Hi Shalu.The gap year affidavit is like any other stamp paper signed by the institution, you were a part of.You can easily find the stamp paper from any person who does legal work related to judiciary.If you’re an outstation student, i.e. outside from Delhi, do make sure you have a migration certificate from your school as well. It is mandatory for the outstation aspirants.The gap year affidavit should state the reason behind the drop. If you had joined some other institution in between, you’ll have to attach a migration certificate of that particular place, i.e. latest institution certificateIt is usually signed by the candidate, has a stamp of institution and guardian/parents’ signature on it.I hope this helps.:)

Firstly, many many congratulations for selection in aiims.You must read aiims prospectus for admission. Because some important things are given in it. Anyway,list of documents required while reporting for admission as per the rules of aiims :-At the time of admission, candidates are required to produce and submit the following in original; failure to do so may result in cancellation of claim for admission.
