Follow these steps.locate the transaction on your credit card website (not app as they have less information). My CC, Chase, has both date and times for each transaction on the website, but only dates on the app. You need the date and the time for this process to work.If possible, you need to try to remember either the description or the kiosk that you purchased your label at. This will help so much for the manager to locate the transaction. Their system allows them to filter by kiosk or usps id member number (the manager will see the employee names of course).You need to speak with a manager. The kiosk employees will never ever admit that their manager can look up a transaction. It’s mostly due to the majority of people can’t provide the information needed to narrow down the transactions to find a specific one. The manager knows how to do this effeciently with the date, time, and kiosk (or usps employee id number or a description of the person who sold you the label).I will also add, approach kindly and no matter what you’re going to probably be told this can’t be done at your PO by every kiosk employee. Just ask to talk with the manager. You’ve got to get a manager. Be kind to them and sound like you know what you’re talking about. As soon as I opened my mouth with the manager she could tell I knew she could do it by using the above information and she immediately proceeded to look and within 2 minutes of me providing the information, november 18, 3:51 pm, kiosk 1, she asked me how much the transaction was for and I told her $11.75 and then she asked me where it was going and I told her the address.
