Many years ago, as a self-employed carpenter/remodeler, I ordered two very expensive entry door locking mechanisms needed for the project I was working on.I went down to the supply house to pick them up. I had an account there, so I just went to the counter and the materials were handed over to me, and I signed for them on the purchase order.Leaving to put the materials into my truck, I then noticed that I was being charged for only one of the two lock units.
