Typically things that are deemed unsafe wouldn’t be merged into the mainline of development. Unsafe / experimental changes would be isolated in a branch, and those using that branch would be made aware of the volatile nature of the code. I don’t see the usefulness of this feature.

Sad news for you. All VA clinics and hospitals are not organized by branch.VA Salt Lake City Health Care SystemVA.gov | Veterans AffairsAs you may note from the link, Salt Lake City has one veterans hospital with 121 beds, and Utah has five VA clinics. None of them just treat any one part of the military. There are also two clinics in Idaho underneath the Utah helmet, and one in Elko, Nevada. There is no such thing as an MCVA. All hospitals are under the VA.gov directive. You do realize that after posting a dozen other questions related to being scammed, that this is just another sign that you are in over your head with these scammers and you need to just take a break from social media with strangers.
