Yearbook Order: Fill & Download for Free

I shared a locker in high school with a friend who had some extracurricular activities that weren’t legal (selling stolen cigarettes to underage classmates). The story doesn’t make sense without this info…I’m sitting in class one afternoon when the vice principal shows up and tells me I need to follow him to the office immediately. Not having a clue what was going on, I followed him and was led into the principal’s office.I’m told to sit down. As I do, I notice my jacket is on the principal’s desk, along with about three dozen checks made out to the school for yearbook orders. It turns out my buddy got caught selling cigarettes and they searched our locker and found the checks.The principal and vice-principal start grilling me about the checks. Why do I have them? Do I know how much trouble I’m in? It’s a felony to steal checks. They then asked the question all power-hungry principals love to ask students: “What do you have to say for yourself?”“I’m the editor in chief of the yearbook. I’m supposed to collect the checks. I’m a little surprised you don’t know that, since I was sitting in this office with you yesterday with the yearbook advisor, telling you we were going to start collecting checks for the yearbook starting tomorrow, and that the announcement would be made at the end of the day. In fact, I’m pretty sure you made the announcement.”The vice-principal looks confused, the principal turns bright red, and then he tells me how busy he is and how he can’t remember everything, and anyway that doesn’t matter because I shouldn’t have the checks in my locker; they should be given to the advisor immediately when I receive one.So I politely say: “I get handed checks randomly all day. Do you really expect me to walk out of class each and every time I get a check handed to me? If so, I’ll just tell people to bring them directly to you. Your way is too much of a hassle.”After some half-hearted muttering, I was told to go back to class. They handed me my jacket. As I stood to leave, the Principal silently handed me the checks. Probably because he didn’t have the slightest clue what to do with them…

For maths and logical reasoning u can go for any MBA book, especially GMAT ones are much closer and helpful. Also the bank exam books will do good,but the difficulty level is quite moderate as compared to these exams so make sure u get through only some basic formulae and practice....prepare the data interpretation section well, they have introduced it this year and carries 8 marks.For GK be well versed with current news and extensively read through Manorama yearbook(order from amazon) and Lucent GK as this is the most deciding section and these books are pretty much all you need for the vast ocean of GK material to be covered ..for more reading of static GK and quick views of latest happenings,hitbullseye is a good site to rely on.For English, study Wren and Martin and stress on increasing your vocabulary...try to learn more and more words with all their meanings and also their antonyms and synonyms.This section will earn you more marks if you have a good knowledge of the language and is much based on correct grammar...

I forged my parents signature also. I don’t endorse it, and I would be very upset if my child does it.But as a substitute, I can see how it’s difficult for the teacher to check every signature. I guess if the child is not doing well, then the teacher may double-check the signature. If a child is getting good grades, then the signature is probably not so important.Signature is a way to ensure the students are letting their parents know what’s going on in school, and that the parents have to pay more attention. In 1st & 2nd grade, I had to sign my kid’s daily planner, and it’s required everyday! But I like checking on her assignments anyway, so I wouldn’t mind signing them. I can see how parents with multiple kids and jobs would see it as a chore, though.Another reason students may forge their parents’ signatures is that not every parent is in-tune with the student’s progress. My parents were prime examples. I had to forge my parents’ signatures. My father was working all the time, and he could hardly sign his name in English. My mother was too busy holding down the fort with so many children. Since I had good grades, she didn’t care if I signed anything on her behalf. They never asked about our grades, how we were doing in schools, who were our friends, etc. My father expected good grades, that’s it, and the rest was up to us to make it happen. After a while, I just signed everything, including my younger siblings’. None of the stuff I signed was that important anyway. It’s mostly report cards, field trip slips, etc. Thinking back, if a sibling got into trouble, and that’s why she needed a signature, I’d probably tell my parents, who probably wouldn’t have cared anyway. But that never happened. I even signed the yearbook order forms since I made the payments for my siblings and me.On the other hand, with my kid, I still double-ck all the homework and assignments, even though the teachers didn’t require signature anymore. I want to know if she’s slipping behind. Once I asked to check her homework, and she said the teacher told them it’s unnecessary. I said that’s ok, I still like to see it. She now shows me all her homework. She’ll also let me know when she has a new long-term assignment even though most of the work is done at school. She likes using me as a sounding board, and she’ll let me know if she’s confused or unsure what to do. I want my child to know that her school work is important to me, and I’m always here to help her if she needs. Of course, at the same time, I won’t tell her exactly what to do and how to do it.
