It is accurate enough to be a first strike strategic weapon.4. M51:The M51 is a French SLBM or submarine-launched ballistic missile. It was designed by EADS Astrium Space Transportation and is used by the French Navy. It has the capacity to carry from 8 to 10 thermonuclear warheads and can be launched by a fully submerged submarine. It has a good range and can act as a first strike nuclear deterrent strategic weapon.3. This may not be considered a movie, but instead a short film. After about half an hour of bizarre fight scenes and cheesy dialogue, this was easily one of the oddest productions to ever be put on a screen.Before you start to wonder if you are hallucinating, everything you see is real. The God of Thunder, the Vikings (with mini gun and T-Rex), the gun toting Triceratops. It’s true. All of it.None of those characters that were just mentioned were main characters. The 3 main characters are:-Kung FuryA police officer with an attitude that holds a powerful secret. He is a master of the art of Kung Fu. After being struck by lightning and bitten by a cobra (actual quote from the film), he is tasked with the protection of the city he calls home.-Hacker Man:Formally known as Kip from Napoleon Dynamite, Hacker man has the ability to hack into time. He uses his powers to bring Kung Fury back to World War II Germany fight his biggest enemy of all time…-HitlerUnbeknownst to history, the German leader was a master of Kung Fu and challenged Kung Fury to a duel to the death.Overall, it was an entertaining film. It was stupid and random but I loved it. That is probably due to my dry sense of humor.Either way, you can watch it for free on YouTube. Type it in, and buckle up for an extremely awkward ride into the past.

During the Han Solo mission of Battlefront II, you meet an Imperial defector. The man works with statistics and he starts rattling off random statistics. He says:Stormtroopers hits 77% of all targets.That is incredibly solid. In fact, they may actually be more accurate than clone troopers. We have no statement of their accuracy and all we ever see them do is shoot nameless enemies. Never underestimate the power of plot armor to decrease accuracy.Clones trained much longer than TroopersIn the Rebels episode “Breaking Ranks”, we see stormtrooper cadets going though training exercises. It's revealed that training only lasts a few months before they graduate from the Academy. We don't know if there are any other periods of training involved.The training also stressed endurance over target practice.In a similar episode in The Clone Wars “Clone Cadets”, we see that shooting dominates their training with combat exercises. The average trooper prior to the outbreak of the Clone Wars had been in training for ten years because of growth accelleration basically speeding their growth by two times.2. Differences in EquipmentClone troopers had vastly superior armor and apparently weapons. Rex gets shot in Rebels full in the chest but brushes it off. Even after decades, his armor still offers full protection.Phase One armor, it always holds.Compare this with Stormtrooper armor. Helmets (as already stated) narrowed the range of vision. It couldn't even protect the eyes of the trooper inside, as seen when one trooper gets dirt kicked into his face and we see him acting as if he's been blinded.We also know their guns are supposed to be pretty poor. In both ANH and RO, we hear troopers talking about the new version of blasters that have just come out and they can't wait to have one because of how crappy they are.This is key: with crappy armor, substandard helmets and guns they themselves know are crap, they still manage to hit 77% of targets.3. Different Purposes of the TroopersThis is the key difference that explains the difference in effectiveness in the troopers in combat.Clones were bred for one purpose. War. They were built to fight a war where they were going to be outnumbered at times 1000 to 1. They didn't need to win the war, they just needed to fight long enough that Palpatine could finish his complete takeover of the Galaxy. Accuracy was paramount for this goal.Then take the Stormtroopers. They were basically an intragalactic Peace Corps. They were not meant for grand wars, even though they could be deployed as such. Even after the destruction of the Death Star, Imperial leadership considered the whole rebellion as insignificant.Troops meant to keep peace and those meant to fight massive wars are trained differently. It explains the focus of training on the Stormtroopers being more on endurance and less on accuracy.And again, for all that, they still maintained a 77% accuracy.Edit 1: I realize that 77% is an average that would decrease in combat circumstances. If you look in real life, soldiers can be incredibly accurate in controlled settings, only to completely lose it in real combat situations. It's been said that for every variable you run into, you lose 10% of your accuracy.I'm using the 77% as a counterpoint to the belief that “Stormtroopers never hit their targets”. Especially since we've seen them hit many enemies in combat.
