Why are people saying that Roger Stone privately threatened President Trump, leading to his sentence being commuted?

Did Donald Trump say it didn’t happen? Because if he said it didn’t, it most certainly did!If not, it is probably just conjecture, or an educated guess. We all know that Trump is totally immune to consequences for his corruption and his crimes. He does everything right in front of everyone’s nose and then says it’s all about the left trying to bring him down. He “gaslights” on everything from claiming it was the biggest Electoral College victory in history, that his inauguration crowd was bigger than Obama’s (when the photos he uses to prove the claim prove the opposite. He also said it didn’t rain at the inauguration) and he tells you to read the transcript to his “perfect call” when the transcript is the smoking gun that proves his guilt. He got rid of Jeff Sessions right before the Mueller Report was over, so his sycophant appointment, William Barr would “summarize” the report to the public, with the false conclusion of Trump’s innocence. (That’s a lie, by the way. The Mueller report found mountains of evidence linking the Trump campaign to a long list of criminal activity, conspiracy and “collusion”. The report concluded, however, that the grand jury didn’t have the authority to indict a sitting president. Like any police investigation, the (Mueller) Grand Jury complied compelling, if not comprehensive evidence of wrongdoing… criminal wrongdoing in the Trump Administration, almost definitely including Trump himself, but much of it is redacted, so it is peppered with lines, paragraphs and pages of black ink. It constantly mentioned involvement of Person #1, and Person #1 was initially believed to be (and it has since been revealed to be,) in fact, Donald Trump.)Trump told us all before the election that he “could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and not lose any supporters…”And he continues to gaslight the American people and make shit up . Shit like “Obamagate”. Shit like “The Perfect call” and “the illegal FISA warrant” that was supposedly the basis for the investigations into his campaign’s crimes and conspiracies and those of his administration as well. So, the point is, we know Trump behaves badly, and then lies about it and accuses the Democrats and especially the Obama Administration of the exact things he is personally guilty of.And that explains why people would believe that Roger Stone’s sentence was commuted as a favor for his silence and loyalty.Did it actually happen? I’m inclined to believe it did not happen, only because I don’t believe Stone had to ask. Trump has a proven track record of rewarding his loyalists and punishing his adversaries. There was no need for Stone to ask for help from on high, because it was a totally obvious, unspoken promise.

Is the Republican Party in a crisis because of President Donald J. Trump?

