PDF Editor FAQ

How's your IIM interview-2018 experience? What is your profile, academic record, work experience, CAT percentile, and WAT/GD topic?

This was my IIMB interview experience. With their emphasis on work experience in shortlisting candidates, they ask questions from work ex. I have 8 months of experience in data analytics and have worked on a marketing problem. The business application of the problem helped me to explain it in a way they could relate to.Also, my graduation is B.Arch. Recently, the architect of IIMB has been awarded the Pritzker Prize. I was hoping the interviewers to ask me something along this line as it presents me the opportunity to discuss something different and interesting. Luckily, I got one.WAT : Delhi has been in news for pollution. What could be the steps to reduce urban pollution in India. My number was the last on panel. The panel consisted of a male prof (55 yrs) and a female prof (45 yrs). As I had heard from the candidates before me, the male prof wasn’t easy to please.M: How come you did your graduation in architecture and moved to data analytics?(It was my fifth interview of the season and this had been the welcome question in all the interviews, I had already faced different variations of this question.)I began by explaining how my father had taught me to follow my interest and that I chose architecture for my interest in maths and painting. Over the course of architecture, I realized I loved working with numbers and art was more a hobby, and that I wanted to do some work which would test my logical and analytical reasoning.M : So she loves maths, lets ask her something about maths.F: Why do you love maths so much?R.M. : Because it challenges my thinking and allows me the freedom to think in whichever direction. There is no fixed approach and I can reach the same solution in multiple ways.F: How many solutions does a Sudoku have?R.M. : A Sudoku will have only one solution.F: Are you sure? There could be multiple solutions to a Sudoku puzzle.R.M. : There is no way of solving a Sudoku wrongly. If solved, a Sudoku puzzle will have only one solution.F : Have you heard of B.V. Doshi? Has he been in news recently?(I was happy to have been asked the question which I had been hoping for)R.M. : I am very glad you brought this up. This is a matter of pride as B.V Doshi has received the Pritzker Prize in Architecture, which can be compared as the Nobel Prize in Architcture and is the first Indian to receive it. He also happens to be the architect of IIM Bangalore.F: IIMB website has his photo on the homepage.R.M. : Yes and IIMB also shared an article on the same.F: So what is his style of architecture?R.M. : He follows the Brutalist style, which evolved in France. Brutalist means exposed concrete in French and this style refers to construction in exposed concrete. Le Corbusier followed this style and it can be seen in Chandigarh in the Chandigarh High Court designed by him. B.V. Doshi worked with Le Corbusier and has been inspired by his style. Brutalism, which essentially was exposed concrete, when came to India took the form of exposed brick as can be seen in this very building we are sitting in (India Habitat Centre) designed by Joseph Stein.M: Is there any other building by Stein that we see on the way to here?R.M.: Yes, India International Centre, which also follows the Brutalist style.M: So has B.V. Doshi worked with Stein?R.M. : As per my knowledge, no he hasn’t. But B.V. Doshi has worked with Louis I. Khan, the architect of IIM Ahmedabad and was responsible for having him design the building. IIMA, which has walls in exposed brick and beams and columns in exposed concrete also follows the same style.F: Has B.V. Doshi created something in Ahmedabad?R.M.: Yes, he was the founder of CEPT (Centre for Environment and Planning) and has designed its building.F: What other structure has he designed there? Some Gufa?R.M: Yes he has designed the Amdavad ni Gufa, with M.F. Hussain to showcase his paintings.F: It is not M.F. Hussain, is it?R.M. : Yes ma’am, it is M.F. Hussain.F (smilingly) : So what more do you know about that structure?R.M. : It has rounded ceilings covered with paintings, and even the columns are not rectangular, they are curved, which creates flowing spaces and visiting the place creates dynamism and unleashes thoughts.F: Have you visited the place? I have visited it, it doesn’t unleash any thoughts, it’s too dark inside to see anything.R.M. : Yes ma’am, that could be true. Brutalism evolved in France but it does not suit the climate of India. The exposed concrete..F (interrupting) : There is no concrete in the GufaR.M. : Ma’am the structure is made of concrete and that has also brought criticism to the structure. Concrete absorbs lot of heat and is not suitable to Indian climate, particularly Ahmedabad’s climate. As a result, inside the Gufa, it gets very hot and since there is no ventilation so it becomes uncomfortable.F: Okay, have you heard of Gaudi?R.M.: Yes ma’am, he led to the rise of Art Nouveau movement, which grew in reaction to industrialized structures. In Europe, after the Industrial Revolution, we could see the rise of structures such as Eiffel Tower in Paris, which was built in steel using molds. The purpose of Art Nouveau was to bring back the intricacy in sculptures which drew inspiration from nature.F: Seems like you have been interested in architecture. Then why did you not want to pursue it ?R.M. : Yes ma’am, I was interested in architecture and enjoyed it, but as I mentioned earlier, it did not give me enough opportunities to use my analytical reasoning.F: Have you done any linear programming ?(Here I did not know what linear programming meant. I was stuck and for a while thought of saying that I don’t understand what is meant by linear programming. But then went ahead with saying what I had done)R.M. : I have done logistic regression.M: What is the form of dependent variable in logistic regression?R.M. : Here, the dependent variable is a binary variable which can take either of the two values 1 or 0 such as Yes/No, True/False.M: So what do we get in the result of logistic regression?R.M. : On running logistic regression on data, we get the probability of getting 1 or 0, the probability that the result would be yes/no, which lies between 0 and 1.M: What is the structure?