Is a millionaire considered middle class in the Philippines?

If it’s in (“U$D”), 1,000,000 USD = 50,000,000+ PHP and that is enough for a person to be considered “Upper-Middle Class” in Metro-Manila, but if it’s in Philippine Peso, then 1,000,000 PHP = 20,000+ USD, and that is not enough for you to be considered “Middle Class”.The rich in Metro-Manila are very rich, they own multiple properties, businesses, cars and certainly more than One Million U$D in their bank accounts.Examples of houses by social class… Note: - (There’s a huge wealth divide between the classes, that’s why we have more choices in terms of housing).Upper Class - average home price $2 Million - $4 Million, (Exclusive Subdivisions - Forbes Park Manila, Ayala Alabang, White Plains, Green Hills, etc)… their huge sizes and close proximity to the CBD’s is what dictates their astronomical prices.“Upper-Middle” - Average home price, $350,000 - $600,000… there’s not much difference in terms of design when compared to upper-class homes, aside from the size and location… upper-middle class homes are smaller and slightly farther from the business districts.Middle-Class homes, average ($150,000 - $200,000)… may still emulate upper and upper-middle class homes in terms of design, but they are significantly smaller… Note: (condominiums located in the business districts could cost just as much as these houses).Lower-Middle Class/(Affordable Housing), average cost, $25,000 to $75,000.Lower-Class (“low-cost housing”), average price $16,000 - $20,000, these houses are the smallest and most affordable form of “proper” housing in the Philippines where you’re not considered homeless or a squatter. They are usually located far from the business districts, usually bordering the provinces.Lastly would be the slums which are obviously considered to be informal settlements. These different forms of housing clearly depicts the wealth gap in the country. The “upper-middle class” in the Philippines is probably the closest to the American middle-class.And some people here might not comprehend living is such small houses, but the point is to have something that you legally own, most of those who buy these low-cost homes are drivers or domestic helpers who work abroad, these people may have once lived in the slums, so this is a positive development for them.In the end, it’s harder to define what’s “middle-class” in the Philippines, when compared to developed countries like the USA, where the wealth gap is smaller.Videos300,000,000 to 400,000,000 pesos / $6,000,000+ to $8,000,000+170,000,000+ pesos / $3,300,000+100,000,000+ peso / $2,000,000+Middle-Class Home, (unspecified price). The last video shows the contrast between the rich and the poor.

What are good strategies for getting rid of a bad habit?

I quit smoking March 1, 1982. The moment came when I got out of bed and said I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I did not care if I lost my job, lost my condominium, lost my car, lost my girlfriend, lost everything. I was going to quit smoking.I set a future date that I would stop smoking by. It was about a year away. I was trying to make it easier on myself by that date. I tried low tar cigarettes but I wound up tearing the filters off. I became more aware of my smoking. I honestly wondered what I was going to do with my hands when I quit. In the last month I said boundaries, I would not smoke until I finished shaving, then I would not smoke until I ate breakfast. Then I would not smoke until I got in my car. Then it would not smoke until I was halfway to work. We could smoke in our offices at that time but I would not smoke until I got there. Then I would notsmoke until lunch and then until I got home. At 11:30 the night before I had my last cigarette, enjoyed it, but put it out.I had put probably 2000 sticks of Trident gum everywhere. I had an entire drawer at work. All of my coat pockets, the car, you name it. The first day of my not smoking, actually the first week, was very tough. I have an office with the door and I locked the door unplug my phone and slept on the floor until lunchtime. I got up, ate, and went back to sleep. I drove home ate and went to sleep. This went on for about a week all my energy was dedicated to not smoking, that is how hard it was for me. I had undergone some sort of self-hypnosis against smoking. I remember having a meeting with a person named Frank -it was just a small round table with two chairs in his office. As I left over my shoulder, I asked him if he quit smoking? He said, “No I’ve been smoking the whole time.” I looked, he had a lit cigarette in his hand there was a large foot wide ashtray in the middle of the table full of cigarette butts, and I could smell it really for the first time. I just refused to see it. The mind is a powerful thing once you commit. Since then I have never put a cigarette my lips in fact I woke up sweating, dreaming that I had. That was 36 years ago and I estimate that I have avoided $50,000 in smoking expenses. About the time my girls would carpool with another family both of them smoked. Their little girls would get into the car smelling of cigarettes, poor things. This year Mike died of cancer from smoking. Each time you try to quit, get better at it.Being optimistic helps, here is a quote I found that it’s not really about will power:Pride, gratitude and compassion, whether we consciously realize it or not, reduce the human mind’s tendency to discount the value of the future. In so doing, they push us not only to cooperate with other people but also to help our own future selves. Feeling pride or compassion has been shown to increase perseverance on difficult tasks by over 30 percent. Likewise, gratitude and compassion have been tied to better academic performance, a greater willingness to exercise and eat healthily, and lower levels of consumerism, impulsivity and tobacco and alcohol use. https://www.mindtools.com/selfconf.html_________________________________________

