PDF Editor FAQ

Will India intervene in Pakistan for Baluchistan’s Independence?

Before I answer this question, let me describe Baluchistan. People here in Quora think that Baluchistan is also some territory that is similar to Bangladesh, i.e. it is teeming with millions of people who are tired of oppression from the center that is dominated by Punjabis. The Pakistani army is killing the Baluch people and their houses are being burned and destroyed, their women are being raped, the place is littered with bodies, and there are rivers of blood flowing. The schools are closed and the communication is cut off while the army and the police are killing dozens of people protesting for their rights. The Punjabis are stealing their natural resources and not giving anything back. The hospitals are full of the wounded and the orphanages don’t know what to do with parent-less children. The neighboring countries have millions of Baluch refugees and Pakistan Air Force routinely bombs their camps in Iran and Afghanistan. Some Baluch are fleeing their homeland in boats and the Arabian Sea is full of boat people trying to land on the shores of Iran, Oman, Yemen and Somalia and even beyond. Human Rights groups are condemning the Pakistani atrocities and the United Nations security Council has kicked out Pakistan.I am not being funny or sarcastic but the truth is that hardly anyone lives there. From there I mean the Baluchistan. The following are the FACTS.Baluchistan is a vast territory that is almost empty of human settlements. Its harsh and inhospitable environment is such that very few people live there. Over the years the Baluch tribes have migrated to the neighboring areas in search of better lands and the figures indicate that more Baluch live in Western parts of Pakistan Punjab and in Sind and Karachi than they live in the Baluchistan province. There is a theory by a Baluch historian, that I read somewhere, that during the latest ice-age the temperatures dropped to such an extent that Baluchistan was un-inhabitable, therefore people migrated to the east. Personally, I do not agree with this assertion because the latest ice-age was far too in antiquity.Even within Baluchistan, most of the population lives in the districts that are closer to the main part of country than in the far Western parts. In fact the parts like Kharan and Western Chagai are uninhabited. That is another reason that Pakistan has conducted its nuclear tests in the hill of Chagai because no one lives there for miles and miles on end. This is another reason that the communications were never developed in sparsely populated parts of Baluchistan even before Independence. There was no need for the British to do anything to control a population because there was none. A railway line was built to the Afghan and the Iranian border by the British but for strategic reasons and not for anything else. Here is BaluchistanThis is not to say that the few people who live in Baluchistan are not important but to say that a large number of Baluch people has taken up arms against the central government that a 1971 can be repeated in Pakistan is outright based on wishful hysteria that my Indian friends would very much like to believe. As if the armed insurrection has millions of soldiers. The fact is that it is not true. The BLA (Baluchistan Liberation Army) and the likes are run by the same tribal chiefs who are disgruntled or no longer on the payroll of the Central Government as the British had them on theirs. Pakistani people have known the names like Bugti, Mengal, Bezinjo, Marri, and those names have been in the government and outside the government as well. If one Bugti is the Cheif Minister the other is a rebel. And if one Marri is cashing in his royalties, the other is sitting in Kabul telling the Indians that he can bring trouble to Pakistan. As far as natural resources are concerned, yes Baluchistan has mountains but not all mountains are filled with gold. The area is so remote that the mineral potential of the area has never been explored. World’s fifth largest gold and copper mine, the famous Rico Dic Mine that was discovered in the eighties has yet to make Pakistan rich. There were never the insurgency that prevented mining but the ineptness of the mine owners be they Pakistanis, Canadians or Chileans, but that’s another story. And then not ALL of Baluchistan is populated by Baluch either. In fact the map below shows the distribution of Baluch and Pashtun areas. Northeastern part of what is Baluchistan is purely Pashtun inculding the largest city Quetta. Add a