Hello,Absolutely not, because in backdated degree you will get invalid enrolement number. No university can provide you valid enrollment number in backdated. Already you are having 18 years of experience then why are taking such a BIG RISK. I would like to suggest you to don't go with the backdated degree. Sorry for going Anon for personal reasons.My son was and is the most talented person and was an overconfident person. He completed his Diploma in Engineering and got a job and was not satisfied with the salary and he struggled to get a job of his kind. He decided to go abroad and earn lots of money even he had not got enough experience. He asked money stating that he is joining some course and we gave him, but he purchased a backdated Bachelor's degree of Engineering from an institution which I cannot name here. After coming to know about the degree, me and my husband got shocked and scolded him for same but he never listened stating that he will never be caught. After purchasing the degree, he went to an agent and the agent said that he will get him an experience certificate too, so not to worry. He got selected abroad and was waiting for the visa, after which Covid-19 arrived and lockdown was imposed in India. He didn't get visa. Then, he decided to work for some time in India and when everything gets normal, to try abroad. We told him to search job with his Diploma, but he never listened. He got a job in an MNC, where he lied on resume about experience and because of his talent they never bothered to do background check on him but asked for experience certificate which he was not able to give. They too didn't bother about experience certificate and his job was going well. After 3 months he got bored there and didn't like the environment and got out of there. Now, he was selected at another great company like L and T. There too he lied about experience in resume and submitted his purchased Bachelor's degree. He became too much overconfident because he didn't get caught joining an MNC. His boss and colleagues were very impressed about his work. All was going well until they did background verification on him even that he was a talented and highly skilled person and caught him. They didn't bother about anything and immediately fired him. They even filed a police complaint against him and his dreams were shattered forever.This is my son's story.No matter how a person is talented and highly skilled, one day he/she will be caught for lying if the time doesn't go well.I request all people to refrain from lying on the resume.
