It really depends on what kind of trouble you are speaking of. We try to make our lease agreement quite specific as to what we expect from our tenants. Especially because our rentals are located in a townhome and condominium subdivision, where excessive noise can cause trouble with the neighbors, who then call me.Our lease agreement forbids pets, excessive noise, drug use, and any other persons living in the property who have not signed the lease.
