This is a very pertinent question and which is equally baffling. And with the billions of state and private funding afforded to black citizens, the growth of black entrepreneurship over a quarter of a century has been dismal. This especially exacerbates the problem of unemployment to a rapidly increasing black population who remains dependent on a diminishing white-owned formal private sector and Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) for majority of non-government employment.There is absolutely no reason or barrier preventing female entrepreneurship in South Africa… this especially applies to black females.In spite of populist rhetoric, females, especially black females (as well as black males) in SA are afforded great support (financial, hands-on assistance and moral support) in entrepreneurial projects.There are no private organisations, NGO’s or Government Depts that I know of that will fund white females or whites in general. IDC ? NYDA ? DTI there are many institutions, depending on the type of funding. Loan or government grant.Although a significant amount of paperwork is required.Mandatory Requirements will be, BEE certification and a valid tax clearance certificate.

I think you might want to check out organization such as NRF (national research foundation) or NYDA (National Youth development agency) though am not 100% sure if they can assist that much, check with the department of higher education they are now in charge of the FET and TVET colleges so they should be able to assist, so yeah all the best, I think that's a brilliant idea, and I hope you do fulfill it.
