I can place conditions of entry on a concert venue that require all sorts of specific behavior: no photos, no audio recording, no gang-identifying clothing, no dogs, etc. This is about behavior, not about the legal right of free expression. Breaking these rules does not result in the photo being destroyed as a legal consequence, it results in ejection from the premises—and a trespassing citation if the venue is really pissed off at you.
