I signed up for CocoDoc because I thought I was going to be leasing out my home and needed a lease agreement. I found one that hit all the marks and used it once within the 7 day trial period. Things changed and I ended up not needing the lease agreement and I promptly forgot about signing up for CocoDoc. They sent me an email that I would be charged for the first month and I responded that I understood I had missed the deadline for canceling before the trial end, but would they please go ahead and cancel my account, effective immediately. I got the nicest response back from CocoDoc that since I had only used that one form during the trial period, they were going to refund the monthly charge!! I was amazed that there are still companies that engage in such good business practices and that kind of customer service. I will ALWAYS go to CocoDoc if I need this kind of service in the future and will recommend them to anyone who needs electronic forms! Thanks for your integrity!