What is RPD in real estate?

The Residential Property Disclosure Act (G.S. 47E) (“Disclosure Act”) requires owners of residential real estate (single-family homes, individual condominiums, townhouses, and the like, and buildings with up to four dwelling units) to furnish buyers a Residential Property and Owners’ Association Disclosure Statement (“Disclosure Statement”). This form is the only one approved for this purpose. A disclosure statement must be furnished in connection with the sale, exchange, option, and sale under a lease with an option to purchase where the tenant does not occupy or intend to occupy the dwelling. A disclosure statement is not required for some transactions, including the first sale of a dwelling which has never been inhabited and transactions of residential property made pursuant to a lease with the option to purchase where the lessee occupies or intends to occupy the dwelling. For a complete list of exemptions, see G.S. 47E-2. 2. You must respond to each of the questions on the following pages of this form by filling in the requested information or by placing a check (√) in the appropriate box. In responding to the questions, you are only obligated to disclose information about which you have actual knowledge. a. If you check "Yes" for any question, you must explain your answer and either describe any problem or attach a report from an attorney, engineer, contractor, pest control operator or other expert or public agency describing it. If you attach a report, you will not be liable for any inaccurate or incomplete information contained in it so long as you were not grossly negligent in obtaining or transmitting the information. b. If you check “No,” you are stating that you have no actual knowledge of any problem. If you check "No" and you know there is a problem, you may be liable for making an intentional misstatement. c. If you check "No Representation,” you are choosing not to disclose the conditions or characteristics of the property, even if you have actual knowledge of them or should have known of them. d. If you check "Yes" or "No" and something happens to the property to make your Disclosure Statement incorrect or inaccurate (for example, the roof begins to leak), you must promptly give the buyer a corrected Disclosure Statement or correct the problem. 3. If you are assisted in the sale of your property by a licensed real estate broker, you are still responsible for completing and delivering the Disclosure Statement to the buyers; and the broker must disclose any material facts about your property which he or she knows or reasonably should know, regardless of your responses on the Disclosure Statement. 4. You must give the completed Disclosure Statement to the buyer no later than the time the buyer makes an offer to purchase your property. If you do not, the buyer can, under certain conditions, cancel any resulting contract (See "Note to Buyers" below). You should give the buyer a copy of the Disclosure Statement containing your signature and keep a copy signed by the buyer for your records. For more information visit on Property Consultant in Noida & Delhi NCRor contact +91 8010 272 272

Feedbacks from Our Clients

I am using the free version which does everything I need so far but I do plan to move to the paid version when my needs dictate. I use this as a surveying tool. I have created my forms which I complete on android submit them and hey presto email PDF forms to my clients. IOS seems not to work so well but I think that is not the fault of CocoDoc. I plan to make a much more complex tool in the future to generate larger and more scientific reports, I can see the potential how this can achieve that particularly as you can customise a response to an answer. Ideally I'd like to produce word documents to be editable but that does not seem possible at the time or writing. All in all I am very impressed, I have used other very expensive surveying tools and this is easily as good at a fraction of the cost. Reviewing on behalf of my company TED Compliance Ltd.
