processed carbohydrates Just like sugar, processed carbohydrates are a direct cause of aging and disease. I eat these things occasionally, but don’t let it happen too often.Coconut oil Fats come in all different shapes and sizes, and I try to incorporate a good mix of all of them. Medium-chain fatty acids like those found in coconut oil are starting to be recognized as important by researchers, but the evidence is limited. Coconut oil is also a healthy source of saturated fat for vegetarians. I always use coconut oil when cooking Southeast Asian food.