few million Afghan refugees and you have the Baluch become invisible. There are tensions between the two communities and the arrival of the Afghan Pashtun refugees has certainly tipped the balance in a way that the Baluch have been even more diluted and have become relatively lessor in numbers.According to the Census of Pakistan and considering that only 4.96 percent of the population of Pakistan lives in Baluchistan, if you subtract the Pashtun population 2,186, 917 (based on the same census) from the figure for the whole province of 6,565,885, the remaining Baluch population of the province becomes just about 2.5 percent of the whole country of about 190 million people. Now again even a single individual’s rights must be protected and I am by no means trying to say that the Baluch do not have rights as other Pakistanis but the hoopla that is being created in these quora is not that significant and even amounting to wishfull thinking. This is how Baluchistan looks like in another picture.Other factors show my reasoning at well. Not a single city in Baluch inhabited areas is larger than 75000 people. Quetta, the capital of Baluchistan province (including both Baluch and Pashtun) with a population of 750 000 is NOT a 100 percent Baluch City as I noted before.Take a look and Turbat is the largest population center with a population of 74,000 people that is at number eighty four on the list of Pakistani cities. Following is the picture of Turbet, the largest city in Baluch-inhabited Baluchistan.Other cities where the Baluch are majority, when compared to rest of Pakistan rank at: Sibi at 111 (pop: 64,000), Gwadar at 122 (pop: 52,000), Kashmore at 186 (34,800), Pasni at 189 (33,000), Kharan at 202 (31,000), Mastung at 211 (29000), Kalat at 225 (27,000), bela at 265 (20,000), Dera Bugti at 279 (18,000) Mach at 280 (17,000), Jiwani at 292 (16,000), Dhadar at 309 (15,000), these are just a few examples. You can see the list of Pakistani cities here.http://worldpopulationreview.com/countries/pakistan-population/cities/This would make the population density of Baluchistan as 18.6 persons per square kilometer. The population density of Bangladesh is 1,101 persons and the population density of India is 368. Pakistani population is diluted precisely because of largely uninhabited land mass of Baluchistan and it is 241.Following is the map of Pakistan according to population densityAs you can see that parts of Baluchistan are uninhabited like the part of Sind adjoining Rajasthan. The following map shows the arable land and it is understandable that only those areas are inhabited that are able to raise crops. Please note that almost entire province of Baluchistan is barren and therefore cannot sustain any population. I wonder how the army of the freedom fighters who are fighting the the eleventh best army in the world are going to be victorious? So in short, kindly be assured that I should respectfully submit that I do not think there will be another 1971.Baluchistan due to a variety of reasons and by large because of its remoteness, has largely been not in the geopolitical arena but with the new CPEC, it is going to be the next frontier for the pioneers to explore and enrich the lives of those who live there and create more prosperity for the people, outsiders and foreigners alike that the circle of poverty, disease, and illiteracy will be soon broken and who knows how many future generations will benefit and bring peace and development to the region. If not in my lifetime but in the future, perhaps the Indian population will also benefit from its progress and the time will come that we all in South Asia will live in peace and harmony.Economics is the key.Let’s make peace not war.Edit: In spite of what Abdul Qureshi (an impostor, a hate-mongering Hindu, masquerading as a Muslim) has written below, I stand by my figures of population of the cities of Baluch-dominated cities of Baluchistan. The reference is provided and the only thing that I have changed is that I have rounded the figures (up or down) to the nearest thousand while quoting that reference. On the other hand so-called Abdul Qureshi has not provided any reference supporting HIS figures. He seems to be pulling everything out of a hat like all of his anti-Pakistan posts. Let’s have the moral courage to correctly define who we are, rather than put on a cloak of a fake name just to make an equally fake point. I would like the moderators to check this Abdul Qureshi, who is NOT what his contents reveal.

Who has been the strangest world leader of the last five decades?

