★OfficeFurniture4less is not okay in my book. I purchased $426.01 of furniture which I thought was a good deal. They charged my card twice. Then when I called to find out what was going on. The office manager lady was rude and would not even let me talk. She said it was declined. She sent me her statement. In it is said that my billing address did not match the address on my card and that the transaction should be declined but it was not. In the statement it had the authorization code and stated the cvc was correct so it was charged. Why this lady dose not know how to read a cc authorization statement. I do not know. This company is not doing things right. Do not use them ever!!. I am out 850 and still in need of furniture.

If you are flying in India by any domestic airline, you might have a problem. In India, if you book a flight ticket by a Credit card which is not owned by you, you will have to get a letter and copy of the CC authorized by the owner. Kindly hide the cvv and get it self attested by card owner.If you fail to do so, the airline will ask you to make payment at the airport of same amount and the amount paid by your friend’s credit card will be reversed in 7 working days.

A regular merchant service company or PayPal would hold those funds for anywhere from 1 week to as long as 90 days (the chargeback period)Holds like that can cripple or even bankrupt a business!The deal I have with my merchant for them to get their money the following day for transaction of that size is that they follow these simple rules:Tell me in advance of accepting a large payment so that I’m aware of it and can already start talking with our risk department.Only ship to the same address as the credit cards billing address.Get a copy of the following documents: Drivers licence, Picture of the front and back of the credit card that’s being used, CC authorization form.Contact phone number for the buyer.Signed invoice and proof of delivery.If all of the above is in place I can usually get the hold lifted the same day and they will have the money in their bank account the next morning.Keep in mind as I get to know my merchant I start to become more lax…If you need help with holds feel free to reach out to me through my website.
