Complaint Against Security Guard Form: Fill & Download for Free

I was travelling solo through Sacramento, California when this happened. I usually travel armed, and always if I'm alone.I ended up at this basic two story hotel. I think it was a Motel 6 or something like that. Not in a very good part of town but I checked in around 8pm and was going to be leaving early to resume my travels southward.Around midnight there was a pounding on my door. The door, of course, was locked, deadbolted and the chain latched. My gun was on the nightstand next to me, ready to go.Startled awake, I grabbed my gun and cautiously went to the door. I called out to the intruder to identify themselves.They said they were security and that I was there without paying and that I needed to vacate the premises immediately. Then they stated that I needed to go with them to the front desk and answer to the night manager.I told the guy to go to hell as I had my receipts showing payment and told him to go back to the front desk by himself to sort it all out. I wasn't about to leave the room with him or go anywhere.That's when he tried to enter the room. Using an all access key (like a maid or manager), he tried to open the door.As soon as I heard him trying to open the door, jumped on the phone and called 911. I let the officers know I was armed but that someone was trying to break into my room.Meanwhile, the chain latch held the ‘security guard' at bay long enough for me to tell him I was armed and ready to shoot if he persisted in trying to enter my room.He yelled back about how he was going to call the cops, etc., and I yelled that I already had them on the phone.The security guard then tried to break the door down by repeatedly ramming into the door. When the chain latch finally started to give way, that's when I fired a single shot into the doorjamb.911 operators quickly escalated the call and there were about a dozen cops that responded in less than a minute.The security guard stopped trying to get in the door after I fired the shot, but continued to yell at me while I was talking to 911.The cops arrested the security guard and spent a good two hours talking to me, mostly to be sure I was ok.Meanwhile, the front desk got about a dozen complaints about all the noise from this whole thing. So the front desk clerk comes stomping to the back of the property where my room was and was instantly baffled at why there were cops all over the place. Apparently, she didn't see them come screeching up the driveway.About 30 minutes after the cops arrive, the owner of the hotel gets on site. He starts yelling at the cops, the front desk clerk, the security guard and even me. He was not a happy camper in any way shape or form. He starts threatening to sue the cops and me for ruining the reputation of his hotel and a bunch of other nonsense.At this point, I'm done with the whole night. I have another 8 hours of driving ahead of me, so I ask one of the cops where else I could stay.He said he would handle it and 5 minutes later he was escorting me across town to another hotel and a really nice one too. It's like 3am and I am just dog-tired and wanting a hot shower and a bed.As I go to check in, the night manager comes out and tells me there's no charge for the room. The cop that brought me there is a good friend and told him what happened. I started crying at that point. He was so nice.I head up to the room and instantly fall asleep on the bed. So comfy and quiet.I got up around 8am the next morning and the night manager was there, talking with the owner about everything that happened. The owner was really nice too, and comped me breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.About 3 weeks later, I received a summons to appear in two different cases. One, for the security guards case and the other for the hotel owner's lawsuit against the local police and the security guard for damages against the hotel.The security guard lost his license and spent time in jail for attempted kidnapping and assault. The hotel owner lost his franchise license due to how he handled everything, so he tried to sue the cops and the security guard, to no avail.Ever since then, I still travel armed and I keep a chair next to the door as an extra bolt. I can wedge it under the door handle if I need to.There have been other incidents where people have knocked on my door in the middle of the night, but this is the scariest one.

I got admission into a college[1][1][1][1] in 2008.One of the security guards there was a big time bully. He was a rough and rowdy man who loved harassing freshmen. If a student ever retorted, he would file a false complaint against the student.Apparently, I was his favorite. He would mess with me whenever/wherever possible and I always felt helpless and hapless.( Pic source: bully )Fast forward four years, I graduated in 2012 and got placed with the same organization[2][2][2][2] which owned and operated that college. I was now posted as an engineer at a power generation facility[3][3][3][3]owned by the company.One fine day, I found that guard patrolling outside my staff quarter. Upon enquiry, I realized that he was transferred from the college to the power generation facility, and was assigned duty right outside my accommodation.For next 2 years he saluted me every single time he saw me, as I was his BOSS now.Sweet revenge. Isn’t it ?Moral of the story: You don’t need to get back to those who messed with you. Time will take care of them. ATM scam in Delhi.Two days back, my cousin went to ATM. There was already a man completing his transaction. After the transaction, he started counting his money in the corner of that room. He was taking too much time and she was in a hurry. She asked that person to come outside. He has shown that counting money and exclaimed her to complete her transaction and he shifted a bit more from the machine. She entered and after completing her transaction, she was withdrawing the mini statement.Suddenly, he snatched her card and exclaimed- “ this is not the right way to withdraw the mini statement.” She yelled at him and asked to return her card. He returned the card and left that place. Also, there was no security guard outside the ATM.After some 20 minutes, she got a message that 24,000 was debited from her account. She was shocked as she didn't perform that transaction and her last transaction was only 500. She checked her card which was with her but she noticed that it was not her card. Immediately, she understood that her card was swapped with a different card and that person has done the swapping with extreme perfection. She didn't notice his trick and he swapped the card in less than a second.She informed her parents about the same and also contacted some bank staffs. They advised her to visit that ATM again. Surprisingly, this time the security guard was outside that ATM. This time, there were 3 more people along with her. They strictly asked the guard about his absence and he was speechless. He didn't give any genuine excuse and somehow he was trying to escape. They sensed that something was wrong and asked about his supervisor. He requested not to contact the supervisor and invited them to his house.After his shift, they went to his house. He was living with some more security guards. This time, some more friends were along with her. Again they asked the same and again he failed to answer. They didn't get any satisfactory answer and again asked about their supervisor. Here, all the other guards were taking his favour and they understood that somewhere the guard was also involved in this. Soon that conversation turned heavy and one of the guys slapped that guard.Till now, they didn't know what exactly had happened inside that ATM room but one of the guards asked about the card swapping. Now, they understood the involvement of the guard and feared him about the police complaint. After hearing this, he admitted his involvement and also exclaimed that he got 3000 from that person. He promised her to return the whole money.But they didn't stop at this point and complaint a police case against him narrating the whole incident. They also got to know that this particular incident was the fourth incident of that area. The police called that security guard and assured them about the money but only after verifying that incident from CCTV footage but till now they didn't receive any money.This scam is flourishing at a great pace and mostly with the involvement of security guards. Beware of this scam and always use the ATM after ensuring the safety if you don't want to lose your hard-earned money.image source:- google image.Cheers…..