(Here I was not very clear with what he meant by structure. I expressed the same, he then asked a different question)M: Probability should lie between 0 and 1. So how do we ensure that we get the result in this range and not as -1 or 2 ?R.M. : By using the logistic function.M: And that is?R.M. : e^x/(1+e^x) At -infinity the value approaches 0 and at +infinity it approaches 1.M: But how do we ensure the result follows this constraint?(Here I asked him if I could draw the graph of function and explained it with the help of the graph)R.M. : As we can see, the value of function always lies between 0 and 1 for any value of x and in this way the constraints are satisfied.M: Have you heard of odds ?R.M. : Yes sir, odds is the probability of desired outcome divided by probability of undesired outcome, which becomes p/1-p . The above function gives the value of p or the probability of desired outcome. If it is transformed, then it becomes log(p/1-p) = x (linear equation in x). Hence logistic function gives the log of odds in the form of a linear equation in x.M: And this log is in base …?R.M. : Base e, natural log.(At this, he finally gives in and laughs. No questions on logistic regression anymore. Now comes the work ex part)F: And what have you used logistic regression for ?R.M. : For that I would like to give you a brief background of my client. It is a U.K. based e retailer. Nowadays, we see that customer shopping behaviour is changing and more and more people are buying things online. So accordingly, marketing has to also change and the focus is now on digital marketing. With many digital marketing channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Google ads, it is very important to identify the most efficient marketing channel to further allocate budget. It is also important to identify how different channels are performing and which areas need intervention. Hence this was the purpose of my project. To attribute a share of the total revenue generated to the different marketing channels. Now it is very rare that a person visits a single channel during purchase. There are many channels visited by the customer during his/her journey which lead to a purchase. So a customer’s visit to different channels, called touchpoints is mapped and a share of the revenue generated by these is attributed to the different touchpoints in his/her journey. Hence the project is called Multi Touch Attribution (MTA).F: So it was your work to map the journey? R.M. : No, we got the data. F: Then explain what you did thereafter.R.M. : Now, in MTA, there are different models, such as First Touch, where the entire share is attributed to the first touchpoint, or the Last Touch, where it is attributed to last touch point, or Weighted Average, where all touchpoints get an equal share. The model that we used was Time Decay model. In the data, we had observed that as it was nearer to order day, there were more touchpoints of a channel (the channel was visited more frequently) than days earlier to the order. Hence in a 10 day customer journey, a channel visited on the 8th day was attributed higher share than the one visited on 2nd day.For this, we calculated a decay factor for each channel, and suppose if a customer visited a channel 4 days out of 10 day journey, then the value was combined of the four days. In this way, data was fed into logistic regression model. Here the dependent variable could take two values- 1 for purchase and 0 for no purchase. Both data were fed, when a customer makes a purchase and doesn’t make a purchase. Now here, the objective of the problem was not prediction. We did not want to calculate what the probability of getting the purchase would be. Instead we had fed the result (if it is a purchase or not) to the model and we wanted to get the coefficients for different channels. Then according to the coefficients, a share of the revenue or demand was attributed to the channels. Both nod..M: So what do you want to do after MBA?R.M. : Presently, the data analysis work that I do is used to grow businesses- reduce costs and increase revenue and profit. Having been exposed to business consulting, I am interested in it and inclined towards pursuing a career in management consulting. Then a brief discussion on my grades in college and my hobbies (I had mentioned swimming in my SOP, and discussed how I started swimming and represented my college, about the swimming pool at IITR)I casually remarked how I have heard from friends that IIMA is extremely competitive while IIMB allows some balance.M: All of this is false, IIM A, B, C all are equally competitive.F: And the firms that you are planning to join are even more competitive. Why are afraid of competition.R.M. : I am not afraid of competition and I strongly feel that competition brings out the best in you. I was just interested in a balanced life.M: But life during MBA is going to be extremely competitive and aggressive. You should know what is coming your way.R.M. : Yes sir, and for that I feel I am well prepared for MBA. Life studying architecture was not like engineering where people had to appear for exams only, it was very competitive.F: Architecture is not competitive.R.M. : Yes ma’am (I corrected myself), architecture is not competitive, but it was very aggressive. We had 3–4 submissions each week, and most of our submissions were group submissions. It is not very easy to work in groups when some are more focused. So after studying architecture, I feel that I am prepared to do MBA.M then asks me if I have any questions to ask them. I casually remark I hadn’t thought of anything.(I think I should prepare for this, or atleast come up with something). Both then wish me good luck. The thing that worked for me was B.V. Doshi receiving the prize 3 days before my interview, giving me ample material to talk. The moments when luck works in your favor.. :)

