Mg University Degree Certificate Online Payment: Fill & Download for Free

Requested for Transcript and Attested Degree Certificate 26th June 2018.MG university has increased the fees for Official Transcript (Rs. 2225/-) and Attested Degree certificate (Rs. 2100/-).Transcript is consolidated marklist which contains all the marks of all subject from every semester.1. Go to the Enquiry Section which is towards the left of the entry gate.And enquire about the documents required for Transcript and Attested Degree Certificate.2. For Transcript, we needa. Transcript Request Form - 1.b. WES Academic Form - 2.c. Degree certificate - 1 (require front and back).d. All semester marklist set - 1.e. Attested 10th certificate for DOB verification - 1.f. CD with cover (containing the transcript prepared from the photocopy center opp the MG university entrance).3. For Attested Degree certificate,a. Attestation request form - 1 (available from the photocopy center on paying Rs. 150/-)b. WES Academic form - 2c. Degree certificate - 2 (require front and back).d. Attested 10th certificate for DOB verification - 1.4. For preparing the transcript, go to the photocopy center opp the MG university entrance.Pay the required fees for Transcript (Puropse is Official Transcript) and Attested Degree Certificate (Puropse is Attestation of Degree Certificate) online from the photocopy center.I selected for FastTrack (Rs. 900/-) and to be delivered in address within India.Ask them to prepare the transcript.Tips:i. Better pay it from your home and take a print out of the same as the photocopy center will be busy and ask Rs. 150/- for all of this.)Mahatmagandhi University- ePaymentii. Also come prepared with copy of all semester mark list 2 set each sorted in order.5. Fill the application forms and pin all the documents for STEP 2 and 3 separately along with its corresponding challan.6. Go to new Pareeksha Bhavan 105 and verify the challan payment.7. Re-tie it using twine thread available outside Room No. 105.8. Enquire there about the room for BTech (specify the college). The room no. was 214 in second floor (for B-tech) and submit the whole application.9. Note down the telephone no (usually they do not pick up this phone) to enquire about the request status after two weeks.Since I did FastTrack (Rs. 900/-), got the certificates within 1 month. Otherwise it will take about 2 months (as per my friend who did without fast track).For those who have connections in MG university or are willing to bribe the university officials, it will less than 2 weeks. :)

MG University just shut down their cash counter so the payments can be done only through online.You can pay the fee of applying for degree certificate through online. But you have to submit your marklists at the university Pareeksha Bhavan

After gruesome 5 hours of running round the university from one Department to another, finally submitted applications for Attested Degree certificate and Transcripts last Saturday. University still reminded me of the old Government offices of 1990s, as there was no single Computer/Laptop or a digital device for official use in the section where I submitted the Applications -PD1. It was all paper section. So I guess getting online when we are talking about AI is going to take another 20 Years or maybe never online here in this Department . I am not sure about other department within university.Always go through the main gate of university. I did the mistake of taking a internal road after following the Google maps. Inquiry section at the front gate (please note) was very helpful and will also guide you to make payment if you are unsure of which options to select under the Epay site. Make the payment, take the printout of challan, attach it with the application form. two different requisition forms are required which could be collected from Photocopy center within the University premises. Charges additional.Photocopy centers within and outside is always busy and charges are exorbitant compared to Kottayam town charges. Though I took 2 sets of photocopies for all my Marksheets and Degree Certificate, I still had to take it again according to their requirement as the Copies did not had adequate space below the page to be attested. 10th attested was handy. I had to get my BSc Mathematics from 2007 ECA. Since I did not had PG credentials, did not require the CD.Degree attestation requires two copies of degree certificate. Once the payment is done, all you need is the copies as mentioned above and finding the right tables to get your form verified and signed by different authorities.If you are lucky you won’t find any Hitler lectures sitting on any of the four tables through which your application form has to pass through :-)After going though 4 different rooms, four different tables of verification and signatures, final table verification failed as the Transmission charges are 325 less. Though on MG-epayu website it says transmission charges within India is 75, Since the University is keeping an Additional letter for WES, they are charging 400- which is the charges for transmission outside India.Since it was told 5 minutes before closing time, I had to revisit university next day to submit the balance payment and application forms. Works on Saturday full time starting 10.30am. Closing time is 4.30pm for certain sections and 4.45pm for others. Transcript is going to take 21 working days, but the lady doing the Degree attestation said it will take 2 months or more for her section. All the best for you. Enjoy the greenery while at campus.
