You are supposed to repaint between tenants, that's the law. I told her that is not the law in Oregon in 2001. She claimed it was the law in Texas where her dad lived and he was a lawyer.My lease specifically says jurisdiction is Washington County, Oregon. I deducted the cost from the deposit and sent her the rest. Never heard from the dad.
