HI! My experience was as follows: I deleted one video file and wanted it back. I tried CocoDoc Recoverit. Trial version found my file. But it was NOT possible to see whether the file would be safely restored in a way it could be opened and played. They priced 40 EUR for that 1 file (monthly fee). After getting a license, it was possible to press the button RECOVER. And - file was recovered but it couldn't be opened and played. Second thing is, there was automatic payment set for each month to pay!! Why? I did not asked for it. Thanks to Paypal informative email I cancelled it immediately. Now I have sent them a message to refund my money for licence as I haven't got my deleted file back in a playable format. Let's see the result. I hope, at least, they will refund it their app does not provide results.. Update 1 - next day I received their answer. They offered another version of the product - Recoverit PRO, but it also did not restored playable files. Now I am communicating about getting my money back or another product if it works well restoring deleted from SD card Android video files. The process is quick and they are polite. In coming days I will inform about the outcome. Update 2 - I have got my money back! I just sent them a print screen which showed that no media player can open the restored Recoverit PRO files. From my first message to CocoDoc to refund, it took 10 days. They always next day responded to my questions, and communication was very polite and constructive. Minus is that I was not able to see any information in the dedicated weblink to my issue what they call a "ticket". Everything else was at very high level! I put 3 stars - 1 star for their product but 5 for their communication, so average is 3.. Jolanta (LV), July 2018
