That happened. I'm probably missing a bunch of obvious stuff.

What is something that most people may not think of putting in an emergency preparedness go bag? (Something that would be very useful)A shemagh.Becareful with this, because this is a ‘just shoot me’ type of garment in the wrong context.The purpose is not for the mental image that word brings, but think of the cloth.No, you don’t want to be seen as some sort of terrorist or counter terrorist, but aside from the Desert, to keep out the dust and sun, there’s some uses for that cloth that most don’t think about. And it will conceal your form and face some what. It will keep out the bugs.A shemagh makes a handy scarf for both cold and hot weather. In hot weather, pour water on it.But more importantly, a shemagh can be worn by medium to smaller people as a sarong! A woman can wear it as a skirt or a top. A very slim, petite woman can actually have a short dress from a shemagh. It’s another layer, it’s a light cloth that can be inexpensive and folded away.A shemagh can also be used as a loot sack, place items in the center, pull the corners together, the ones across from each other and tie them.
