Only this creation is of Cantonian velvet, shaped by the cunning hands of the Rennet feys.The four golden armbands, replace the brutal, bronze controllers; equipped with positioners, pleasure and pain, circuits. Those very same mechanisms which nearly drove her crazy during the first hours after her dash to freedom was discovered.The hover-drone is her piece de resistance. They cannot fail to see her triumphant return.Of course, they could undoubtedly incinerate her, an easy enough mark.But she is confident enough that they won’t.After all, they might not even recognise her for who she was.They would be secure in their knowledge, that the slave had died, died in the empty desert. I’m an LTC instructor.In no particular order:For a Texas resident-Go to the Texas DPS website and the LTC page. Open an account by providing your Texas DL number and audit number and answering the identity questions.Go to the application page and start the form; fill out the last 5 years residence page, last 5 years employment page, and criminal history page.With a credit card , pay the appropriate fee- ( $40 regular or $25 for veterans or $ 0 active duty) and agree to start the background check.At the website, schedule a fingerprint appointment with the approved state contractor at a location near you. ( not required to do this through the DPS website, but much easier. Contractor will not accept walk-ins.)Before leaving DPS website, print out the last page, the “Barcoded Bullet Point Page”. Don’t lose it.Go to your previously scheduled fingerprint appointment with the “Barcoded Bullet Point Page” and a valid ID. Provide finger prints- they will be sent to DPS, and FBI electronically. Have fingerprint clerk provide you with a signed fingerprint receipt - give them $8 fee.Attend class physically in Texas, with Texas DPS Certified LTC Instructor; at end of classroom training take and pass the written test. After your passing of the test, your instructor will provide you with Texas DPS Form LTC-100, the Training Certificate. Fill out the student portion of the form. The instructor will sign the Classroom Training portion.Go to the firing range for the Proficiency Test. Score at least 175 and instructor will sign your LTC -100 in the Proficiency Test portion.Scan and email the Bullet Point Page, the fingerprint receipt and the completed LTC-100 to DPS. If you are a veteran claiming the veteran discount fee, also include a copy of DD-214, Honorable Discharge Certificate or some other reasonable proof of Honorable veteran status. If currently on Active Duty , submit copy of orders or other proof of active duty status, either Title 10 or Title 32.Wait 14–20 days. By statute , DPS must finish processing in 45 days; they are almost always MUCH faster. The more unusual your last name is, the faster the processing. Your license will arrive in the mail. DPS uses your current Texas Driver License pboto.Non-residents must also submit a passport photo for their license. Non- residents of Texas also follow a different fingerprint process that allows for hardcopy FBI fingerprint cards processed by a local law enforcement agency in their non-Texas jurisdiction. It’s explained at the DPS website.You can start the application before you take a class, You can start the application after you have taken the class and have your LTC -100 in hand. It’s up to you. Your application becomes active when you pay the fee. You then have 1 year to complete the submittal.I hope this is of help.
