Almost 75% of Indians are Hindus and Ganesha is one of the maximum crucial deities worshiped.Indian Blinks were obviously angry and were incredibly dissapointed at YG Entertainment for allegedly disrespecting their lifestyle and faith.Now the original scene was:Lisa is rapping in an alley and she sits on a throne with Ganesha on the floor as a prop.Now Ganesha is known for his removal of any sorts of barrier or obstacles. He symbolizes expertise and is the patron god of Science and Art.Such a mighty God is placed on the floor. Thats disrespecting…No doubt.Being an Indian, I’ve seen that my friends and other people keep ganesha at a high level with decorated altars and fragrance BUT never on the floor.Moreover, Lisa was wearing footwear in front of the idol… WHICH is extremely disrespectful as footwear are strictly not allowed to be worn near any Hindu objects.Indian Blinks are even more triggered as they used ganesha for an “aesthetic”Some Blink lovers said that Lisa was not disrespecting it purposely. They said that she’s from Thailand and Ganesha is also worshiped there as Phra Phikanesuan.Indian Fans started trending the hashtag #Ganesha and #YGapologise and asked YG Entertainment to take action and rectify the scenes.if you want to see the importance of Ganesha in India, then look at this:Its a whole different phenomenon on a completely different level! By now you all should know, that its just not a mere complaint but its of a whole national importance that cannot be ignored.Fans said that they’re not blaming Lisa and they love her deeply. They just need an apology statement/letter from YG Entertainment.I’m sure YG Entertainment has seen this hashtag and are well aware, but they’ve still not given any statement regarding this mistake.However, as of now, they’ve edited the scene… thankfully.WHICH ALSO means that they’re well aware of the situation and the demands for an apology letter.Now that you all know how important Ganesha is to us Indians, you guys need to see this.