How can I become a retail designer?

Become a Retail ArchitectRetail architects design commercial spaces, such as shopping centers and restaurants. Their designs tend to focus on the importance of spacing and visual aesthetics to please potential retail customers. Like most architects, those who design retail spaces usually work in a climate-controlled office environment, though they may go to construction sites to make sure their designs are being correctly implemented. These professionals usually work regular office hours, but at times, they might have to work irregular hours to meet a client's deadline.A professional degree in architecture is required, although a Bachelor of Architecture degree is most common. Licensure is required in all states. Voluntary certification is available through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Approximately three years of experience in a training or internship program is necessary before an architect can be licensed. Retail architects should have strong analytical, communication, visualization, and organizational skills, as well as creativity. Additionally, knowledge of computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) and building information modeling (BIM) programs is a common necessity. Architects may also use document management and graphic imaging software. Retail architects may use drafting tools and saws. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the mean annual salary for all architects was $76,100 as of May 2015. Let's take a look at the steps needed to become a retail architect.Earn a Professional DegreeArchitects are typically required to have a professional degree from an accredited architecture program, depending on the state in which they work. Some students accomplish this through a five-year professional Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) program, but others may earn a traditional bachelor's degree in a related field along with a Master of Architecture (M. Arch.). These programs may include coursework in architectural structure, cost control, building materials, and architectural history. Practical design work is also required and a focal point in architecture programs. Master's programs may also require research projects or theses.Success Tip:Hone key communication skills. Communication skills are important for retail architects since they must present their designs and drawings and market themselves in order to gain new clients. Students in degree programs can begin to develop these important skills by taking communications courses. They may also enroll in courses that require presenting their projects and ideas to faculty and peers.Study Retail DesignNot all architecture degree programs include retail design, so prospective retail architects may wish to take supplementary courses in another program. Taking courses in interior design or product merchandising may help students understand what retail establishments need. For example, businesses require certain color schemes, lighting, and building layouts to make customers feel comfortable and thus more likely to make purchases, so retail architects must address these aspects in their design plans. Those who already have a professional degree may choose to earn a certificate in architectural interior design or interior architecture to get more training. Coursework can include commercial design, advanced communication skills, graphic planning, lighting design, textiles, and interior finishes.Find a PositionAll states require their architects to be licensed. Before being eligible for the licensure exam, most states require architecture students to complete training through an internship or a field experience. Aspiring architects generally must complete three years of pre-professional training. Many individuals choose to train with leading companies in the retail architecture industry, but almost any accredited architecture experience will suffice. Internship experience accrued while in college can sometimes be applied toward licensure experience requirements.Success Tip:Become familiar with common computer programs. Although some drafting may still be done by hand, most architects primarily use CADD software to draw plans and designs. Individuals should take advantage of working with experienced professionals to gain confidence with these programs and how they are applied in real-life settings.Take the Licensing ExamAfter earning a professional degree and completing practical training, prospective retail architects must pass the Architect Registration Exam (ARE) in order to earn licensure. The ARE is given by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and applicants must have a professional degree in architecture and the required experience in order to be eligible. There are seven key divisions covered in the ARE, including site planning and design, schematic design, and building systems.Success Tip:Maintain licensure. Most states require architects to pursue continuing education opportunities in order to maintain their licensure and keep their skills sharp. Continuing education can take many forms, including workshops and formal coursework. Retail architects should research the specific requirements in their states.Gain ExperienceArchitects working for a large firm may begin leading projects and assignments with enough experience and leadership skill. Managerial or administrative promotions are potentially available to architects as well, and a graduate degree or experience in leadership or business improve their likelihood of attaining supervisory positions. Alternatively, enterprising retail architects may desire to start their own firm or begin working on a freelance basis.A retail architect must have a BA or a B. Arch., study retail design, find work, become licensed, and gain experience.Become a Retail Architect: Step-by-Step Career Guide

What is it that we as Indians are collectively doing wrong?

