This incident happened to me, when I went to buy washing machine at an electronic store .Descending the stairs of Vijay Sales (Maninagar) moving towards activa, PAVAN (photo person) approached me.{Me and Pavan at grocery store}Pavan: (holding shoe brush) bhaiya, meh apke juute saaf kar du ?[English: Brother, may I clean your shoes]Me: bhaiya, yeh kapde keh juute hai brush seh saaf nai hoge ![English: Brother, these are clothes shoes ,can't be cleaned by brush !]Pavan: bhaiya, sirf 2 ruppee luga, please saaf karne doh ![English: Brother, I will charge you only 2 Rupees please let me do it.]Me: (again) brush seh saaf nai hoge.[English: they can't be cleaned by brush.]Pavan: (requesting consistently) please saaf karne do.[English: please let me do it !]Me: (taking out purse) to give him 10 rupees.Pavan: (nodding his head) saaf karne keh baad hi paise luga ! 2din seh khana nai khaya Please saaf karne doh ![English: I will not take any money untill you let me clean your shoes. I have not eaten anything since 2days, So please let me clean it.]Me: (shockingly) Chalo mere saath. kya khaogay app ?[English: come with me, what will you eat ?]Pavan: (still resisting) Nai bhaiya, kaam bina paise nai luga.[English: No brother, without any work I will not take any money.]Me: ( convincing him ) iseh bhik maat samjo. Socho Bhagwaan neh bheja hai mujhe apki madat karne. Toh chalo.[English: Don't think I am giving you alms. Think God has sent me to help you. So please come with me.]Pavan: ( frowned ) bhaiya, ek baat bolu bura toh nai manogay ?[English: Can I say something if you don't mind ?]Me: ( Smiling ) nahi, bolo Pavan; beh jhijhak bolo ![English: No, Never; Speak up without hesitation!]Pavan: Bhaiya, aap mujhe khane ki jagah, Aataa (flour) dila dogay.[English: Can you buy me some wheat flour instead of food ? ]Me: Pakka ? Kuch kha lo phir Aataa bhi leh lege.[English: Are you sure ? First eat something then we will purchase flour also !]Pavan: sirf aataa hi dila doh.[English: Please only buy me some flour]Me: chalo fir kirana store. Pavan aapko pata hai yaha store kaha hai ?[English: Okay then we should go towards grocery store, do you know where is store in here ?]Pavan: ha bhaiya aage seh daiyeen baju.[English: Yes it is 5block ahead on the right side.]Me: chalo fir ![English: lets go then !]Pavan: (again) Bhaiya ek baat bolu bura toh nai manogay ?[English: Can I say something if you don't mind ?]Me: Nai Nai bolo ![English: No No tell please !]Pavan: bhaiya aatee keh saath chawal, daal, tel bhi dila doge ![English: will you buy me some rice, oil and pulses along with flour ?]Me: (walking) apko joh chahiye woh kharid lena, pehele dukaan peh poch toh jaye.[English: Yes Yes anything first we have to reach store for that.]Approaching Kirana Store;Me: (to dukaanwala) bhaiya, inko(pavan) joh bhi chaiye woh deh dijiye. Aur bill mujhe dena.[English: to shopkeeper, give pavan everything he want please.]Pavan: (recieving his ration) Bhaiya thank you. Thank you so much. Meh apke liye duaa karega. (His eyes filled with tears) bhaiya aaj mere gharwale bhuke nai soyegay.[English: Thank you thank you brother. I will pray for you. My family will not sleep on an empty stomach tonight!]Me: (on the 9th cloud) Pavan bhagwaan peh bharosa rakho saab aacha hoga. (and I left him)[English: God will protect you and will fulfill your wishes.]{Pavan smiling after receiving his ration.}“So far 2020 is not so good for us, but it is worst for some. These people can't afford their daily meal.”Please help them if you get such opportunity.Kyunki 500 rupee meh apna kuch nai jayega, but unko bhaut kuch mil jayega.STAY SAFE, STAY STRONG, HAPPY NAVRATRI 🎉Edit: I don't know guys weather am I duped or not ! There are a lot of queries around share count (on why we don't show who shared). As the head of the product, here are my two cents and an insight into how our company thinks:By posting on the app (also, our terms state that outrightly), you agree for your post to be public, Googleable, shared, saved (there's a "save image" option on every quote), screenshot-ed, and hence, launching a "who shared" feature doesn't make sense. As a product, it's wastage of our tech resources to build a feature which can be bypassed so easily. I can always save your quote/screenshot and share them, to avoid you from knowing.Except for Quora and Facebook, where shares happen within Quora and Facebook themselves, no other platform shows who shared. Your YouTube videos shares don't show who shared, your Quora answer if shared outside doesn't show who shared and we are following their footsteps.If any feature is not foolproof, our product team doesn't build that feature as it's simply a wastage of their time. That's the thesis any tech company operates with and we hope you are able to appreciate it. If not, feel free to broadcast your quotes privately and not make them public for others to share.
