A signed declaration attached to a blueprint was drafted by all the delegations that took part in these discussions and will be officially presented at an international congress that will be held in Basel, Switzerland July 10 - 20, 2017.The hundreds of guests that will attend the Basel congress will be selected among the men and women on the street, politicians, academics, technocrats, religious leaders, artists and different organizations from the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Israel. The invitations to attend the Basel Congress will be sent to 400 guests for each delegation.Starting on the second day (July 11) at 10:00 am, participants, 200 Israelis, and 200 residents of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, will be alternating on the podium, giving each a maximum of an 8 minutes speech (sound of the micro will automatically cut-off once the 9 th. minute is reached). All speeches will be broadcasted in real-time on the internet and by a transmission of a continuous feed on satellite tv and recorded and placed on youtube.Different workshops and brainstorming events will be organized as well. A closing ceremony will take place on July 20.The Israeli guests will be able to find the names as well as the email addresses of the other guests from Israel that have accepted the invitation through a website created for the purpose of informing them about how to plan their attendance at the Basel Congress.They will also find the three different dates and venues (Haifa, Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv) for a 10 hour each get-together symposium including lunch planned to precede the Basel Congress. Due to the political instability in the Gaza Strip where no supervised democratic elections have been held since 2006 and where a one party-only dictatorial regime is still ruling and having in mind the personal safety of each participant to the congress it has been decided not to make public the list of the guests from the Gaza Strip and the West Bank (300 + 100) that will agree to attend the Basel Congress.Political pressure through the UN Security Council as well as the Egyptian government will be applied to the rulers of the Gaza Strip for them not to interfere with the departure and return of the guests planning to attend the Basel Congress. With this in mind, columnists and reporters from the major newspapers worldwide, the international media, pro-Palestinian NGO's and bloggers such as Pax Christi, Caritas Intl., Oxfam, the leaders of the BDS movement, the Sailing to Free Gaza movement, Jimmy Carter, Desmond Tutu, George Galloway, will be invited to travel to the Gaza Strip and to applaud the participants (as well as wishing them "besahtek") when departing from the Gaza Strip and for the others to remain and witness the event from inside of the Gaza Strip since the "speeches" delivered by the participants at the Basel Conference will be re-transmitted live via satellite tv channels and on the internet.Two charter flights will depart from the Basel-Mulhouse airport on July 8, 2017, for El-Arish. Invitations to those mentioned above will be issued to take advantage of this special connection to the Gaza Strip. A "to whom it may concern" website will be put up for the guests attending the congress arriving from the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. Since no charter flights between Tel Aviv or Amman to the Basel-Mulhouse airport will be organized, participants to the Basel Congress emanating from Israel or the West Bank will each receive the sum of 687 Euro and be requested to make their own arrangements to reach Basel. The 687 Euro will be transferred to their bank account during their stay in Basel. A list of hotels in Basel and her vicinity where rooms have been reserved on a first come-first served basis will be posted on both websites.Hotel accommodations will include breakfast. Lunch and dinner will be served on the congress grounds and will not be billed to the participants from the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Israel. The referendums will take place in the Gaza Strip and Israel only, not in the West Bank.Egypt has agreed to temporarily open its border with the Gaza Strip to allow the invited guests traveling in both directions to make use of the different charter flights planned from the Basel-Mulhouse Airport to the International Airport at El-Arish. Other pro-Palestinian groups or individuals who are not traveling on the scheduled charter flights departing from the Basel-Mulhouse airport will be permitted by Egypt to cross the border into the Gaza Strip on July 8, 2017, only. Exiting will be permitted from July 15 to 21, 2017 only.Two charter flights departing from the Basel-Mulhouse airport will make a return trip to El-Arish Intl.airport on the 21 st of July 2017.Israel will only allow accredited foreign journalists based in Israel to travel to and return from the Gaza Strip at any time during crossing opening hours.The purpose of the Basel congress will be to find the exact wording and translation into Arabic and Hebrew, to be presented to the peoples of Israel and Palestine on a draft so that they may decide for themselves during a referendum that will take place on the same day in both the Gaza Strip and Israel whether they accept or reject the proposals for a peaceful