Keep in mind that serving size is a huge factor. Many times a single mixed drink will contain two or more "servings" of alcohol. Some beer is much stronger than 6%.As soon as you begin to sip your third drink, I believe you are in the danger zone and if you are stopped, there is a significant possibility that if you submit to a blood or breath test, you will test over the legal limit.Even at two drinks, you are taking a chance. If you are stopped and the police smell alcohol, your fate is likely going to be put at least partially in the hands of a machine, and the machines and labs used to test your BAC make mistakes and have a certain margin of error.
