From the perspective of anybody in Europe and probably also from Canada and most of the rest:That you think the companies in the USA that you call health insurance companies are actually providing a service that anybody in the rest of the world would define as health insurance.My fiancee is a US citizen and in vital need of health support. Your system is, and I know I speak out of an emotional position of anger, an abomination and shows a disrespect for human life inherent in the core of American society.My fiancee is more likely to die, to die in a country with adequate health technology, drugs and professionals, than ever financially being able to get all the care and services that she needs.While on health insurance.You pay 100s of dollars, “But I have health insurance”, to not pay tens of 1000s and think you have it. You are the victims of a cruel hoax.

That’s my job. Sure.Don’t trust brands that don’t reveal their ingredients. If they are trying to use names you can’t pronounce there is a good probability you won’t be able to digest it quite literally.Don’t follow youtube weight loss videos. Until ofc your aim is to lose health. Then you may proceed.Anyone who says - but it’s normal to take antacids post lunch. Stay away.People who ask you to not eat mangoes or any fruits because it’s carbs or sugar - RUN AWAY.The only puff you should have is the one that comes with potatoes - moderately made at home with correct and nutritious ingredients. ( smoking 🚬 puffs not allowed - but if that’s your thing go ahead)Yes dairy creates inflammation. Yes wheat creates inflammation. Yes meat can be toxic. But you know what ? So fan nuts, seeds, your whole grains and multigrain.FOOD IS NOT ONLY MEDICINE, It can act as poison too. Ghee and honey in equal proportions in poison. How about that ?Can eating make you fat ? Nope. Can your sick mentality make you fat ? Yep.You don’t get sick because you’re diagnosed with cancer. There are 100 countries in the world that have lower personal income tax rates than the US. These are mostly third world countries such as Mexico and Brazil (although they are moving into the first world and actually have “free” health care systems, although probably not as good as the US.)There are ten countries in the world which have no personal income tax at all. These are tax havens like Bermuda or Arab oil states like Saudi Arabia. Most of these have “free” health care paid for by tourists and international businesses, or by oil revenues. The US likes to tax its citizens in those countries to avoid them getting away from its own tax system. The US is the only developed country that does that.Disturbingly though, Canada now has a lower personal income tax rate than the US due to tax cuts over the last couple of decades. Of course, Canada has universal health care. One of the main reasons it can is that Canada doesn’t spend nearly as much on the military as the US does, and can put the tax money into social services instead. Another reason is that its overall health care costs are only half as high as they are in the US due to price controls, lower billing costs, and lower fees paid to doctors and hospitals. The same is true of other countries which have “free” health insurance.The US has by far the highest health care costs in the world, not to mention the highest military expenditures. Not the lowest taxes, though.