10 THINGS THAT INDIANS ARE COLLECTIVELY DOING WRONG1. Displaying our artistic skills on Historical Monuments.India is a country that is rich in heritage and cultural history and the living symbols of it stand amongst us in the form of monuments. But instead of taking pride in them, what do we do, we ‘adorn’ them with our artistic skills. There is hardly any country in the world with such diverse physical structures representing the grandeur of architecture, art, religion, knowledge in various fields, etc.Yet we treat them like our own private canvas to be decorated and treated the way we want to.These beautiful and mesmerizing monuments are scarred because of our appalling civic sense. We want to confess our love through them2.Printing out account balance receipt unnecessarily and then throwing it away.If you go to any ATM, you will most likely see account balance receipts lying everywhere on the floor which were printed for no reason.Listen people, what if I tell you that there is a better way to check account balance. You can just click on balance enquiry and then click NO when asked if you want to print receipt. Please get printed receipt only if you need it. Don’t print it if you want to throw it away the very next moment.3. Celebrities Culture Praise : A bitter truth.People, who live in the India are always famous for praising celebrities. The other countries people doesn’t remotely comes close to Indians on celebrity craziness. The celebrities, who being on TV, cinema, cricket and politics are having huge number of fans following that is unimaginable for outsiders.Do Americans elect a movie actress like Hema as MP ?Do other countries like US,UK,China,Japan built temples for cinestars? But we do…People who live in the various states in India have been washing large size of cut-out of the famous movie stars with milk and beer. These poor dudes might not even have milk for their home. There are even temples built for these stars and rural India is often dotted with their pictures. Here, some of the crazy people celebrating this cinestar, who is the SuperStar of Tamil Nadu – Rajinikanth.4. Spreading Hoax Messages on WhatsApp.Even though you might be having really qualified parents and family members I’m sure every one of has at-least once received a hoax message on WhatsApp, these messages not only spread false facts but sometimes create fear in the minds of the people. recently during the Chennai Rains someone started spreading rumors about crocodiles in the water, electricity leaks in the water etc. Now in such situations people are worried so they forward it to the maximum people possible. But this situation is quite understandable as it was a calamity. I’ll try to list the most bizarre ones I’ve come across. Some HIV AIDS affected person who has mixed his blood into Frooti/AppyXYZ guy had an accident. WhatsApp will pay 1 rupee per forwardIndian National Anthem was chose the best National Anthem by UNESCO“Hello” was Alexander Graham Bell’s girlfriend’s last name and he made the first call saying “hello” hence we all follow thisNASA’s Diwali Picture every yearPhotoshopped babies with extra body parts,Messages that charge your phones battery, give recharges, change the positions of emojis, etcRandom Notices by Mr Narendra Modi stating to boycott whatsappAnd I don’t even know what else could be possibly be hoaxed .Indians believe and fall for such hoax messages and WhatsApp amplifies the reach of such fake ones. So there needs to be an awareness that verify or at least think before you forward any message on WhatsApp.4.Not standing up when somebody needs help- Bystander ApathyNot only Indians, everybody is doing wrong. As thousands die on Indian Roads and a staggering number of girls are molested in full public glare, almost each one of us stands indicted for playing the mute spectator. Be it accidents or molestations in public place, very rarely do we step in and help.Call it the “bystander effect” or plain and simple “couldn’t care-less attitude” or “not my problem” corrosive mindset, the fact is indifference has almost become an Indian way of living.Indian Citizens please pay heed, stand up and be counted.5. Celebrating 2 crore package offered by facebook and google in campus recruitment in USA . Not celebrating Rs. 55 lac package in India. The package offered to students is approx. $3.02 lac per annum. When converted into rupees it becomes Rs. 2 crore. This package is actually misunderstood by many people because people are unaware of the concept called Purchase power parity. In USA income tax rate is very high, close to 45%. So the guy or girl will get Rs. 1.1 crore in hand every year.Guy or girl in India with Rs. 0.33 crore in hand per annum has same purchase power as that of Rs. 1.1 crore in USA.6. ELECTING YOUR LEGISLATIVE MEMBER (VOTING):Picture explains