(PMNRF of congress doesn't have this provision).Prime Minister is the chairman of this trust and its members include Defence Minister, Home Minister And Finance Minister.now, as soon as trust started receiving a huge amount of money, the question raised why PM CARES FUND, they were thinking nobody would donate.PM CARES collects Rs 6,500 crores in just a week.Sonia Gandhi now wants it to transfer to PMNRF, where congressmen would become president.It is important to note that after PMNRF (not PMCRF) was declared a trust, nobody knows what are the guidelines that govern the PMNRF and since it was ‘deemed a trust’ and nobody knows where the money actually goes.now just one question!those who asking for ‘transparency’ by the fund being transferred to PMNRF, needs to answer why a party, whose sole aim is to install a Gandhi Prime Minister.PMNRF is far less transparent than the PM CARESPMNRF was deemed a trust, it has functioned without a trust deed.PMNRF Prime Minister with zero accountability. But basic differences are that Airtel/Vodafone/Idea are using HSPA+ Evolved HSPA to provide 4G capable speeds. Marketing aside it cannot be treated as true 4g tech as directed by 3gpp. It is 3.9G at best & cannot offer high speeds with large tenancy on the local BTS.RJIL is using LTE to provide a concept called VoLTE (voice over long term evolution) LTE (telecommunication) This is the closest format to the terms mentioned in the 3gpp guideline for 4G tech (speed-wise, however still not true 4g which mandates up/down link speeds of 1GB each).Furthermore RJIL is focusing on data/bandwidth by using Fiber Optics where possible(even in commercial & residential zones) they want users to use data for everything, even voice calls (whatsapp,skype,facetime,viber etc) this is fundamentally trying to do away with 2g spectrum(voice calls) dependency & head forward using data as the primary driver for mobile services (use the internet for everything right from calling/messaging to surfing/downloading)

According to CAG, the difference between estimated fair price of 2G spectrum and what the companies paid is is roughly $ 25–30 Billion. And that is the value of the 2G scam.The sheer enormity of the scam caused Time to include this scam as the 2nd biggest abuse of power in the history. It’s right there after Watergate and before Gaddafi’s corrupt regime.
