Roosevelt Drive, above a lower limiting plane to be fixed for the construction and maintenance of an esplanade, together with the structures thereon and foundations and columns to support the same in locations below such limiting plane, the entire area to be more definitely defined by supplemental agreement between the United Nations and the United States of America.Kim Jong-Un could declare himself head of the North Korean mission to the United Nations, in addition to his other posts - 3rd Supreme Leader of North Korea, First Secretary of the Workers' Party of North Korea, Chairman of the National Defense Commission, Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army and Chairman of the Central Military Commission - and get out being restricted to the headquarters district: diplomats have wider travel rights through the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, but the United Nations would have to accept him as a diplomatic representative.Of course the U.S. could spoil Kim Jong-Un's day out by refusing him a visa. The U.S. has always claimed that security concerns could trump its treaty obligations under the UN Headquarters treaty and the Vienna Convention.The U.S. refused a visa to Yasser Arafat to address the General Assembly in 1988, thereby igniting a big diplomatic bunfight. The U.N. moved the General Assembly session to Geneva so Arafat could have his say.

Off the top of my head, I can think of all of these. There are the stereotypical versions, then the way most people actually speak. But the accents are real:Maine[1]Boston[2]“Boston Brahmin” (probably extinct now)[3]Vermont[4]New York City (NYC has at least 6 distinct accents, depending on the borough[5]: Manhattan, Brooklyn[6], Staten Island[7], Queens (North and South)[8]and the Bronx)North Jersey vs. South Jersey[9]Philadelphia. (Ask them to pronounce “water.” In Philly, it sounds more like “wooder.”)[10][11]Pittsburgh (“Yinzer.” Listen for the “dark l’s” that sound more like w’s.)[12][13]Pennsylvania “Dutch” — it’s a German dialect but full of English words.