I don’t know if he’s the strangest (which is subjective) since the less developed parts of the world where they’re usually found receives less publicity, but previous leader of Lybia Muammar Gaddafi probably ranks highly. The quality of his governance is a pretty controversial issue, something I surprisingly find even when discussing it where I live in a Western country. But damn did he do some weird shit.Based on his upbringing and education, his early career is pretty standard as far as world leaders are concerned. He was military educated and fairly well read, and the almost cliche formative pre-dictator studying of figures in history like Lincoln, Ataturk, Nasser, and Sun Yat-sun, and events like the French Revolution.Accordingly his early rule perfectly fell into the standard military dictator nationalist conduct. You’ve got the classic wearing military uniform everywhere you go, probably including between the sheets. And yes, the sunglasses too.One thing I do appreciate is an insistence to wear your national dress around rather than the just suits, something I wish the leaders of my fellow East Asian did more often, I think only China does this, and only in specific times, unlike his counterparts in the Middle East that wore it as standard diplomatic dress.Leaders like that, before he went in sane, sure take far more interesting photos compared to other democratic and authoritarian rulers. Below is South Korea’s President Park Chung Hee, former dictator but also the architect of its success. Imagine that on your dollar bills, you’ll probably waste less money. But then he started ageing, and the diplomatic norms and generally weird shit started coming to light partly from reports but just the man giving less shit. In the pic, he called out the 5 veto powers as a “terror council”- while unwise its not too outlandish. But then he retired to his quarters, not a hotel but a traveling tent and the UN and the city was livid when he tried to set it up on UN grounds, and when that didn’t work he tried again near the UN in the city. Then there’s the swapping of the standard smart officers uniform as his daily dress to this monstrosity which looks like a pilots uniform but with epaulettes and made up honors to remind you of it’s military nature. As you start thinking it couldn’t get worst, it then turns out that he walks around with a group of female guards which are doing their best to look intimidating but with match uniforms like some sot of dance group. Then he pulled an Elon Musk and “designed” the safest car in the entire world after thinking for hours. But he’s not done with the US. He demonstrated a visionary mind that the trade negotiators and other diplomatic bureaucrats and their world leaders should learn from when he proposed abolishing the country of Switzerland.Honestly the list is endless, but man. Legend.

How did China become a developed country?

Today, I will tell you about the complex governance problems of a billion-dollar country.01Western understanding of ChinaMerkel speaked at Huazhong University of Science and TechnologyRecently, German Chancellor Angela Merkel visited China and delivered a speech at Huazhong University of Science and Technology: China must shoulder more international responsibilities, including human rights, trade, technology, climate and so on.Merkel also pointed out that given that China has taken the lead in many areas, we will have to discuss this question one day: whether China can continue to count as a developing country.Merkel’s words were meaningful.Do you know the background of Merkel’s speech? It is the German economy facing a serious recession. Merkel brought a large number of German entrepreneurs to China to talk about economic cooperations. Put it bluntly, in this special period, Germany is asking for China. However, it is unusual for Merkel to make such a critical speech in front of many eyes of Chinese people.Merkel’s remarks actually represented the common understanding of Western society : China is already very wealthy, and you should not count as a developing country! You must take on more international responsibilities. Is this understanding of China by Western society correct? If we do not take any prejudice and stand in the position of ordinary people in Western society, this understanding seems to be correct. In the eyes of Western public, China is such a country, I wanna enumerate a set of consumption data:The United States buys 14 million cars a year, and China has 28 million cars;Chinese people consume 50% of global smartphones every year;Chinese consume 60% of global luxury goods each year; The biggest market for Starbucks is not in the United States, but in China;China's air-conditioning penetration rate is as high as 60%, higher than Europe;China's per capita living area is 36 square meters, and it can also rank in the top 5 in Europe. Its own room rate far exceeds that of Europe; The number of Chinese people going abroad is 130 million person-times per year, which is equivalent to the total population of Germany and France. Chinese people who have left the country swept the malls in various countries, and they bought high-priced bags in luxury shops. These data are true and can't be faked. Therefore, the Western society has the previous consensus, and there is Merkel's implicit criticism. We should not underestimate the consensus of Western society. This universal consensus can easily lead to a very bad perception of China. In the end, it directly has a negative impact on Western’s policy. So, is this understanding of Western society correct?I can be responsible for saying: This understanding is not correct. All they see is the tip of the iceberg.02China's social structureChina has a vast territory and economic development is very uneven. From the perspective of the crowd, China's social class is roughly a "工" shape structure.