What records, such as creditors, clubs, real estate, need to be updated when a last name is legally changed?

When I made my plan for changing my name and transitioning to full-time womanhood, I made a list of everything I needed to change, along with notes on how to accomplish that. At last count, that list ran to 14 pages (!).Without going into extreme specifics, things fell into certain categories:Basic ID: Social Security, driver’s license, passport, IRS, vehicle registration, voter registration, birth certificate (where applicable)Work: I had to present my new ID to our HR department. It then had to be configured in multiple computer accounts: my Windows login, Unix system login, E-mail, ADP, access badge, my cubicle nameplate, voice mail system, developer systems such as GitLab and Jira, and so forth.Banking: My main bank and credit union.Credit Cards: I had a number of them.Medical information: With my doctors, including my ophthalmologist and my therapist.Utilities: The lease on my apartment, phone, cable, electricity, and so forth.Insurance companies: Health insurance, vision insurance, car insurance, renter’s insuranceOther licenses: In this case, my amateur radio license.School records: From high school and college.Previous employers: I contacted them to let them know my name had now changed.Store loyalty cardsClub memberships: Such as ARRL and the Tau Beta Pi honor society, in my case.Vehicle servicing companies: Like my mechanic, the place where I got my tires, and the oil-change place I go to.E-mail addressesSocial media accounts: This covers Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.Various online blogs: Many require registration; I needed to reregister.Gaming sites: Including things like Xbox Live.Other online servicesHosting services: My domain registrar, virtual host provider, and so forth.Shopping sites: Covers Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, various restaurant delivery apps, etc.Miscellaneous: Things like my toll road pass, voice mail, and SiriusXM subscription. One friend of mine had patents registered in her old name that she had to change. As you can see, it can be quite the daunting list.Thank you, Judey Kalchik, for the A2A.

Why has the EPF interest for the FY 2018-19 not been yet credited into account?

I am working in an MNC from past 18 years. As of 4th December 2019, the epf interest for the year 2018–19 has not been credited to my account. So I launched a grievance with them at their website https://epfigms.gov.in/ on 13th November 2019, after 7 days I got a reply from them case closed becauseInterest not credited to account yet. You will receive the interest in your account when it will be calculated and credited.I again launched a grievance on 20th November 2019 Why has the interest been delayed by 8 months?Upon which I received an instant reply from themCase Escalated to Higher Office in Delhi.Till date I haven't got any reply from them, neither the status of the grievance has changed nor have I received my interest.Just to tell you, I received my interest of 2017–18 in the month of September 2018, which meant loss of 6 months of compound interest. This year I have not yet received even in the month of December 2019, which means a loss of at least 9 months of compound interest.M attaching a proof of what I have discussed above.Their Toll Free numbers are not working.Their grievance/complaint email IDs are not replying. There is no body who is listening to our problems.I really believe some body shud shunn these sleeping epfo guyz!!Edit1: No reply from the EPO office as on 14th December (after 1 month of launching grievance). So I set them with a reminder on the same day.Today on 18th December 2019, I am shocked to see the status of grievance. Instead of a reply, they have transferred my Case to another Zonal ACC EPF OFFICE MUMBAI.It will take another 1 month for them to reply about the status of update the epf interest…What a shame!!By that time ….will be end of Jan 2020 andend of March 2020…we expect our epf annual interest for the year 2019–20 to be updated??Edit2: Received another reply from EPFO today as on 8th January 2020 (Nearly 2 months after launching the grievance)…..Case Disposed Off… What the F**k!!Final Decision given by them is :Please refer RO Bandra reply as reproduce below which is for same in kind of information please. Annual a/c for the financial year 2018-19 not yet completed, same is under process. After completion of the same interest for the FY 2018-19 will be credited to your Accenture pf a/c at the http://earliest.in case any further action is required the same may please update.I don't understand what that shit posted above means!!This is the real benefit of a central government job….which the EPFO guyz are enjoying! God Save Us!!!Edit3: Today as on 25th January 2020, I tried to login to https://www.epfindia.gov.in/ to see if something happened. The Website was down. So, I gave a call to their balance check number 011–22901406.Interesting to see, I received a message from the VK-EPFOHO. It showed me my balance epf balance on my registered mobile number, updated till this month’s. Now this contribution is different from the e-statement downloaded from the above mentioned website just a few days back. So, guyz please check if this is the same in your case also!!Edit4: Finally am able to log into the epf website. Good to see that they have update the interest of 2018-2019 today, on 26th January 2020.But I see an indiscrepancy in the interest updated. The interest is less than what it should be. Looks like loss of compound interest due to the late transfer of interest.