perfectly and if am correct many people who read this answer don’t even know there own constituency MP and MLA . “do not vote just because the person belongs to certain party caste religion class status and celebrity status ,vote the person by looking at his performances and efficiency of work and service that he can offer to our region, state and country.”7. BRUSHINGYes you read it right. We all are brushing wrong as we don’t know the amount of toothpaste needed for brushing and end up following the advertisement shown by toothpaste manufacturers. You’re using too much.Don’t be so suggestible!Toothpaste ads show you how to use up the tube more quickly.Just use 1/3 as much, the size of a pea. It will still taste good, I promise! With time, if you use too much toothpaste, you can cause the irreversible damage to your enamel. Additionally, swallowing fluoride contained in toothpaste could be harmful, and there’s more likelihood of swallowing larger amounts of fluoride if you use a lot of toothpaste. And too much foam can make you lose track of where your teeth(s) is/are actually located.8. Believing that men are always wrong. As far as it has been observed, in a fight between a man and a woman, the public takes up the side of the woman without verifying the background. The men are often beaten up and arrested for the crime they didn’t commit. If a man slaps a woman, then the man is assumed to be wrong. If the woman slaps a man, then again man is assumed to be wrong.I would request you not to take anybody’s side, and do not take the law in your hands, unless otherwise genuine. Like a woman is being teased, stand up for the right. If she is merely shouting, just let go. But again the victim can be a man as well. Stand up for him as well.In Nagaland, a man was lynched because people intuited that the man was a rapist. And later on it was stated that it was a ‘consensual sex‘, not rape. This is how people are believing blindly to a woman’s hokum. On the contrary, when two sisters beat up boys in a bus, nobody stood up for them. They were alleged eve teasers. The guys were severely beaten by belts, but in spite of being victim, they were arrested because according to the people and law ‘women are always right’.They had qualified for the army but rejected because of the police case was filed on them, even when nothing was proved.Aftermath, both the Rohtak sisters, namely Aarti and Puja failed polygraph test, but still roaming in peace. Their so called molesters passed the test. The most recent story is that of Jasleen Kaur which created a Storm, and everyone took side of Jasleen Kaur, but when the truth came out, no one chided Jasleen even in a fractional proportion of the way they chided Sarvjeet.9 . An IITianYes, you read it right. An IITian.Understand first this analogy.A and B are neighbours.A is a Father of child C. Certainly C’s all expenses will be paid by A.C works very hard, end up in elite College, get a good Package at the End of college. And then my friend instead of taking Care of his Father,Child C treat B as a Father.Though I don’t envy them at all(after all they have achieved such a feat with immense hard work of their own). But there are some facts that have enlightened me with the greater truth :Sir/Madam, have a look at them. This first picture below shows the approximate expenditure by the Indian Government in past year for the IITians :According to the non-planed expenditures in the budget estimates of the govt., money allocated for the IITs for the year 2015-16 is approximately Rs.1703.85 crores(256.72 Million US Dollar). Now from the same amount you can buy 106 Bugatti Veyron.(which is most expensive car in the world and still you will ended up with 0.96 Million US$ )Government spends a large portion of their money on educating a 4 year batch of preciousIITians. While an IITian pays merely Rs.90,000 as his/her fees, the total expenditure on his/her education is not less than Rs.3.4 Lakhs an year. So an amount close to Rs. 2.5 lakh is borne by the government per student per year, which is nothing but the taxes collected from the so called common Indian man. If one extrapolates this to all the 39540 students in IITs, the cost borne by the tax payers on educating the IITians extends to Rs.988.5 crores annually. On the other hand, considering the ROI(Return of Investment); one can figure out what is actually being done (for the home country India which is continuously sponsoring the students so lavishly) by looking the below pics :(Go back to the picture again and check the number of IITians who have joined ISRO, Indian Army & DRDO. And it is not at all about joining fights or wars, but mainly about joining and contributing to research, development and strengthening of the backbone of India.)An RTI filed recently has shown that less than 2% of engineers in Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) are from IITs and NITs. Our best space programs don’t get our best engineers every year.DRDO has a shortage of more than 2700 scientists, and they are stretched and over-worked, but our world class engineers don’t find it challenging.I do not envy Chetan Bhagat, but Hey, why did an Indian Common Man pay(as much as Rs.10 lakh) for his (IIT-D+IIM-A) degree???