How can we write an Eviction Notice?

It depends on your state of residence and the applicable laws, as well as the terms of the lease agreement, but GENERALLY, a dated notice posted to the front door advising the tenant of how the lease agreement has been breached and all applicable statutory or lease requirements for an eviction have been met (or time periods have been extinguished), signed by the lessor (good idea to have these notices notarized to prove that it was signed and posted by the lessor on a certain date. The notice must let the tenant know how long (in accordance with law or lease agreement) they have to vacate the property. Since it is very important these notices be done properly to make sure the tenants’ rights are observed. Therefore, I highly recommend consulting with an expert (attorney, justice of the peace, or licensed property manager/real estate broker and/or agent). Failing to satisfy all the necessary criteria to enforce an eviction notice can infringe upon the rights of the tenant or lessor, so make sure you are meeting those requirements. Notice of eviction forms are pretty standard, I’m sure a basic template can be found through some careful online research.

Why did my two sons, now in their 40's suddenly quit their jobs and expect me to support them? They tell me I owe them because I am their mother. Is this elder abuse?

Them expecting you to support them is not elder abuse. If they're somehow forcing you to support them against your will, that’s elder abuse. You don't owe them anything. However, what they're doing is disrespectful and completely unacceptable. If it were me, I'd draw up a legal 30-day eviction notice, sending it to them via certified mail so there's a record of their receiving it. If for some reason you don't want to throw them out, draw up a legal lease, laying out the terms of their tenancy (rent, with due date and late fees, utilities, food costs, etc). Give them a week to sign the lease, and serve them with eviction papers if thhey refuse. There are plenty of websites offering free templates for both documents. Be sure and keep your signed copies, give them recipts when they pay the rent, and put any late notices in writing. These are no longer your children. They are freeloaders who need to become paying tenants or move out.

Not trustworthy, they use fraudulent download-banner phishing! Example: you're on examplevideosoftware.com they'll target the site with banners like "examplevideosoftware download" with a big download-button but links to CocoDoc. (i could provide a screenshot, but trustpilot doesn't allow it) Another thing: While installing some of their software in my sandbox, our security software issued a PuP-warning, usualy meaning the installer tried add software that's considered potential unwanted or harmful, usualy adware and spyware will trigger this warning but it could be also the banner-phishing. Also i found several censorship claims regarding CocoDoc on different platform... so no thank you.
