Medical care is available but you have to contract for it and pay for it… except in a life-threatening emergency when you will get treated and then billed for it. Emergency treatment only treats an acute serious issue; it will not provide follow up care or routine care… you have to contract and pay for that. F-21; previously proposed as F-16 Block 70/72 Super Viper, is a marketing proposal to win mutli billion dollar contract for India's MMRCA. It is an upgrade of basic F-16, adding highly advance avionics and weapons package. In terms of specifications, F-21 is similar to F-16 Block 70/72 with few additional features. The major attraction for India in this deal is the increased level of joint development offered by Lockheed Martin.USAF wouldn't have any interest in F-21 procurement as it has already initiated a Service Life Enhancement Program to upgrade existing F-16 blocks with APG-83 AESA Radars along with other major upgrades including structural enhancements. It was also reported in media that USAF is considering induction of F-16 Block 70/72 to compensate for the delays in F-35 production and induction in USAF. Meanwhile Bahrain, Bulgaria and Slovakia have already placed orders for Block-70/72 jets that cost more than US$ 60 million per aircraft.