(工 is a Chinese character, meaning "workers" in English. )The top "one" (the first line of 工)has 400 million people, mainly living in first and second class cities. They belong to China's middle class. They have cars and houses. They have created a miracle of consumption of Chinese mid- to high-end goods - including a global proportion of more than 60% of luxury consumption, global consumption of more than 50% of car consumption, and China's high-end housing consumption. This group shares most of the dividends in the process of reform and opening up, and urbanization, and also shoulds the obligation to transfer payments to rural and backward areas. The consumption data seen by Western society is created by this group of people. There are 100 million people in the middle(the second line of 工), mainly living in the 2nd and 3rd class cities. Their income is between the middle class and the bottom people. If you try hard, you may reach the middle class. If you relax, you will slide to the lower class. At the bottom, there are 900 million people in the “the last line of 工”, mainly living in rural areas, townships and underdeveloped small cities. Their income is not high, but they can live under the socialist system. They can hardly enjoy the dividend of rapid economic development due to regional differences and urban-rural differences, but they can enjoy the policy dividend of national poverty alleviation and transferring payment. Our country is such a complicated social structure. The 400 million people above have basically touched the threshold of developed countries, and the 900 million people below are still at the level of developing countries, and 100 million people in the middle are desperately struggling. The huge population base, complex social structure, conflicts of interest and appeal of different groups of people have caused problems in national governance. Our country has positioned itself as a developing country, mainly for the following 900 million people.Let us list a set of consumption data, and compare it with the 400 million people above:These 900 million people have never taken the plane;Their per capita disposable income is only 400 yuan ($56.41/50.37€)per month.Nearly 600 million people will not or never be able to use internet. Our online public opinion field belongs basically to the voice of the 400 million people above, and the 900 million people below belong to the silent majority. Our country and the government are under tremendous international pressure, insisting that the position of the developing countries is unwavering, cuz we have to consider the 900 million people , leave the country's resources more in the country and free us from proverty, Not to assume greater international responsibility and win the approval of Western society.According to the current international consensus, the treatment of developing countries and developed countries is very different, including the World Bank, developing countries can get preferential interest rates in the International Monetary Fund loans, tariff concessions in international trade, subsidies in international postage. In a word, take on less responsibility and get more rights.03The sincerity of the Chinese ruling partyIn the past, there was always a thing known to be rumored, saying that our country’s huge foreign aid, regardless of its own poor people, is very confusing in coordinating with the various misunderstandings about Chinese news in Asia, Africa and Latin America. The truth is the opposite. Our country is the most friendly country for ordinary people; our ruling party is the party that is most sincere to ordinary people.why?Look at the poverty alleviation war we have done, and put resources into the poverty-stricken population via administration, business, finance, education, and medical care.Building bridges and roads in poverty-stricken areas, providing electricity and water to the poor, renovating dangerous houses, subsidizing medical subsidies, and educating all kinds of green channels, these are all the things we have done for the poor. The ruling party’s cadres also live in a village.Regardless of the manpower and material resources invested in this process, investments will be calculated directly according to the amount. In the past few years, there have been direct and indirect investment of 10 trillion yuan for the poor.Do you know what this ten trillion means? These are sunk costs. Most of the investment in the poor is the sunk investments! From the perspective of economic efficiency, investment in poor areas is not only extremely inefficient, but also almost unlikely to produce reasonable returns – from the perspective of making cakes, such large resources should be placed on the “work-type” social structure. The "one" above output benefit will be far greater than the direct delivery to the "one" below. If you are the ruler, what choice would you make? 99% of the world's countries choose to put resources to the "one" above, and the bottom of the pyramid becomes a forgotten corner.Take the welfare system of Western