coexistence between the two nations. Another topic of the Congress reunion will be to discuss how to achieve the best possible conditions and priorities in order to implement on the ground the birth of the State of Palestine on January 1st. 2025. An opening Statement will be made by the, at this time, yet unknown vice-president of the USA, followed by a "welcome" speech made by the President of the Helvetic Confederation as well as the mayor of the city of Basel.The Basel congress will host the delegations of Egypt, Israel, Jordan, and Palestine.Delegations from the UN, the USA, Russia, Germany, United Kingdom, France, China, Japan, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Tunisia, Qatar, Brunei, Indonesia, India, the Arab League, the World Jewish Congress, the Vatican, Swiss and Chinese Investment Consortiums companies will join the 3 above mentioned countries plus the "Council of Elders" representing the future State of Palestine from July 17 - 20.Also a train connection with a maximum speed of 90 kilometers per hour (freight and/or leisure passengers) going from Tanger (Morocco) to Baghdad (Iraq) via Tetouan (Ceuta), Nador (Melilla), Oran, Algiers, Constantine, Tunis (Carthage), Tripoli, Benghazi, Alexandria, Cairo, El-Arish, Arafatville, Beersheba, Amman will be a discussion topic in Basel. The tracks could be designed in such a way that the freight trains could go through to their next destination while the New Oriental Express trains would rest on a "bifurcation track" for as long as the passengers will be allowed to disembark, just as on a cruise ship. Trains could even remain for a few days at the same spot. They will be under the direct order of the UN SECURITY COUNCIL only.Only at the explicit request of the REPUBLIC OF EGYPT can and will troops of NATO and RUSSIA and eventually CHINA send ELITE anti- terrorist troops using El GORA AIRPORT as well in order to assist EGYPT in her battle against fundamental ISLAMIC extremist terrorist groups roaming and marauding in the SINAI PENINSULA.ON THE WESTERN AS WELL AS ON THE SOUTHERN MUTUALLY SHARED BORDER BETWEEN PALESTINE AND EGYPT FEW PASSAGE AND CONTROL POINTS FOR ENTERING AND EXITING WILL BE ESTABLISHED.THE RAMADAN WALLAn 8-meters high, and 10-meters wide structure known as the RAMADAN WALL will be erected in PALESTINE along 296 of its 299,4 kilometers long mutual border with EGYPT.Inside the RAMADAN WALL more than 35.000 "home units" will be built. It will be a never before seen project, resembling the GREAT WALL in China, yet completely different in concept and purpose. The RAMADAN WALL is a unique project financed by several MUSLIM NATIONS to help build the new PALESTINIAN nation to get out of her starting blocks in high tempo. In the years and months that will precede the official inauguration day, on the 1st. of January 2025, of the new state, thousands upon thousands of PALESTINIAN house and infrastructure builders of all kind will be housed in the RAMADAN WALL. By September of 2024, it will be reconverted and get her final touch for her new occupants.The "homes" furniture will be modest and with a minimum of comfort in such a way that during the HOLY MONTH of RAMADAN families will be able to concentrate not on the abundant materialistic aspects of life but to return to the fundamental basics that include modesty, humility, reflection, compassion, and the joy of togetherness during IFTAR meals.The RAMADAN WALL will be divided into "homes" each 7,5 meters wide (exclusive of a 25 cm concrete wall on both sides that will separate them from their neighbors) on a 2-floors (ground level and first floor) plus roof platform area accessible via an internal circular staircase. The terrace and garden will measure 124 square meters. And those 349 square meters are exclusive of your own pool area. Only a small window permitting daylight entrance will be built on the exterior side of the RAMADAN WALL facing Egypt and this in order to isolate the "homes" from the intense heat during the summer months. Only from the roof or from the pool will it be possible to contemplate Egypt. At night lights from the rooftop will be directed to the sky, to the pool, to Egypt and to Palestine and will be visible from the MOON and outer space.Just in front of the entrance to each "home" unit, you will find a tiled terrace of 7,50 x 3,25 meters. The "home" front door entrance will be located on the left Loading... increase the privacy sentiment on the ground level, a Buxus-plant 25 cm in width and 200 cm in height and 1650 cm long (that includes your terrace area) will separate you from your neighbors as well as offer you some shade from the sun. Your pool will be hovering 380 cm above ground level.A continuous supply of its water will be pumped and flow from one end of the MEDITERRANEAN SEA through the CORNICHE AQUADUCT carved into the RAMADAN WALL and exit back on the other end, thus bringing the seawater for you to swim and relax in, even if you are located near POINT J in PALESTINE, an almost 100 kilometers distance from the shores of the MED. Each pool will have a separation on both ends made out of a 5 cm thick PLEXIGLASS wall that will have hundreds of circles with an approx.5 centimeters opening in circumference, as well as a 10 centimeters-high passage from the bottom of the pools to let the water stream from one end to the other.
