Should transgender athletes compete neither with males nor females but with other transgenders only?

Yesterday the State Rep passing the Bill in US State (Mississippi or Missouri i think) said It would be unfair for female athletes to compete with a man who is surgically a woman and has unfair physical advantages. The Legislature said We must consider the Physical Original Sex of the Transgender person in question and regard the scientific evidence that Men are physically stronger than most women.I would agree with this reasoning. However the other spectrum would also be unfair - a Woman surgically altered to be a Man will still have the Physical Strength of a Woman and it would be unfair to compete with men because “She” would always lose.So - I believe a Male to Female Transgender Event and a Female to Male Transgender event must be introduced for absolute fairness.Alternately - you can also Ban Transgenders from all Sporting Events and all other physically competitive events like Womens Softball, Football etc.

Are Native Americans angry that whites seem to have appropriated lacrosse?

Many tribes played stickball and they had their own rules or objectives in their styles of play. The standardization of lacrosse is not "offensive" in my opinion..it is just taking something that was fun, exciting, and totally athletic and opened it up to people of all backgrounds. There is nothing wrong with that. I have never met a Native that ever gave this a second thought, let alone got angry about it. In fact, the Iroquois Confederacy tribes put up very competitive teams that play on all levels (e.g. modern-rules lacrosse teams). They are heavily engaged in the sport.Modern lacrosse can be very tough, and physically demanding, but it is a toned-down version of the Native sport. The Mississippi Choctaws still play stickball with no pads, and aggressive take-downs and strikes are commonplace. They use two rackets instead of one with larger laced basket.

In a fight to the death between every American president, who would win and why?

1. Abraham Lincoln - he was physically the strongest American president ever, and there are numerous stories in his biographies about how in his younger days he used to wrestle and brawl on the Frontier and up and down the Mississippi, many of them recounting feats of incredible strength and dexterity. If it's hand fight/ MMA type brawl, he's your man.2. Andrew Jackson - he was a straight up stone cold killer. Guy was a fighter, as in life and death fighter in wars where he killed people, since he was a teenager. He was also a duelist - a person who fought other people in ritualized combat to the death with loaded pistols at 10 paces (and some stories have him dueling with knives). Also, to the best of my knowledge he's the only president who actually killed other people with his own hands - others ordered actions that resulted in the deaths of others (e.g.; Washington, Grant), but Jackson's the only one who did it himself up close and personal. If it's a no-holds barred Purge style murder-athon, he is the one to put your money on.Compared to those 2, Teddy Roosevelt was just some rich brat wannabe posseur. He was tough, but it was an affected and acquired toughness like that of some scions of the 1% who get into extreme sports and hire a private sensi to teach them a martial art and/or buy a dojo where they get to play at MMA.

Comments from Our Customers

I love that its easy to use! I have not had one issue with a customer returning a signed document, since its very easily explainable. I also love the price. Cheaper and better quality than any other e-signature software out on the market.