Yes, the answer is mostly yes. His rhetoric only addressed his base. He never held a rally or moving speech directed toward the entire country during his four years. His oath of office states to protect all citizens and our constitution. The way it is looking now, he may be convicted by the Senate. He called his own Attorney General Mr. McGoo eyes or something like that. That AG was small in stature but had a ton more cajones than Trump.I believe the best argument to convict him is how he delayed calling in the National Guard. His words at the rally and the 2 months of promoting the election as a “steal” from him are not as prominent. He showed his utter disregard for human life inside the Capital building. He showed he loved himself only. He showed he hated Pence. Dershowitiz’s nonsense argument that trump had his freedom of speech at that rally is pure nonsense. This was the high crime of impeachment delineated in our constitution. He wanted the insurrection to succeed. Therefore, that is why he delayed calling in troops.*Only a demented president would do such a thing.*A demented president disregards all the other branches [the SC, the Congress, the states’ electoral college certifications, the voters, Attorney General=top cop in the nation].We all know a moral president must show maturity and responsibility. Words do matter. An amoral prez was elected in 2016. To this day, I call him “not my president.” The Russians interfered in that election to a high degree, more than the margin of error in the scientifically done polls. He won by a fluke which was Putin's KGB street smarts. It was Pence and advisors to Trump after many hours who finally convinced him to call in the Nat’l Guard.I have even read that trump tossed around the inclination to call in the Guard to protect his base supporters as they ransacked the Capital. I am not sure if this is accurate. In fact, when a journalist or a non trump supporter asked him pointed questions or were not loyalists, he kicked them out or tried to kick them out. At rallies he made fun of them egging the crowd to commit violence. That White House journalist, he blocked from coming to press conferences. NBC had to file a lawsuit. The Supreme Court ended up siding with the journalist and freedom of the press, one of our prized tenets in our government.Trump is not a leader. He is a dis-unifier.I read a news article a few days ago. The analysis was that there is also a smaller part to the equation. It was stated that the social media platforms, in the quest of greed and revenue hold some blame, also. They allowed too much violent, hateful, white supremacists to plan and organize on these platforms. Of course, far left extremists, even without organizations exactly like the kkk or proud boys have connected on social media.Trump declared all media and press false news in order to elevate his voice. Consequently he could spread propaganda. He said any positive news about him was the only true news. He did not want his base to understand the definition of a fact.He only wants them to believe his lies hook, line and sinker. I say nothing new. I just like to write sometimes.p.s. just recently I read that it is Jared Kushner who convinced trump not to go on Parler with the Identification of “X.” This trump family is so sneaky and think they are kings and royalty. Kushner thinks that trumps can be saved by bowing out of the limelight. Kushner thinks trumps’ hidden gaslighting of the fiasco/hate/destruction on 1–6–21 is the best method to keep trump in the running to be elected in 2024.Little does Kushner know that most legislators have a law degree like him. However, most did not get into law school due to a huge donation from daddy. They got into law school with good grades and good test scores! They also probably know how to read and understand the constitution better than him. Even some republicans do understand their oath of office and how the impeachment process works in an obvious case. When I worked for state government, the management at the top decided to do away with the civil service exams or maybe it was not totally doing away with them. At any rate after that rule change friends and relatives could get hired in more easily even if they weren’t so smart in reading and answering exam questions. My percentile score was in the 90’s. The first county I interviewed with did not hire me. The second neighboring county hired me. There were many factors involved. In my job, a bachelors degree was required. I do remember a panel of 8 or 9 managers and/or supervisors who interviewed me. I was lucky to have high self confidence and not get so nervous. Oh well. Grades don’t mean everything. I was mad about it, to tell you the truth. I thought the competency would go downhill.hook line and sinker image[Edit: after reading Mo's comment below. I think trump would have a better defense at the Senate trial if he had called in the Guard troops within one minute to ten minutes after the breach was made. After windows and doors were broken down and the aggression was horrendous, I think that is what may definitely sway senators to see the “big picture” of sedition. Trump refused to do anything about it. He relished watching the camera footage. I suppose he actually thought he could overturn the counting of the electoral college votes, overseen by Pence. It was in the end his delusion, I think, and his mental incapacity, which many Americans do believe he qualified to be booted out by the 25th amendment. Most physicians will say, as far as I know that, psychological and physical impairment can often both be due to genes. Having no law degree or experience as a prosecutor, I do think a factual presentation at the Senate trial is what may render a guilty verdict by a two thirds majority.Specifics such as what Trump asked the Georgia election officials to do and trump's not calling in the Guard almost immediately may be the best prosecutorial arguments. During his rally speech on 1/6 he did invite an incitement to riot/sedition, I believe and others agree; nonetheless, this is more of a subjective argument. An argument based on “the eye of the beholder” or wavering opinions are not as strong as specific facts. I hope that the House managers who present the evidence against trump will show camera footage or transcripts from his past behavior. At rallies, he was known to do the same thing he did on Wednesday, 1/6. He poked fun at people and implied to the crowd to get them in the parking lot or something like that. He had his goons in the audience threaten violence. I don't think the secret service was involved. Trump got a rile out of the audience and his ego was stoked. Who knows, maybe it was all a ploy so that trump's base became more extremist.IMO.End edit]

All I needed was the Will form, once, but the cost was $30 for a subscription to use a boilerplate form that I filled in (too much $), or else "free". I am not a freeloader, so was conflicted. I went ahead and paid for the $30 subscription, filled in the form and printed it. The form itself and the download was comprehensive and a piece of cake - very professionally done - all good there. I then cancelled the subscription with no troubles, effectively obtaining the Will for free, which upset my sense of fairness to CocoDoc, so I inquired about paying them $10.00 for the Will, which seemed equitable, as it was a good product. A quite nice response from CocoDoc informed me there wasn't a way they could do that, and that they were happy with the fact I got use out of their product. Quite human and giving, I'd say. Bottom line, the service was excellent, the product was professional, and their customer service was on the ball and very fast. Should I need legal forms in the future, I would definitely go to CocoDoc.
