While there are many contenders, Uwe Boll’s 2007 film POSTAL stands out amongst the pack. After making my friend watch this one with me - not only did he want his time back, he wanted to invoice me for it.Plot: A phony cult leader hires a jobless trailer-park denizen to help him carry out his plot to save his compound from closure. Meanwhile, Osama bin Laden and his minions plan to lace copies of a popular cartoon character with biological agents.10% scathing brilliance, 90% juvenile self-indulgence masquerading as anarchy.For the first 20 minutes or so, I was fully on board. I appreciate that it wanted to be a bleak, ZAZ-style satire about America's post-9/11 cultural malaise, and even the tastelessness was something I could get behind. (South Park ain't my bag, but I am a John Waters fan, fer chrissake.) But this movie gets too caught up in its meandering plot. As a result, it is far too long and nowhere near as rambunctious as it thinks it is. When directors appear as themselves, it's out of ego, not winking self-awareness.And the satire fails on its own terms, dealing far too much in the very behavior it seems to be condemning. Exploitation is a poor way to deliver a message, and implicating the audience is usually contradictory and hypocritical. Kind of. The phone will work, but not necesarily well. For example, you won’t get any cell service. Chances are, you’re using 4G or LTE. Those didn’t exist in 1999. 2G was the standard cellular connection standard in 1999, so you’d get no cell service. However, you technically can connect it to a wireless network. However, those were rare. You won’t find them in a coffee shop or at most homes. Instead, you’d probably have to go to a corporate or school (most likely a college or high school) campus and find an 802.11b access point to connect to. It will work, but be slow. Still, if you can find one of these access points (that is still rare at this point), you can connect to the internet. You can charge the phone if you have the power adapter (but iTunes didn’t exist yet and you can’t sync it to a PC or Mac at that point).Safari will work with any website of the day which doesn’t require on some proprietary behavior of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, or relies on some plugin (like Java). Unfortunately, a lot of websites fall into those three camps. However, a “friendly” website that just is complaint and uses HTML and JavaScript should work fine. Any apps which connect to a specific server (including the App Store or the iTunes Music Store) will not work since those servers didn’t exist at the time. Any aspects that don’t connect to the internet (such as listening to music or watching locally stored video files, or taking photos/videos) will work fine.One issue, as another answer suggested, is the user agent string. The websites may serve different content based on it (e.g. for IE, Netscape, etc.), so they will probably just end up serving their most basic HTML-only version of the webpage, since an OS X-like OS (OS X wasn’t finished yet) running Safari (which didn’t exist yet) on an iPhone (that didn’t exist yet) would be an “interesting” configuration for the time.In other words, you can use it, but there will be issues. Some, but not all, might point out the following checklist for a successful reenactment:√ Hit target 2 out of 3 times or more from same distance and elevation - even a bad shot can get lucky.√ Fire 3 shots in 8 seconds or lesso Fire the last 2 shots one on top of another - almost all of the witnesses who described the shot sequence said it was ‘bang………………….bang.bang’. This agrees with the audio tape and the audio tape agrees with the reactions of Mr Z to the noise of the shots. To my knowledge this has never been replicated. If I remember correctly the last 2 shots are estimated to be under 2 seconds apart.o Fire MC rifle 3 times and have negative results forparaffin test on cheekFBI chemical spectroscopy on paraffinAtomic Energy Commission — Neutron Activation Analysis on paraffinthe FBI had the NAA test done on LHO’s paraffin cheek test sample and a control group of 7 agents firing the rifle. Jet theory — take a look at the documentaries of the mass executions by the German Army in Poland before the concentration camps were used on Youtube. The victims kneel in front of a mass grave and are shot in the back of the head - they fall forward into the grave. To replicate the head movement, the target has to be suspended either from below on a spring or from above by a string. Heads aren’t sitting free to roll or fall off a post, they are attached.Others say checking the first 2 items is sufficient for them.2 down, 4 to go for a successful reenactment.
