I am a customer of Standard Chartered, UBL and HBL. If I was to rate each in terms of ease of use and variety of functions, Standard would win hands down. UBL and HBL have many security features that are mostly annoying to users such as forcing to change passwords every 45 days, generating a financial pin every day/week/month. This only adds to another layer of frustration. They also charge a fee for many of these transactions that have absolutely no cost to them (believe me I know since I used to work in UBL).On the other hand, SCB was the first to provide the facility for transferring money to other banks both via the web and through ATM.They also allow you to add accounts in SCB branches in other countries and do transactions via "Global Link".Bill payments, instand funds transfer, online statements for a year, Purchase pre-paid airtime, order check books etc are some of the services they have been offering for a long time.They have a great app for iPhone that they have launched in a few countries called Breeze.Hence in short, SCB is the way to go and has the best UI and set of solutions needed to conduct your business online.Update Sept 2015:SCB descriptions in online statements are quite bad though and could do with loads of improvement. They dont seem to understand that normal people cannot remember internal account numbers they assign to bank transfers and bill payments.