countries as an example. The efficiency of giving it to children is much higher than that of giving it to the elderly. Therefore, in western developed countries, raising children can get more national welfare. For example, Japan recently announced a policy that children are free from kindergarten to elementary school and middle school. They can get a "wage" equivalent to more than 1,000 yuan per month at home. These are government financial bills, but the price is for the whole people is consumption tax increased by 2%.This welfare immediately sparked heated discussion in the Chinese public opinion field. But another news has been ignored by the public. You see, the Japanese government is so realistic – it is very beneficial to the economy to raise more children. But the resource given to the elderly is “sinking cost”, so various funds are reducing in raising the old.China's per capita GDP is less than 10,000 US dollars, our old people's retirement age is 60 years old, this age and the number are both actually the lowest compared to developed countries! The retirement age in the United States is 67 years old and is currently encouraged to retire until the age of 70;The retirement age in Switzerland is 65 years old and the plan is delayed to 67 years old;Japan is 70 years old and plans to delay to 75 years old;Germany is 67 years old;The United Kingdom is 65 years old;Not only do we have the lowest retirement age, but the pension has been improved for 17 years! Although we are mulling a delayed retirement plan because of the huge financial pressure. The above are examples for developed countries. As for developing countries, you can go and see the miserable life of the poor people who are struggling to survive in the slums. These people will not see any hope for a lifetime.Isn't it the sincerity of governance? It is the greatest ruling sincerity to be willing to put resources out of the rewards to the vulnerable people! Why can only the Chinese Communist Party in the world show its sincerity to the people?Because this party was struggling for the benefit of the people since its inception. Here we will insert a section of the International Communist movement.First of all, I ask a question: How does the welfare in the western developed countries come from?Does the capitalist take the initiative to give? No!It was won by the international communist movement. It is the Communist Party that led the people to fight for their indomitable struggle.Looking back 100 years of history, we can see a clear evidence. When the international communist movement flourished, the income level of the working people in the western countries (including welfare) would increase rapidly; when the international communist movement was at a low tide, The income level of the people in the western countries would fall sharply. Before the flourish of Communist movement, it was hard for people to imagine that workers could make a living decently.Quoting a section of Engels' Description of the Status of the British Working Class:In terms of housing, the slums of the city are chaotic, ruined, airy, ventilated, drained, and sanitary. Many people live in dark and damp houses, not in the basement under the water, or in the attic that leaks. The house was very crowded, and every corner was stuffed with people, and the sick and healthy people slept in a room and slept on a bed. Even the house does not have the conditions to live, the furniture is damaged, and it often leaks when it rains. The dirty level inside and outside the house is hard to describe. In dressing, the clothes worn by workers are bad, broken or not strong, and they don't have warm clothes. Most people's clothes are not good at all, and they often have to send better clothes to the pawnshop. The clothes of many workers, especially the Irish, are simply rags, and often there is no place to patch another patch. In terms of diet, the food the workers eat is inferior, adulterated and indigestible. Many workers can only rely on potatoes to feed their hunger, and most of the potatoes are of poor quality. Cheese is a very bad quality, and pig oil is stinky. Some people even eat meat that is already semi-rotted or dead. Merchants and factory owners are tempted to adulterate in food, such as rice mixed with sugar, garnished with kimbap in cocoa powder, brown clay with finely smeared cocoa, red wine with alcohol and red wine.Let's take a look at the imperial British Empire. In the 19th century, the world's most powerful day was not the empire. The working class passed the life of pigs and dogs. Therefore, in the late 19th century, the whole of Europe had "a ghost, a communist ghost wandering in Europe."When the first communist regime was established, the pattern of the entire world and the social status of the working class began to undergo fundamental changes. In 1918 the Bolsheviks seized the Russian regime. In 1920, US legislation gave women the right to vote.Do you think this is a coincidence? In 1946, Churchill issued an iron curtain speech, and the two camps of different ideologies in the East and the West began to oppose each other.Since then, the income level of the people in the western countries has begun to rise sharply; the Western welfare society just started after World War II;Do you think this is a coincidence? In the 1970s, the Soviet Union was in the midst of the world, the main battlefield of the Cold War, Vietnam and the United States completely collapsed, and the