This question has spawned entire books so I'm only going to spell out the first step: You will need to entice private businesses to collaborate with public agencies in Warwick on a local economic development plan with the goal of planning and implementing a downtown center. This will necessarily involve public meetings to gather information from the community about where the downtown center should be, and why.

Because patriotism is the minimum threshold. If you even can’t meet the most basic requirement, you don't deserve the right to govern Hong Kong. It's that simple.Look around the world, you will find that no country will allow unpatriotic people to run its government. People running for public office in any country or territory should take an oath of allegiance. This is a basic political ethic. Do you agree with that? If you agree, you should also understand why china does it.In 1984, Deng Xiaoping told a group of visitors from Hong Kong that " Hong Kong must be governed by Hong Kong people with patriots as the mainstay."If an government officer does not uphold the Basic Law, ignore the well-being of people's livelihood and economic development, he cannot be a 'patriot' and cannot faithfully perform his duties, then the Chinese government has the right to disqualify him from the parliament. Improving the electoral system is equivalent to setting up a "safety valve" to ensure that the sovereignty of Hong Kong is firmly in the hands of those who truly care about the country and the people. This is not harmful, so why not?An ordinary person who is not patriotic may not have much impact, but a powerful person who is not patriotic may cause great harm, because he may hold the fate of thousands of people in his hands. Those disqualified Hong Kong legislators support and promote the "Hong Kong independence" claim, smear the Hong Kong police for using excessive force, denying the country’s exercise of sovereignty over Hong Kong, and seeking outside forces to interfere in Hong Kong affairs. Do you dare to imagine what they will do next to harm the country and its people? And they are members of the legislature! I can't imagine that.So I am very happy that the Chinese government has made this decision. Their bravery and wisdom are admirable. They are more decisive and determined than in previous years, especially on the issue of one country, two systems. I believe that under the governance of patriots, Hong Kong will develop better and better, and China will stand before the world with a more united and strong image.

My answer is.. totally worth it!As far as I know, there are many people don’t have any idea about what urban planning is unless they study about it. They don’t even know how much important to understand this field of study. This really happened. Besides, urban planners now are needed to plan short/long term sustainable developments, decrease poverty, and so on. As an urban planner, you can do and learn many things in various capacities. There’s no limits of knowledge. You also learn about social system and economics. How interesting it is? Moreover, urban planners spend much of their time interacting with other professionals. They may need to hold public meetings with governments, developers, special interest groups, lawyer, and many more to develop issues regarding land use and others. It will be a good prospect for your future.
