There were 2 moderators who told us the requisite instructions and gave us the following topic.Topic: Is Technology killing human imagination and creativity?Entering into the discussion was quite challenging. I was the fourth one to enter, later it went smooth everyone gave their respective inputs. When time was over, one of the moderator asked no. 6 to conclude. Overall it was a healthy discussion (just got a bit random)Step 3 -GE topic was given (prioritizing exercise)Topic: If you are a cricket coach and you have to select players for the national team. Which of the following points will you consider?8 pts. were given (Team Spirit, physical fitness, past performance, all-rounder etc)15 min were given to assign individual priorities. Later, group ranking was decided (we were able to prioritise only 4 out of 8 & the time was up , so it was a half consensus or no consensus (I don't know, how they'll consider it)Step 4- PI (interview panel had a chairman with 4 other members -one was Lady)Chairman - so you are from Hindu college, it's a famous college. What you like most about your college?A- yes sir, indeed it's a good college. RANK CERTIFICATEWHY DO YOU NEED IT?Kerala University gives Branch wise Rank certificate if you come in top 10 (or may be more). I did not know about it until 7 years after graduation when a friend told me. It is very useful if you are applying to foreign universities for higher studies.Even if you don’t know your rank in the university, if you are in top 5 in college, it is highly likely that you may be holding a high rank in the University list and I recommend getting this certificate. The cost is exempted if you are the 1st Rank holder. You can pay the fees either at Friends counter in Saphalyam complex or the University cash counter.Note 1: If you are downloading the General Purpose form from the website, take challan for Rs 100 + 20.Note 2: Keep the counterfoil of the payment receipt for yourself.3. DOCUMENTS:Attested copies of the following certificates are required.·10th marksheet·Degree certificate· Provisional certificate· All mark sheetsNote: If you need the certificate mailed to your home, Self Addressed sufficiently stamped envelope is required to be given at the time of application.4. AT THE UNIVERSITY:Go to Information Center in KU and obtain a pass for entering the B.Tech section. The timings for entering B.Tech section are as 12pm-1pm and 3pm-5pm. Please make sure you have a valid ID Proof for getting the pass. At the B.Tech section building ask for your college and section that handles the Rank certificate. The staff will verify and give you contact details. Check after a week. It usually takes 2-3 weeks or longer to get your rank certificate.I applied for my transcripts and rank certificate together. While I got my transcript in a week, the rank certificate took 3 weeks and constant reminders to the section.So apply in advance and be proud when you get it! :-)

No, AirBnB is NOT banned. There are simply stricter rules for people offering their apartments. As Jananena said there's a law since 2014 that had 2 year adoption period - so from May 1st on, those rules are actually binding.They are also not actively targeting people renting out 1 room in their flat-share, while someone is away (again, as Eva said... be sure to have a general approval for subletting from your landlord). The main goal is to ban those people who own several (up to 175 in one case) apartments just to post them on AirBnB and earn shitloads of money, instead of going through the hassle of having an actual tennant (laws and regulations give tennants lots of right) for fewer money than before. You can see that by the maximum fine of 100.000 €!
