Video Library Application: Fill & Download for Free

Normally when you backup your iPhone using iTunes, the backup files are saved locally on your machine. If you have a machine with limited space, you will soon find yourself running out of space because of these backups. (I’m assuming that is the problem you are facing)Fortunately, you can change where the backups are stored (in your case, you can change the backup location to be your NAS).iTunes saves your backups in the following folder:~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/BackupAll you need to do is create a symbolic link to have that folder point to your NAS.First thing you want to do is rename your old backup folder by running the following command from your terminal:mv ~/Library/Application\ Support/MobileSync/Backup ~/Library/Application\ Support/MobileSync/old_Backup Now you need to create a folder called Backup on your NASmkdir /Volumes/NAS_DRIVE_NAME/Backup Now create the link from the old backup folder to the new oneln -s /Volumes/NAS_DRIVE_NAME/Backup ~/Library/Application\ Support/MobileSync/Backup Now when you backup your iPhone to iTunes, you don’t have to worry about the backups taking up space on your machine anymore!

I don't think it's any surprise that those ideas are also some of the same that make popular web applications successful.If you've ever used the materials and software of the Khan Academy to learn math or brush up on holes in your knowledge, you know the disruption firsthand. Once exposed, traditional forms of mass-education become a lot less fulfilling. One thing is for sure, you'll never again be able to sit through an hour long lecture with 300 other students. You'll also wish you had something similar while growing up.The Khan Academy has a long way to go, but the major pieces are there and thousands of individuals around the world are already taking the learning process into their own hands.
