Found a source that says they’re in the Collected works of C. G. Jung, volume 6, chapter 10, and the Amazon page for that particular volume seems to have a promising description, mentioning “personality types”. No libraries in my area carry this, so I might just buy it for my Kindle and find out for sure. :)(Original asker answering myself)
