Anthony I wouldn’t be inclined to ‘eat’ anything to get rid of gas or bloating. Mostly it is due to poor stomach enzymes, particularly stomach acid so you would need to take either Swedish Bitters before each meal or an enzyme called Betaine, hcl and pepsin with each meal. However best thing to do is keep a food diary so you can establish which food or food combination is contributing to the bloating.Maybe you have been on antibiotics which will lead to an imbalance in your gut bacteria - correct this by adding Probiotics, and no, yoghurt will not suffice. Other habits that need to be cultivated to improve digestion and absorption are:Sit down during each meal and eat slowly.Try not to take in too much air while you eat and talk.Stop chewing gum.Avoid soda and other carbonated beverages.Avoid smoking.Find ways to work exercise into your routine, such as taking a walk after a meal.Eliminate foods known to cause gas.
