Get your medical advice from a Doctor not from the internet. Im an ex-con who happens to be massive, don’t trust me!Not all doctors have any idea about TRT. Find one that does. Google “yourarea male anti ageing”.You have zero idea whether heavy squats/xyz vitamin/gorilla poses/red meat is doing anything to you without a blood test. And to save you some time, none of that really does much if anything at all.TRT is “every child wins a prize”. If your Test is low, you get roughly the same dose as everyone else. It’s not rocket science. I used to own a share in a TRT clinic, and 95% of clients got the same initial prescription, then fine tuned it a bit with bloodwork. 100mg-150mg/week is a reasonable starting dose.Get regular bloodwork.Injections > creams/buccal/implants/etc. All my buddies who started on creams and gels eventually switched. Save yourself the trouble, sack up, and get it right down the hatch with a little scratch. Chicken.Do not take so much T that you have to use Arimadex to control side effects. Taking so much of one drug that you need to take another drug to control the side effects is not a good strategy. A rough guide is maximum 250mg/week. Personally I take 200mg/week and I know people who take as little as 75mg/week. Be guided by your bloodwork, you want to be somewhere in the top end of the range for your age, not some kind of superman.Do not miss injections. You will turn into a whiny little bitch. You won’t realise it’s happening. Last time I missed a shot I decided I hated my cat (I love my kitty).The biggest mistakes doctors make are too much time between injection and too big a gauge needle. I injected my test today with a 29 gauge ultrafine insulin needle. Worked just fine, like a mosquito bite. No need for those big horse needle things unless you are doing a cycle.“Which Test is the best?” Except for propionoate, all test (sustanon, cypionate, enanthate) feels about the same. Decanoate and undecanoate suck though.For Cypionate/Enanthate/Sustanon once a week is perfect. 10 days is ok, 14 days is too long. Propionoate once a day. Undecanoate sucks, don’t use it unless you have to (like a long holiday where you can’t bring needles).Buy pharma grade gear from a pharmacy. Underground gear sucks and is very inconsistent batch to batch.You go on TRT for EVER. It’s a big commitment (not a magic bullet) you cannot just go on and go off.If you go off you need to see an endocrinologist and do PCT. Otherwise your life is going to suck. Really suck.Do NOT go on TRT unless you are low in T. Many middle aged men have high testosterone. Only a blood test can tell you.The effect of TRT is more subtle than you think. Think about your general mood, confidence, life outlook being 10% better. It helps a lot in recovery from exercise, other areas its subtle. The effect on your libido is overhyped to be honest. Yes it makes a difference, no its not like being 16 again.Note: This is advice for a middle aged man doing TRT not a woman doing HRT or a transman transitioning. I got no clue about any of that stuff.

"Clean coal" is when special pollution control equipment is installed for a coal plant, which captures all of the carbon dioxide emitted by power production. Then you do something with that CO2 to keep it out of the atmosphere. Proponents aren't real clear on the storage/disposal issue. The main suggestion is injecting it underground for permanent sequestering or to boost the productivity of oil wells, but the geology required for this to work is not all that easy to find. Known usage and disposal capacity is not anywhere near large enough to convert most coal plants to clean coal systems. Until that issue is resolved, carbon capture is not a viable climate change prevention strategy. Maybe we could use it to grow algae or something? Ideas needed.The other issue with clean coal is that it is wicked expensive. The only real reason to use coal power is that it's cheap and easy to build, but doubling the power plant's process equipment adds a huge up-front cost as well as increases running costs and significantly reduces net power production. Natural gas, wind, and nuclear are all cheaper at that point so why go coal at all?
