In general, I'm of the opinion that you should always have all of the pertinent pages and documentation in a single package that is signed by the customer, whenever and wherever that is feasible. For a B2B product, sold by physical signature, that shouldn't be a problem; for a B2C product, it might not be so.The only real issue here is what to do if your EULA is later amended and the business who signs the deal does something that violates the amended terms. You've got a business records issue now, ensuring that you know which EULA terms each customer agreed to.

Im really not in favor of any gun control outside of the basic safe handling principles that every person should know. I guess you could call that a form of gun control, believing in a standard gun safety course in every public school system could probably be considered that. Just a basic safe handling course. Something every school used to have “way back when”, pre 1960s it was extremely common. With over 600million firearms in the us in civilian hands and only a total citizenship of around 340million its not unlikely for a person to come across a gun or 2 in their lifetime.A basic criminal history background could be argued for, however we already have that and its shown zero effect at stopping criminal behavior with relation to guns.In short i believe there really isnt any constitutionally legal gun control argument. When signing on as a state you had to agree to the us constitution and bill of rights and that you as a state would abide by such. The second amendment is very clear. If you want it to be broken down into further context look to the original colonies state constitutions. The Pennsylvania one is extremely consise: article 1 section 21. Right to bear arms.“The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.”Thats very clear. In fact you couldnt make it any clearer.Look at the context of the time of the revolutionary war. Letters of marque were given out to private ship owners, essentially giving them the blessing of the American colonies to make acts of war and piracy against british war ships and shipping. These were the battle ships of the day. Easily capable of leveling a coastal town. Private people owned such ships at the time. Private ownership of cannon was not unheard of at all. Cannon were the tanks and artillery of the day capable of bringing down the walls of military forts and sinking ships as well as massive effect on people and soldiers when aimed their way.At the time of the revolution in the us, the people owned firearms that were of bettwr quality and better accuracy than the British military. They had BETTER firearms. This was why the British were so upset when colonists started to pick off leadership in their military groups from outside their own range of fire. Like security guards, you only really notice us when something goes wrong - which means either something we did not think about or a major infrastructure failure outside our control.