international communist movement reached its climax; In the 1970s, the number of American middle class increased sharply, accounting for 61% of the total population;Do you think this is a coincidence? In the early 1980s, under the impetus of the Soviet Union, a new wave of co-operation was launched in the Asia-Africa region; In the early 1980s, the number of American middle class reached its peak, accounting for nearly 80% of the total population. The 1980s was also the period in which the American people lived the highest standards of living;Do you think this is a coincidence? In 1991, the Soviet Union disintegrated and the red flag landed. In the 1990s, the income growth of Americans began to slow down and fell into stagnation in the late 1990s. In 1999, US GDP was 10 trillion US dollars. At that time, the median income of American families was 57,000 US dollars. By 2015, the US GDP was 18 trillion US dollars. However, the median income of American families has not increased and decreased by only 56,000 US dollars!Do you think this is a coincidence? In the early 1980s, when the international communist movement reached its peak, the US middle class accounted for nearly 80% of the total population. But in 2015, after the collapse of the Soviet Union more than 20 years ago, the US middle class population fell to 49% of the total population. .Do you think this is a coincidence? Why are Western societies so hostile to the Communist Party and socialism in the past 100 years of history? The reason is that as long as the red flag of communism does not fall, capital does not dare to do whatever it wants. When the existence of the Communist Party can indirectly allow the Western countries to be forced to improve the welfare of the people, what reason do you have doubts about the sincerity of this party? When I was young, I watched the old movies. I was impressed by the lines. "The Communist Party is the savior of the poor." The older the age, the more I look at this line. The current pattern of the international situation is still a situation in which the enemy is strong and weak, and the right to speak is also controlled by the Western media. Our ruling party has been demonized by various Western media. Therefore, we must build a one that blocks out harmful information from the outside world. If we don’t, every city in the mainland will become Hong Kong today!04China's governance problemsSpeaking so much is actually a theme. Our country is the most friendly country to ordinary people; our ruling party is the party that is most sincere to ordinary people. To understand this topic, let's take a look at the huge governance challenges facing this country.China has more than one billion people and the imbalance of economic development has led us to be a "work-type" social structure. Different social classes have different interests. Once the interests of specific classes are not satisfied, many people will make trouble. Sao sighs, and the country has great grievances against the ruling party.Last year, a large V article was a sensation, roughly describing the dissatisfaction of the middle class as a country. Regardless of the common sense mistakes in the article, this article actually represents the "one" voice above the "work type".Throughout the article, what is my appeal, what should the state do? Anyway, as long as the state does not meet the interests of this class, the policies are wrong. The middle class is the biggest winner of the 40-year economic dividend in the reform and opening up. If this class is still dissatisfied with the country and wants to obtain more economic dividend distribution rights from the state, then the per capita monthly disposable income is only over 400. Billions of people still live?China is not Europe!Developed regions cannot enjoy the cheap labor of backward areas in Eastern Europe and enjoy the convenience of dumping goods into backward areas as in Western Europe, and do not assume responsibility for poverty alleviation in backward areas!Balancing the huge conflicts of interest between different classes is the first problem in social governance.According to: Our middle class should look at the problem in a higher pattern. Don't always remember the transfer payment to poor areas.Everyone thinks about it, if the central government has money, it can greatly improve the protection of the basic people's livelihood, and it can greatly increase the defense budget. Why have our warships been produced like dumplings in recent years? Why are we desperately trying to come up with our own fifth-generation machine? In the 1960s, we made our own atomic bomb. This country is no longer invaded by foreign enemies. We are now desperately trying to raise our defense budget not to protect our middle class from being to Thailand, going to Egypt, or traveling to Europe without being bullied. Will our middle class go to Myanmar, go to Vietnam, and invest in Africa without being harmed?Let us take a look at the enormous problems of modern rule of law society to rule the country according to law.Governing the country according to law must first have laws. Our country is a four-fold rule of law system. The Constitution is the supreme law, followed by the laws enacted by the National People's Congress, the third is the regulations enacted by the State Council, and the fourth is the regulations enacted by local governments. In theory, the constitution is the highest, the upper level of law is greater