What God is represented by an owl?

Around the world, OWLS have been popular symbols for many different cultures by different names. For example in Greek mythology, Athena, virgin goddess of wisdom symbolized by a smaller size owl.Roman mythology, Minerva, goddess of wisdom symbolized by an owl.Nordic mythology: Frigga, goddess of wisdom symbolized by the great horned owl; and Idun, goddess of protection and watchwoman at night is symbolized by the smaller “barred-owl.”Chinese ancient mythology, owls were symbols of the death and the afterlife because owls are active in the darkness.American Indians out west in the great plains considered that owls symbolized the guardians of the afterlife. So, there are different owls as different religious symbols in different cultures around the world. --1 Corinthians 8:5-7.Other references to owls in the Holy Bible, (9 verses are not always translated as “owls" different Bible versions) For example, the prediction against the mighty Babylonian Empire about her desolation is that “eagle-owls" would inhabit the houses of the dead (Isaiah 13:21). Later, the prophecy against the powerful nation of Edom (Isaiah 34:6, 10-14) says that God's sword will cut down their armies and their cities with empty homes will be inhabited by “long-eared owls,” and the “screech owl” or “nightjar.”I hope this helps to open your viewpoint wider. ¡Saludos!P.S. I attended Florida Atlantic University in non-credited Scuba Diving Classes (PADI) for open ocean diving. The official mascot of the university was an OWL.! 👍

How do undergraduates at Florida Atlantic University spend their weekends?

As as former R.A (Resident Assistant) the kids usually fall into three categories. So I'm going to speak on ths kids who lived on campus as freshmen.Go home/ Go to more popular universities where their high school friends attend. Most of kids left during the weekend due to Boca Raton having very strict policies against parties or anything being open passed 2 A.M. Many parties would eventually get shit down no matter the location. Id say atleast 60% of the on campus kids left the school by Friday 8 P.M.Join a Frat/Sorority. The few residents that take this option seem to have the most to do on the weekends. They would come in late night around 2-3 A.M usually after a formal or party. I'd say this represented about 15-20% of the on campus kids. They also go to the beach with their clicks which is less than 5 miles away. The last 20% we're out of state kids, athletes or “well involved” on campus kids. Most of these kids have no choice, but to stay on campus. The smart ones would be in the computer lab all the time and would usually have a small part time job to have some spending money. Most of these kids in one way or another end up working for FAU housing as a Student Assistant, eventually moving up to a Resident Assistant.Overall unless you have a vehicle and money to leave campus, there isn't much to do that can make your weekends fun going to FAU. Boca Raton is not a college city. If you're adventours you have Miami, which is about an hour drive south and that's always fun. On the upside FAU is trying to build school spirit with University Parkway. University Parkway is a bunch of apartments located off campus, but has a direct entrance to the school while literally still being within walking distance. Also having the football team doing this well (currently 8-3) can only help. Lane Train!!!