…Why did we do it at all..??Another RTI(Right to Information) filed with IIM Bangalore has revealed that out of the current batch of 406 students, 97 students are from IITs.Another 39 students from different IITs are in IIM Ahmedabad. If all that these engineers wanted, was to be a successful manager, why does the tax payer need to pay for their engineering education in IITs ???10. Social Media1.) A few days back may be in the mid-august a Delhi girl posted on her FB about how she was harassed by a fellow delhiite near the signal and viola it went viral and the media uproar it generated people started asking for the boys head many on social media said he was a pervert and should be ostracized from the society, he lost his job, was almost confined to his house for a large part of time, some news channels asked him to apologize on national television for his wrong doing which he bluntly refused and tried explaining his point of view about what has actually happened that night, but neither the mainstream media nor the social media was ready to buy his words. At last some by standers came forward and the truth was in front of the world but Hey..! none of us cared to apologize to the poor soul. The hashtag #Sorry never trends of twitter or facebook #STRANGE2.) The case of the #brave Rohtak sister’s where they thrashed a fellow bus traveler went viral on social media too, and the girls were hailed as #brave , #heros_of_contempory_india and what not. The social media didn’t spare the so called #molester_boys and the attention it generated due to multiple shares, views and comments led to the Indian Army issuing a statement that they were not taking the molesters into the Indian Army and eventually they lost their jobs. When what has transpired actually came into focus it was known that the girls were at fault and being#menthey were made scapegoats by the social media.3.) Now, the latest social media blunder that we all should be responsible for is the case of a Delhi Cop, the video in which he was apparently in an #inebriated state went viral thanks to our shares on social media and the hashtags#shame , #delhi_cop_drunk_on_metro started trending but recently the cop with a heavy heart came out saying how social media has ruined his life after that incident, because what we don’t know is that he was suffering from brain haemorrhage and was on medication and on that fateful night he had a stroke that left his left part of the body paralysed and he could not help himself and collapsed and we #Humans as we call ourselves instead of helping him made a video and put it on social media which goes viral the cop loses his job, is boycotted by friends and relatives, the govt. says it is ashamed of this act by the protectors of law, the concerned department orders an inquiry and he comes out clean but again we never apologize for the trauma we have caused him.So, I’m not saying we should not put up things on social media but before doing that we should be sure and ascertain some facts for ourselves before jumping into the social media bandwagon and generating a fuss and hullabaloo about it, because we may just share, like, comment, logout and go back to sleep. But these things may make or break someone else’s lives.BonusGeneralizingAll Pakistanis are potential terrorists. All Bangladeshi cricket fans are fanatics. All Delhi people are rude. All guys are the same. All Bengalis are lazy. All IITians are nerds. All blah blah blah…Get the picture? I’m sure you have heard one or all of the above at some point. We have a certain encounter with a person or group, and that experience is extrapolated to all entities related to that person or group. This is wrong.Heck, even math says it’s wrong. We are basically treating a subset equal to the universal set. This generalization is usually followed by judging. Say you had a bitter experience with a Russian. In the aftermath, we assume all Russians to be the same. What’s worse, we take the liberty of tagging every Russian the same in front of people we interact with on a daily basis. It goes without saying that many problems can be arrested if we take the effort to stop generalizing.Source : Deepak Maurya

Why Do Our Customer Upload Us

I like that if you just a start-up and don't have the budget for software as well as do not require more than 5 docs per month, you can use it for free. For me, even free option has enough functionality.
