SDO/ RDO / MRO are the different name of same position in different states . This revenue divisional officer is having the authority to recommend for approval of construction drawing submitted to him . If the application is with his recommendations, it will be eligible for approval from district planning office . He is having all authority to stop construction activity violating government order. Except Metro city area , SDO is the authority to recommended for approval of land development activity to plots / REALESTATE. Authority for Sand Mining & approval for tree cutting is with SDO .

There are some good answers here already, but I thought I’d make some additions that are worth considering.I know it’s risky boiling personality traits down to specific aspects. Not everyone is going to fit neatly into these categories. But:Males have a tendency to find worth and value in their accomplishments. They like to be able to do things, and how good they are at those things is an indication of their success as an individual.Females have a tendency to find worth and value in human interactions. They use their relationships and their influence on other people as an indication of their success.This is partly why females will look to their friends and family for approval of their sexual partner, and men do not care so much.The disrespectful male has a habit of triggering specific instincts in females. There’s a need for her to be appealing, to have other people approve of her as a person. If that approval isn’t present, she feels it keenly. At times, this is coupled with a desire to meet the standard of approval that the male has… and if he is being disrespectful, it’s taken as a sign that he has high standards and that she doesn’t measure up as someone worth being nice to.By engaging with the disrespectful male, she’s seeking validation of her self worth. If she can get that male to approve of her, she can be more confident in herself as being worth his attention, and potentially of being worthy of him changing for the better; doing so is a sign that she is a high value female.This is why some females remain with abusive partners. The higher the stakes, the greater the ‘validation reward’ if he changes his behaviour for her benefit.This effect is more prominent in females that place a high value in their appearance. If they are spending time and effort in dressing nicely, wearing makeup, and presenting themselves in a positive manner, it’s because they’ve previously had a degree of success (in terms of self validation / worth) based on those efforts. They are more attuned to relying on the approval of other people.A disrespectful male is more likely to get a positive response from a female that places a high value on her appearance. The phrase “treat ’em mean to keep ’em keen” is more applicable to these females.In this way, the ‘mean’ male can get the attention and interest of an attractive female. She has a personal stake in forming a relationship with him because his approval of her as being worthy matters to her sense of self worth. If he continues to be disrespectful, she’ll feel a need make additional efforts to get him to change for her benefit.She isn’t easily able to tolerate a man that doesn’t respect her.. and that needs to change, one way or another. Some females will recognise that the guy isn’t worth her time, others will attempt to validate their self worth by winning him over.

IRNSS (Indian Regional Navigational Satellite System) is the next big leap I'm expecting from ISRO. A lot of ambitious projects ISRO is currently engaged with; Among them the one that is going to have direct impact on Indian's life in my opinion is IRNSS.Right now India depends on other global frontiers for GPS information like US, Russia (GLONASS), Europe (Galileo), etc.… These countries except (Russia) don't share military grade information with India.During the Kargil war (1999), India had troubles in finding enemy troop positions and movements. India approached America for help by sharing military information from the GPS, which US denied.Then India realized the importance of having its own navigational system. Thus the project IRNSS was born and got approved by the parliament in May 2006.As of now, 3 satellites namely IRNSS-1A, 1B, and 1C were successfully launched the last one that was put into space was 1C on 10 November 2014 and 1D is planned to launch in this year. When compared to US who has a constellation of 29 earth orbiting satellites in GPS network, India is going to have only 7 satellite constellation. A 3 Geo-Static orbital and 4 geosynchronous pairs. Using this small group of satellites we can cover the Indian subcontinent geography and its territorial boundary extensions. This is why it is called as Indian Regional Navigational Satellite System.​​​​Once all the 7 satellites are up in the sky (tentatively by the end of 2016), India will be self-contained for navigational needs. The need of having its own satellite is increasing in India in multiple fronts. Particularly, though we have designed and tested advanced missiles like "BRAMHOS" the accuracy of the target depends up on the GPS signals. As US is believed to practice "Selective Denial" that makes the signals unreliable / inaccurate at war times, makes India lose control of its powerful missiles when it is required.Apart from defense uses, ISRO is committed to provide the satellite based Navigational services to meet the emerging demands of the Civil Aviation requirements (GAGAN) and to meet the user requirements of the position, navigation and timing based on the independent satellite navigation system.IRNSS will also help India in achieving its IoT (Internet of Things) dream by enabling her to provide and protect her subjects confidential information within her own satellites.
