These included viral gene amplification, flow cytometry, adoptive viral transfers, on target and off target assays, and measures of viral rebound to demonstrate that combination therapies can safely lead to the elimination of HIV-1 infection.these proof-of-concept results offer readily defined and realistic pathways toward strategies for HIV-1 elimination. The prime minister recent visit to UK, a memorandum was signed between Govt of India/AP and UK government to establish a Mega hospital in Amaravati with an estimated capital of 1000 cores that oversees its remaining 11 hospitals in India, Expected to be complete by mid-2019 Apart from it, Dubai based Shetty Group has came formed to establish a multi hospital. South India's first AIIMS is taking shape in Amaravati. The construction of AIIMS is in progress.Justice city : The ecosystem of the `justice’ city consists of a high court, tribunals, a law university , law firms, and lok yukta. The conceptual design of new High court of AP. This city is first of its kind in India where you have all the courts at once place. Below is the confirmed design for the High court.Tourism city : This city will host the Convention centers, Multiples, Entertainment spots. The focus will be around river-front tourism. A golf course court was proposed to be set up in Island of river Krishna by Dubai based Group.Electronic city: This is developed on the lines of Bengaluru electronic city . This will have the hardware companies related to mobile and computers and software companies.Media city and cultural city: The Media and Cultural city is planned to have the temples and all private and public media houses. ISKON and TTD have promised their presence.The white lines are roads and Yes, The major roads in Amaravati are straight.When is it set to complete?It is planned in multiple phases , The first phase is expected to be complete by end of 2019. The last phase is around 2030. At present the capital is in Design-Contruction Phase and constructions have started.What is proposed investment?The government investment is around 5B$ . The state government plans to attract the private investments worth 50B$-70B$ by end of 2030.Apart from above, It is set to have India’s first Underwater tunnel project.The capital construction project is a highly ambitious project. It has lot bigger challenges. The success of the project depends on how Mr. Chandra babu Naidu overcomes these constraints and Whether he will get back to power in 2019?Some honorable mentions: Andhra Pradesh Polavarm and Telangana Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation projects. Polavaram, If completed would be India’s first river-linking project. Kaleshwaram is one of the biggest lift irrigation project aimed to lift Godavari water to drought prone districts.
