Hi,If your goal is to ge fit, you can do anything. ex: cycling, jogging, swimming, basketball, any sport etc.,But, if you want to be fit along with improving your strength and make some good gains. Then you can go for gym along with any sport or walking/jogging.My own suggestion for you is to get a membership in gym, do your strenth workouts for 4days in a week andDo some medium or high intensity cardio like thredmill, cycling or you can go for outdoor sports.But make sure atleast you have one day of rest in a week, where you must consume good amount of nutrients which can provide extra gains for your muscles and also recover your body the earliest.I hope i have given you some valid information for your question.