than the next level, and the next level of law should be revised when there is a conflict with the previous level. But the problem is not that simple.Take the law of the People's Congress as an example. Now we know that China is a "work-type" social structure, and the gap between different strata is very large. Then, the question is, what group of people should the NPC be based on to make laws?If we base ourselves on the "one" on the type of the type, our law should be closer to Europe; if we base ourselves on the "one" under the type of the type, our law will be closer to Africa.European social governance and social governance in Africa are two different things. The difference between the two is enormous and mutual compatibility is very difficult. Therefore, in the end, our laws often have such characteristics: the legal provisions are very flexible, the legal standards are vague, and there are many pocket clauses. Why are there such features? The reason is very simple. As long as it is a unified national law, it is mostly a guiding principle. Its landing is very poor. It can only be implemented by local law enforcement officials based on specific circumstances. Therefore, the flexibility of legal provisions is actually Law enforcers have more discretion. This discretion is the most criticized. First of all, the discretionary power is too easy to breed corruption. Secondly, due to the imbalance of economic development in different regions, this discretionary power can easily lead to different cases in different jurisdictions. Why is it that the legal profession is the easiest to know? The reason is here. Our legal profession is known as a lawyer or a university professor. First of all, from the perspective of class, it belongs to the "one" above the type of work. From the perspective of the middle class, our law is relatively lagging (because it takes care The "one" below, and then in the specific judicial practice, some backward places have problems with the implementation of these "lag laws", the judicial part will often enlarge their discretion, which is described by well-known lawyers. For the typical "man rule."So how do you solve this discretion? The well-known prescription is to engage in Western systems and engage in ballot politics and local autonomy. Like the United States, each county can independently develop its own laws based on local conditions.Sounds good, isn't it?But this prescription has major problems. Because of the huge regional differences in China, there is no strong central government to balance the interests of different regions – balancing regional differences through mandatory transfer payments, and the consequences of local power expansion are divisions. The split will inevitably lead to huge conflicts, which will not only lead to a decline in productivity, but also a disaster for the ordinary people.Ning is a Taiping dog, not a troubled person! In 1991, the Soviet Union disintegrated, and the split-out Eastern European countries quickly became the economic colonies of Western Europe. The independent industry was completely defeated, and the living standards were seriously declining. Men became migrant workers in Western Europe, women became prostitutes in Western Europe, and Ukraine actually fell. The title of the European uterus. The ordinary Soviet people who fell behind after the collapse of the Soviet UnionEven in Russia, which is largely intact, due to the stagnation of the social turmoil, the living standards of the people have fallen sharply. From 1991 to 1999, the death rate of the Russian population has soared.According to some scholars, the number of deaths in Russia in this decade is 5 million more than the normal mortality rate before the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Russia's total population is only 130 million, and 5 million divided by this denominator is 4%. If China is disintegrated, according to the total population of 1.4 billion, 50 million people will have to pay for the split. This is the fundamental reason why I firmly oppose the well-known prescription and firmly oppose the Western system.05Great goalBack to the previous topic, China's social governance is mainly due to the gap between different social strata, the urban population is 800 million, the rural population is 600 million; the urban population is only 400 million to reach the middle class, and another 100 million people are desperately climbing There are 900 million people below who are hard to share the dividend of economic development.A huge class divide and complex conflicts of interest are a huge challenge for the governors. How to do?In the final analysis, we must continue to develop productivity levels. Through industrial upgrading, we will get more dividends in the global economic system, and at the same time provide more jobs for the society, and then continue to increase the rate of urbanization and transfer more rural population into the city.If the urban population can reach 1 billion people, 70% of which can reach the middle class, social governance will be much easier. If the urban population can reach 1.2 billion, and 70% of them can reach the middle class, we will become a strong and civilized socialism. Strong country. And the above is the goal of the two major steps of the 20th report planning in 2035 and 2050.On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, I hope the Republic will have a better tomorrow and work hard for a bright future.
